技术领域
本发明涉及一种格栅,具体是涉及一种不粘通风格栅。
背景技术
汽车格栅,用于发动机通风散热,主要功能是散热和进气,如果发动机散热器水温过高单靠自然进风不能充分散热时,风扇会自动启动辅助散热。传统的格栅与车体前保险杠连接的不够牢固,容易脱落,前格栅都是金属制品,长时间之后表面会积灰,容易脏,不便于打理,也不美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种不容易积灰、连接牢固的不粘通风格栅。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种不粘通风格栅,它包括格栅外框和格栅内框,所述格栅外框内设置有两个格栅组件,所述两个格栅组件分别位于格栅内框的两侧,所述每个格栅组件均与格栅外框和格栅内框相连接,所述每个格栅组件均包括横连接杆,所述格栅外框的后端设置有两个插片,所述格栅外框和横连接杆的表面均设有不粘层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明一种不粘通风格栅与车体之间连接非常牢固,不会轻易掉落,设置不粘层后,前格栅表面不容易积灰,便于打理。

插片4用来固定前格栅,使前格栅与车体连接的更牢固,不粘层设置后,前格栅表面不容易积灰,便于打理。
