技术领域
本发明涉及电缆制造领域,尤其涉及一种计算机用控制电缆。
背景技术
众所周知,目前,现有的电缆往往存在一些问题,像结构不够牢固、信息传送缓慢且不稳定以及安全性较差等不足;因此我们急需要研发生产出一种具有结构牢固、信息传送的高效稳定以及安全性好等优点的新型电缆。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种计算机用控制电缆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种计算机用控制电缆,它包括缆芯、屏蔽层、填充层、缓冲层、外护套层和防腐蚀层;所述缆芯包括电缆导体、碳纤维复合加强芯、屏蔽层和缓冲层;所述电缆导体和碳纤维复合加强芯并行排列;所述电缆导体和碳纤维复合加强芯外挤包一层填充层;所述填充层外挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外表面紧密贴附有一层绝缘膜;所述绝缘膜外设置有固定框架;所述固定框架外挤包有一层缓冲层;所述缓冲层内挤包有填充绳束;所述缓冲层外挤包一层外护套层;所述外护套层内挤包有芳纶纤维束;所述外护套层外挤包有一层防火阻燃层;所述防火阻燃层内挤包有接地引流线;所述防火阻燃层外挤包有一层防腐蚀层。
上述的一种计算机用控制电缆,所述芳纶纤维束包括四根相同的纤维束,且四根相同的所述纤维束均匀分布在外护套层的左上、左下、右上和右下角处。
上述的一种计算机用控制电缆,所述接地引流线包括四根相同的引流线,且四根相同的所述引流线均匀对称地设置在防火阻燃层的上、下、左和右处。
上述的一种计算机用控制电缆,所述电缆导体呈圆柱体型;所述碳纤维复合加强芯包括三根相同的三棱柱体型加强芯;三根相同的所述加强芯均匀分布在电缆导体外侧。
上述的一种计算机用控制电缆,所述填充绳束包括三根相同的填充绳;三根相同的所述填充绳均匀且对称地设置在缓冲层内。
上述的一种计算机用控制电缆,所述屏蔽层、填充层和固定框架三者均呈三棱柱体型结构。
上述的一种计算机用控制电缆,所述固定框架三个拐角均连接在外护套层内侧面上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种计算机用控制电缆中设置的固定框架和缓冲层使得电缆本身具有很好的结构稳定性;设置的绝缘膜、防火阻燃层以及接地引流线等有效地提高了电缆使用的安全性;而更重要的是设置的碳纤维复合加强芯以及芳纶纤维束的设置提高了信息传输的高效稳定等优点。

如图1,一种计算机用控制电缆,它包括缆芯1、屏蔽层4、填充层6、缓冲层5、外护套层9和防腐蚀层13;所述缆芯1包括电缆导体2、碳纤维复合加强芯3、屏蔽层4和缓冲层5;所述电缆导体2呈圆柱体型;所述碳纤维复合加强芯3包括三根相同的三棱柱体型加强芯;三根相同的所述加强芯均匀分布在电缆导体2外侧;所述电缆导体2和碳纤维复合加强芯3并行排列;所述电缆导体2和碳纤维复合加强芯3外挤包一层填充层6;所述填充层6外挤包一层屏蔽层4;所述屏蔽层4外表面紧密贴附有一层绝缘膜;所述绝缘膜外设置有固定框架7;所述固定框架7三个拐角均连接在外护套层9内侧面上;所述固定框架7外挤包有一层缓冲层5;所述缓冲层5内挤包有填充绳8束;所述填充层6、屏蔽层4和固定框架7三者均呈三棱柱体型结构;所述填充绳8束包括三根相同的填充绳8;三根相同的所述填充绳8均匀且对称地设置在缓冲层5内;所述缓冲层5外挤包一层外护套层9;所述外护套层9内挤包有芳纶纤维束10;所述芳纶纤维束10包括四根相同的纤维束,且四根相同的所述纤维束均匀分布在外护套层9的左上、左下、右上和右下角处;所述外护套层9侧外挤包有一层防火阻燃层11;所述防火阻燃层11内挤包有接地引流线12;所述接地引流线12包括四根相同的引流线,且四根相同的所述引流线均匀对称地设置在防火阻燃层11的上、下、左和右处;所述防火阻燃层1外挤包有一层防腐蚀层13。
本发明一种计算机用控制电缆中设置的固定框架7和缓冲层5使得电缆本身具有很好的结构稳定性;设置的绝缘膜、防火阻燃层11以及接地引流线12等有效地提高了电缆使用的安全性;而更重要的是设置的碳纤维复合加强芯3以及芳纶纤维束10的设置提高了信息传输的高效稳定。

1.一种计算机用控制电缆,其特征在于:包括缆芯、屏蔽层、填充层、缓冲层、外护套层和防腐蚀层;所述缆芯包括电缆导体、碳纤维复合加强芯、屏蔽层和缓冲层;所述电缆导体和碳纤维复合加强芯并行排列;所述电缆导体和碳纤维复合加强芯外挤包一层填充层;所述填充层外挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外表面紧密贴附有一层绝缘膜;所述绝缘膜外设置有固定框架;所述固定框架外挤包有一层缓冲层;所述缓冲层内挤包有填充绳束;所述缓冲层外挤包一层外护套层;所述外护套层内挤包有芳纶纤维束;所述外护套层外挤包有一层防火阻燃层;所述防火阻燃层内挤包有接地引流线;所述防火阻燃层外挤包有一层防腐蚀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机用控制电缆,其特征在于:所述芳纶纤维束包括四根相同的纤维束,且四根相同的所述纤维束均匀分布在外护套层的左上、左下、右上和右下角处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机用控制电缆,其特征在于:所述接地引流线包括四根相同的引流线,且四根相同的所述引流线均匀对称地设置在防火阻燃层的上、下、左和右处。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机用控制电缆,其特征在于:所述电缆导体呈圆柱体型;所述碳纤维复合加强芯包括三根相同的三棱柱体型加强芯;三根相同的所述加强芯均匀分布在电缆导体外侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机用控制电缆,其特征在于:所述填充绳束包括三根相同的填充绳;三根相同的所述填充绳均匀且对称地设置在缓冲层内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机用控制电缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层、填充层和固定框架三者均呈三棱柱体型结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机用控制电缆,其特征在于:所述固定框架三个拐角均连接在外护套层内侧面上。
