Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a communication device, which comprises: the main board is arranged in the accommodating cavity and mounted on the main body. The communication equipment also comprises a card cover and a connecting piece, wherein the outer surface of the shell is provided with a card slot for installing an SIM card, and the card cover is embedded into the card slot; the connecting piece penetrates through the shell to be respectively connected with the SIM card and the mainboard. Keep apart SIM card and mainboard through the shell, the SIM card is located the outside of shell, and the mainboard is located the inside of shell, has strengthened communication equipment's waterproof performance.

Background
With the popularization of wireless communication and data transmission devices, memory cards such as a standard Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card and a Secure Digital (SD) card have become basic configurations of mobile terminals such as mobile phones.
With the design of mobile terminals becoming thinner and lighter, the integration level becomes higher and higher, and more mobile terminals adopt a card holder or card seat form to place storage cards such as SIM cards or SD cards. Taking a mobile phone as an example, as shown in fig. 1a, the card holder can be inserted into a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, so as to implement the installation of the SIM or other memory card. When the SIM card needs to be taken out, the user can push the card holder out of the through pin hole by using the thimble. However, since the card holder of the SIM card directly contacts with the motherboard of the mobile phone, if water enters the card holder, the water directly contacts with the components on the motherboard, which causes various unpredictable problems on the motherboard, such as short circuit burning the chip, short circuit burning the shell of the mobile phone, and even burning the mobile phone to generate open fire. As shown in the watch in fig. 1b, when the SIM card is replaced, because the mainboard is directly exposed in the air, when the SIM card interface enters water, the mainboard is easily caused to enter water, so that the watch breaks down in the using process.
Therefore, the communication equipment provided by the prior art has poor waterproof performance.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides communication equipment, which enhances the waterproof performance of the communication equipment.

Furthermore, the connecting piece is fixedly sealed by plastic to form a connecting system;
the connection system is integrally formed with the housing.
Further, the outer surface of the main board is provided with a test point corresponding to the connecting piece;
and when the mainboard is packaged, the connecting piece is in elastic compression joint with the test point.
Furthermore, the number of the connecting pieces corresponds to the number of the test points, and different connecting pieces are independent of each other.
Further, the connecting piece is a POGO PIN connector.

Compared with the scheme that the mainboard is exposed in the air when the SIM card is replaced in the prior art or the scheme that the SIM card is connected with the mainboard through the card support, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention seals the mainboard in the accommodating cavity through the shell, and when the SIM card is replaced, the mainboard cannot be exposed in the air, so that the phenomenon that the mainboard is exposed due to water entering from the SIM card interface or the SIM card support of the SIM card is prevented effectively, the waterproof performance of the communication equipment is improved, and the safety of the communication equipment is higher in the using process.

In order to make the technical problems solved, technical solutions adopted and technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Fig. 2 is an exploded schematic view of a communication device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the structure includes: a main body 110, a main board 120, and a case 130. The housing 130 is nested on the main body 110, and forms a receiving cavity with the main body 110, and the main board 120 is placed in the receiving cavity and mounted on the main body 110. The structure further includes: the outer surface of the housing 130 is provided with a card slot 140 for mounting a SIM card; the connecting piece 150 penetrates through the shell 130 to respectively connect the SIM card and the mainboard 120; and a card cover 160 inserted into the card slot 140 for fixing the SIM card.
The connecting member 150 may be a metal elastic sheet, and particularly, a POGO PIN connector is preferred.
Preferably, the manufacturing process of the connecting member 150 and the housing 130 may be: the connecting member 150 and the housing 130 are integrally formed by plastic fixation.
For example, the manufacturing process of the connecting member 150 and the housing 130 may further include: the connecting piece 150 forms a connecting system through plastic sealing; the attachment system is integrally formed with the housing 130.
Since the connector 150 extends through the housing 130 and connects with the SIM card in the card slot 140 and the motherboard 120, respectively, the SIM card and the motherboard 120 can be isolated by the housing, the SIM card being disposed in the card slot 140 outside the housing 130, and the motherboard 120 being disposed inside the housing 130. When the card slot 140 of the SIM card is filled with water, the SIM card is easy to be stained with water, and for the waterproof problem that the whole motherboard contacts with the SIM card, the motherboard 120 cannot be filled with water due to the isolation function of the housing 130 (the housing is integrated without any opening). The SIM card is wetted and does not cause the faults of the mainboard such as burning or open fire, and the communication equipment can be normally used after the water on the SIM card is wiped clean.
For example, when the motherboard 120 is designed, test points corresponding to the connectors may be disposed on the outer surface of the motherboard 120, and when the motherboard 120 is packaged, the connectors 150 are elastically pressed against the test points. For example, an additional elastic sheet can be attached to the connecting piece and is in elastic pressure connection with the test point.
It should be noted that the number of the connecting pieces corresponds to the number of the test points, and different connecting pieces are independent of each other. For example, if the SIM card requires 6 feeding points for contacting, 6 connectors are set to connect with 6 test points on the motherboard and 6 feeding points on the SIM card, and the 6 connectors are independent from each other.
Fig. 3 is an assembled structural schematic diagram of a communication device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, after the communication device according to the embodiment of the present invention is assembled, the housing 130 is inserted into the main body 110, and the card cover 160 is inserted into the card slot (not shown). When the SIM card needs to be replaced, the card cover 160 is removed, and when the SIM card is placed in the card slot again, the card cover 160 is inserted into the card slot. The arrangement of the card cover 160 enables a user to normally select a commercial SIM card according to the own requirements, and compared with the arrangement mode of a non-replaceable SIM card or a simulated SIM card, the scheme can provide more convenience and selection for the user. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the card cover 160 also enables the waterproof performance of the communication equipment to be higher.
Further, the height occupied by the card slot 140 of the SIM card is preferably the same height as the housing 130, which is set for the purpose of thinner thickness and better aesthetics of the communication device.
The embodiment of the invention provides communication equipment which comprises a main body, a main board and a shell, wherein the shell is nested on the main body, an accommodating cavity is formed between the shell and the main body, and the main board is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is installed on the main body. One end of the connecting piece is connected with the mainboard, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the SIM card in the clamping groove. At this moment, the shell of the communication equipment can play a role in isolating the mainboard from the SIM card. Compared with the scheme that the mainboard is exposed in the air when the SIM card is replaced in the prior art or the scheme that the SIM card is connected with the mainboard through the card support, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention seals the mainboard in the accommodating cavity through the shell, and when the SIM card is replaced, the mainboard cannot be exposed in the air, so that the phenomenon that the mainboard is exposed due to water entering from the SIM card interface or the SIM card support of the SIM card is prevented effectively, the waterproof performance of the communication equipment is improved, and the safety of the communication equipment is higher in the using process.

the outer surface of the shell is provided with a clamping groove for installing an SIM card, and the card cover is embedded into the clamping groove;
the connecting piece penetrates through the shell to be respectively connected with the SIM card and the mainboard, wherein the connecting piece is a POGOPIN connector;
the connecting piece penetrating through the shell is integrally formed with the shell, or the connecting system is integrally formed with the shell after the connecting piece is fixedly sealed by plastic;
the outer surface of the main board is provided with a test point corresponding to the connecting piece;
and when the mainboard is packaged, the connecting piece is in elastic compression joint with the test point.
2. The communication device of claim 1, wherein:
the number of the connecting pieces corresponds to the number of the test points, and different connecting pieces are mutually independent.
