本发明魔芋等级的快速分选方法属于加工领域，特别涉及魔芋的大小等级分选。
背景技术
现有魔芋加工企业，在魔芋收获时，魔芋的大小等级都是采用人工分选，费工费时效率低。
发明内容
本发明魔芋等级的快速分选方法克服了上述缺陷，利用筛条间隔宽窄不同的条形筛片，由震动电机高速旋转带动机架产生共振，通过三级分选，使收获的魔芋快速将留种和加工的商品大小等级分选开。
分选机：包括定位底板1、减震胶垫2、机架3、震动电机4、料斗5、下料口调节板6、一级条形分选筛7、二级条形分选筛8、三级条形分选筛9、下料槽10，定位底板1与减震胶垫2连接，减震胶垫2与机架3连接，震动电机4、料斗5、一级条形分选筛7、二级条形分选筛8、三级条形分选筛9安装在机架3的上面，下料口调节板6安装在料斗5的下侧面，一级条形分选筛7、二级条形分选筛8、三级条形分选筛9的右边分别安装了一个下料槽10。
震动电机4安装在机架3的左侧面靠近料斗5的部位，震动电机4高速旋转时通过机架3带动料斗5和一级条形分选筛7、二级条形分选筛8、三级条形分选筛9一起产生共振。
一级条形分选筛7中间的筛条间隔距离为12—13cm，二级条形分选筛8中间的筛条间隔距离为6—7cm，三级条形分选筛9中间的筛条间隔距离为3—4cm，每层条形分选筛的出口筛条之间的连接部位为U型。
分选机的机架有料斗的一边比装有下料槽的一边高10—15cm。
