本发明魔芋等级的快速分选方法在使用过程中,先开启电源,打开下料口调节板,再向料斗根据吞吐量陆续倒入新收获的魔芋,查看进入条形筛的魔芋分选情况,然后重新调节下料口调节板,在机器的震动下魔芋从条形筛的左边向右边滚动,小于筛条间隔距离的魔芋会落入下一层分选筛,分选过后的魔芋分别从各自的下料槽落入单独的容器中或者单独的输送带上面。

本发明魔芋等级的快速分选方法属于加工领域,特别涉及魔芋的大小等级分选。
背景技术
现有魔芋加工企业,在魔芋收获时,魔芋的大小等级都是采用人工分选,费工费时效率低。
发明内容
本发明魔芋等级的快速分选方法克服了上述缺陷,利用筛条间隔宽窄不同的条形筛片,由震动电机高速旋转带动机架产生共振,通过三级分选,使收获的魔芋快速将留种和加工的商品大小等级分选开。
分选机:包括定位底板1、减震胶垫2、机架3、震动电机4、料斗5、下料口调节板6、一级条形分选筛7、二级条形分选筛8、三级条形分选筛9、下料槽10,定位底板1与减震胶垫2连接,减震胶垫2与机架3连接,震动电机4、料斗5、一级条形分选筛7、二级条形分选筛8、三级条形分选筛9安装在机架3的上面,下料口调节板6安装在料斗5的下侧面,一级条形分选筛7、二级条形分选筛8、三级条形分选筛9的右边分别安装了一个下料槽10。
震动电机4安装在机架3的左侧面靠近料斗5的部位,震动电机4高速旋转时通过机架3带动料斗5和一级条形分选筛7、二级条形分选筛8、三级条形分选筛9一起产生共振。
一级条形分选筛7中间的筛条间隔距离为12—13cm,二级条形分选筛8中间的筛条间隔距离为6—7cm,三级条形分选筛9中间的筛条间隔距离为3—4cm,每层条形分选筛的出口筛条之间的连接部位为U型。
分选机的机架有料斗的一边比装有下料槽的一边高10—15cm。

根据上述魔芋等级的快速分选方法在使用过程中,先开启电源,打开下料口调节板,再向料斗根据吞吐量陆续倒入新收获的魔芋,查看进入条形筛的魔芋分选情况,然后重新调节下料口调节板,在机器的震动下魔芋从条形筛的左边向右边滚动,小于筛条间隔距离的魔芋会落入下一层分选筛,分选过后的魔芋分别从各自的下料槽落入单独的容器中或者单独的输送带上面。

1.魔芋等级的快速分选方法:其特征是在使用过程中,先开启电源,打开下料口调节板,再向料斗根据吞吐量陆续倒入新收获的魔芋,查看进入条形筛的魔芋分选情况,然后重新调节下料口调节板,在机器的震动下魔芋从条形筛的左边向右边滚动,小于筛条间隔距离的魔芋会落入下一层分选筛,分选过后的魔芋分别从各自的下料槽落入单独的容器中或者单独的输送带上面。
