本发明涉及饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高小龙虾抗病能力的饲料。
背景技术
目前,虾产品在人民的日常生活中具有举足轻重的作用;而随着小龙虾养殖的发展,针对预防小龙虾养殖的病害问题,通常在饲料中添加化学类药物,避免小龙虾发生病死现象,这无论对养殖的水体,还是小龙虾本身来说,都不是一个很好的解决手段,会造成小龙虾的质量安全,以及养殖环境的恶化。而上述的小龙虾病害的产生主要是因为传统的饲料营养不均衡,以至于造成小龙虾的免疫能力下降,最终造成小龙虾病害。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种提高小龙虾抗病能力的饲料,营养成分全面而均衡,有效增强虾类免疫力、抗病能力、抗多种应激能力,加强了虾类的生长,提高了成活率,而且粘结强度好,成型性好,遇水不易分散。
本发明提出的一种提高小龙虾抗病能力的饲料,其原料按重量份包括:木薯粉30-40份,啤酒糟6-10份,豆渣4-8份,玉米粉5-10份,膨化血粉10-18份,发酵芝麻粕10-16份,花生蛋白粉4-8份,免疫促进剂2-4份,食盐2-4份,植物油1.2-1.6份,改性红薯粉2-4份。
优选地,免疫促进剂按重量份包括:黄芪多糖0.3-0.5份,氯化胆碱0.2-0.4份,鱼腥草素0.6-1.2份,低聚果糖0.1-0.2份,壳聚糖0.4-0.8份。

由于虾是抱食性动物,摄食过程长,本发明通过加入改性红薯粉与其余原料配合,使饲料在水中的稳定时间达2h以上,以便虾能顺利完成摄食过程;而改性红薯粉以红薯粉为主料,引入的酰胺官能团不仅使其具有良好的生物降解性与化学稳定性,而且保证粘结强度的基础上,还含有丰富双亲基,具有良好的增溶效果,在促使本发明其余原料分散程度高,而且粘结强度好,成型性好,遇水不易分散;木薯粉、啤酒糟、膨化血粉、发酵芝麻粕、豆渣、花生蛋白粉、玉米粉均为天然物质,在保证了小龙虾饲料基础营养的同时,与黄芪多糖、氯化胆碱、鱼腥草素、低聚果糖、壳聚糖复配,使得小龙虾饲料营养成分全面而均衡,有效增强虾类免疫力、抗病能力、抗多种应激能力,加强了虾类的生长,提高了成活率。

本发明提出的一种提高小龙虾抗病能力的饲料,其原料按重量份包括:木薯粉38份,啤酒糟7份,豆渣7份,玉米粉6份,膨化血粉16份,发酵芝麻粕12份,花生蛋白粉7份,免疫促进剂2.5份,食盐3.5份,植物油1.3份,改性红薯粉3.5份。
免疫促进剂按重量份包括:黄芪多糖0.35份,氯化胆碱0.35份,鱼腥草素0.8份,低聚果糖0.18份,壳聚糖0.5份。植物油按重量份包括:玉米油7份,橄榄油3份。
改性红薯粉采用如下工艺进行制备:氮气保护下按重量份将8份红薯粉、2份双-N,N-(羟丙基磺基甜菜碱基丙基)仲胺、70份氯仿混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入3份十二酸酰氯,调节温度至2℃搅拌60min,送入80份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中重结晶,除去溶剂得到改性红薯粉。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种提高小龙虾抗病能力的饲料,其原料按重量份包括:木薯粉35份,啤酒糟8份,豆渣6份,玉米粉7份,膨化血粉14份,发酵芝麻粕13份,花生蛋白粉6份,免疫促进剂3份,食盐3份,植物油1.4份,改性红薯粉3份。
免疫促进剂按重量份包括:黄芪多糖0.45份,氯化胆碱0.25份,鱼腥草素1份,低聚果糖0.12份,壳聚糖0.7份。植物油按重量份包括:玉米油5份,橄榄油5份。
改性红薯粉采用如下工艺进行制备:氮气保护下按重量份将16份红薯粉、1份双-N,N-(羟丙基磺基甜菜碱基丙基)仲胺、80份氯仿混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入1份十二酸酰氯,调节温度至6℃搅拌40min,送入120份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中重结晶,除去溶剂得到改性红薯粉。
实验组采用实施例5所得饲料进行饲养,对照组采用普通小龙虾饲料进行饲养。除小龙虾饲料外,两组小龙虾的其它养殖条件保持一致。饲养60天后,其结果如下:

由上表可知,实验组小龙虾发病率显著下降,成活率高,体重增速快,证明本发明所得饲料营养成分全面而均衡,有效增强虾类免疫力、抗病能力、抗多种应激能力,以及加强了虾类的生长,提高了成活率。

Claims (6)
1.一种提高小龙虾抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:木薯粉30-40份,啤酒糟6-10份,豆渣4-8份,玉米粉5-10份,膨化血粉10-18份,发酵芝麻粕10-16份,花生蛋白粉4-8份,免疫促进剂2-4份,食盐2-4份,植物油1.2-1.6份,改性红薯粉2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述提高小龙虾抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,免疫促进剂按重量份包括:黄芪多糖0.3-0.5份,氯化胆碱0.2-0.4份,鱼腥草素0.6-1.2份,低聚果糖0.1-0.2份,壳聚糖0.4-0.8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述提高小龙虾抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,植物油按重量份包括:玉米油4-8份,橄榄油2-6份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述提高小龙虾抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,改性红薯粉采用如下工艺进行制备:氮气保护下将红薯粉、双-N,N-(羟丙基磺基甜菜碱基丙基)仲胺、氯仿混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入十二酸酰氯,调节温度搅拌,送入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中重结晶,除去溶剂得到改性红薯粉。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述提高小龙虾抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,改性红薯粉采用如下工艺进行制备:氮气保护下按重量份将8-16份红薯粉、1-2份双-N,N-(羟丙基磺基甜菜碱基丙基)仲胺、70-80份氯仿混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入1-3份十二酸酰氯,调节温度搅拌,送入80-120份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中重结晶,除去溶剂得到改性红薯粉。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述提高小龙虾抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,改性红薯粉采用如下工艺进行制备:氮气保护下按重量份将8-16份红薯粉、1-2份双-N,N-(羟丙基磺基甜菜碱基丙基)仲胺、70-80份氯仿混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入1-3份十二酸酰氯,调节温度至2-6℃搅拌40-60min,送入80-120份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中重结晶,除去溶剂得到改性红薯粉。
