Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a credit management and control system according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, taking a plurality of service systems such as a client platform 11 (for responding to and processing a client service, etc.), a data platform 12 (for responding to and processing a data service, etc.), an object platform 13 (for responding to and processing an object service, etc.), etc. as an example, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure may provide a credit management system 10 as shown in fig. 1, to perform centralized and unified credit management on each service system such as the client platform 11, the data platform 12, the object platform 13, etc. without separately implementing a credit management function in each service system, which not only can reduce complexity of the service system while meeting personalized credit management requirements of each service system, but also is helpful to perform unified viewing and management on credit management situations of each service system.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a credit management and control system according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the system may include a credit management platform 21 and at least one service system of a service system 22, a service system 23, and the like.
The credit management and control platform 21 may be a physical server including an independent host, or the credit management and control platform 21 may be a virtual server borne by a host cluster, or the credit management and control platform 21 may be a cloud server. During operation, the credit management platform 21 may implement the credit management functions of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.
The service system 22, the service system 23, etc. may be a physical server comprising an independent host, or the service system 22, the service system 23, etc. may be a virtual server carried by a host cluster, or the service system 22, the service system 23, etc. may be a cloud server. In the operation process, the service system 22, the service system 23 and the like can respectively realize the respective service functions and realize the required credit management and control functions at the credit management and control platform 21 without integrating the credit management and control functions separately.
While the network 24 for interaction between the service system 22, the service system 23, etc. and the credit management and control platform 21 may comprise various types of wired or wireless networks. In one embodiment, the network 24 may include a public switched telephone network (Public Switched Telephone Network, PSTN) and the internet.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for acquiring credit information according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the steps of:
in step 302, the credit management and control platform receives a credit management and control request transmitted by a service system.
Step 304, the credit management and control platform queries a corresponding credit management and control rule base to obtain a credit management and control rule matching the credit management and control request.
In this embodiment, the credit management and control rule base may be used to record the credit management and control rules corresponding to all the service systems in a centralized manner. In other words, the credit management and control platform can be simultaneously connected with all the service systems, each service system can establish a required credit management and control rule on the credit management and control platform according to actual requirements, and the credit management and control rule is recorded in the credit management and control rule base by the credit management and control platform, so that each service system can conveniently select the required credit management and control rule from the credit management and control rule base. Of course, in other embodiments, the credit management and control platform may also create an independent credit management and control rule base for each service system, so as to store the credit management and control rules established by each service system.
In this embodiment, the credit management and control platform may obtain information of a credit management and control main body from the credit management and control request, and obtain an alternative credit management and control rule related to the credit management and control main body from the credit management and control rule library; and then, the credit management and control platform analyzes a first dimension contained in the alternative credit management and control rule, and determines a first dimension value of the credit management and control main body under the first dimension, so as to screen the alternative credit management and control rule conforming to the first dimension and the first dimension value, and the alternative credit management and control rule is used as the credit management and control rule matched with the credit management and control request. For example, assuming that the credit management and control main body is a user, the credit management and control request may include a user account of the user, so that the credit management and control platform may select all candidate credit management and control rules related to the user account from the credit management and control rule library; assuming that each user account has a corresponding membership grade, for example, the membership grade may include a gold plate member, a silver plate member, a copper plate member, and the like, and the service system may create a first rule corresponding to the gold plate member, a second rule corresponding to the silver plate member, a third rule corresponding to the copper plate member, and the like, respectively, but since the credit management request does not include a dimension value of the user account in the "membership grade" dimension, the credit management platform may first obtain the first rule, the second rule, the third rule, and the like, and parse the first dimension such as the "membership grade" from the rules, and then the credit management platform further determines that the first rule matches the credit management request when the dimension value is the "gold plate member", for example, screens out the second rule, the third rule, and the like.
The first dimension may be a static dimension, that is, a first dimension value corresponding to the first dimension does not change, for example, when the service system needs to implement a recharging service, it is assumed that the first dimension is a recharging channel, the corresponding first dimension value may be fixed as a bank a, and the credit management and control platform may directly obtain the static first dimension value; for example, when a credit management and control request is initiated, the service system may include a first dimension value corresponding to the first dimension in the credit management and control request, so that the credit management and control platform may read the first dimension value. Or, the first dimension may be a dynamic dimension, that is, the first dimension value corresponding to the first dimension may change, for example, when the service system needs to implement the reset service, assuming that the first dimension is a "member class", the first dimension value may change due to the change of the "member class" of the user, and then the credit management platform may determine a dimension value provider corresponding to the first dimension and obtain the dynamic first dimension value from the dimension value provider.
In this embodiment, the credit management and control request may include, in addition to the information of the credit management and control main body, a second dimension value of the second dimension, so that when the credit management and control platform obtains the candidate credit management and control rule, the candidate credit management and control rule may be further related to the second dimension and the second dimension value, thereby reducing the number of the candidate credit management and control rules to a certain extent, and helping to more efficiently screen the credit management and control rule matching the credit management and control request from the candidate credit management and control rules in a subsequent process.
Step 306, the credit management and control platform determines credit information corresponding to the credit management and control request according to the credit management and control rule.
In this embodiment, the device credit management and control platform may determine, according to the credit management and control body corresponding to the credit management and control request, a used credit of the credit management and control body; and then, the credit management and control platform calculates corresponding residual credit according to the used credit and the total credit defined by the credit management and control rule, and takes the corresponding residual credit as credit information corresponding to the credit management and control request.
When the credit management and control request has a plurality of matched credit management and control rules, the credit management and control platform can respectively calculate the residual credit corresponding to each credit management and control rule, and then select the residual credit with the minimum value as credit information corresponding to the credit management and control request.
Step 308, the credit management and control platform returns the credit information to the service system, so that the service system performs corresponding credit management and control operation.
Accordingly, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for establishing a credit management rule according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include the steps of:
In step 402, the credit management and control platform receives a rule creation request from a business system.
Step 404, the credit management and control platform generates a corresponding credit management and control rule according to the credit management and control main body, the management and control target, the rule dimension and the management and control policy input by the service system; the credit management and control rule is used for indicating the credit management and control platform: and when the service system transmits a credit management and control request matched with the credit management and control main body and the rule dimension, carrying out credit management and control on the management and control target according to the management and control strategy.
In this embodiment, each service system may respectively use a custom description manner for the same rule dimension; then, the credit management and control platform can establish a mapping relationship between the first description mode and the second description mode according to the first description mode adopted by the service system and the second description mode self-used by the credit management and control platform, so that when the rule dimension is described by the service system in the first description mode self-defined by the service system, the credit management and control platform can convert the rule dimension from the first description mode into the second description mode adopted by the credit management and control platform according to the mapping relationship.
Step 406, the credit management and control platform stores the credit management and control rule into a corresponding credit management and control rule base.
As can be seen from the above technical solutions, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure may provide centralized credit management and control for each service system by establishing a unified credit management and control platform, without implementing the credit management and control function by the service system alone, which is beneficial to reducing complexity of the service system and facilitating sharing of processing resources among each service system. Meanwhile, the service system is convenient to define the required quota control function by using the quota control rule, so that the personalized quota control requirement of each service system is met.
In order to facilitate understanding, a third party payment scenario is taken as an example, and a technical solution of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is described in detail below. In the third party payment scenario, many business systems, such as the fund platform, the client platform, the payment platform and the like shown in fig. 5-6, are often involved in the third party payment company, and these business systems all need to implement independent credit management and control, and can be implemented by a credit management and control platform.
1. Establishing limit control rules
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a method for establishing credit management rules according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, each business system of the funding platform 51, the client platform 52, the payment platform 53, etc. in the third party payment company may each initiate a rule creation request to the credit management platform 54 to establish the credit management rules meeting the personalized requirements thereof. Meanwhile, as the credit management and control functions of the business systems are realized by the credit management and control platform 54, repeated development and resource waste of the credit management and control functions of the business systems can be avoided, and management personnel of third-party payment companies can conveniently check the credit management and control conditions of the business systems from the credit management and control platform 54 through a unified view. And, based on the credit management and control scheme of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, when a new service system appears in a third party payment company, only the credit management and control platform 54 needs to be accessed as well and a corresponding credit management and control rule is created, so that seamless access to the new service system is realized, and expansion of the service system is easy to be compatible.
When the business systems such as the fund platform 51, the client platform 52, the payment platform 53 and the like need to create the credit management and control rule, a rule creation request may be initiated to the credit management and control platform 54, where the rule creation request includes: the credit management and control body, the management and control target, the rule dimension and the management and control policy are provided for the credit management and control platform 54 to generate corresponding credit management and control rules according to the credit management and control rules.
The credit management and control main body. The credit management and control entity is used for indicating "who manages and controls the credit," and can be characterized as any entity that can be identified by the service system, such as a customer of the third party payment company, an account of the customer, a bank card of the customer, an external cooperative merchant of the third party payment company, and the like, which can be used as the credit management and control entity in one or more embodiments of the present specification.
And controlling the target. The control target is used for indicating what to control the credit, and can be characterized as any object which can be controlled by the credit control main body, such as an amount, a transaction number, a password input error number and the like, and the control target can only comprise one object (such as an individual control "amount" or a transaction number "), and can also comprise a plurality of objects (such as simultaneous control" amount "and a transaction number"). And, fine granularity may be selected for each object; taking the "amount" as an example, fine granularity selection can be performed for the "money type", for example, when the "rmb" is selected, corresponding credit management and control can be performed for the "rmb", while the "dollar" or other currencies are not subject to the credit management and control or other credit management and control.
Rule dimensions. The rule dimension is used for indicating that the credit management is performed under what scene, and can be characterized as any dimension related to a credit management main body or a management target, and taking a product dimension as an example, the rule dimension can be divided into payment products, presentation products and the like. The rule dimensions of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure may be divided according to a plurality of levels of fine granularity, for example, still take a "product" dimension as an example, and for the payment product, the presentation product, and the like, the division of smaller fine granularity may be further implemented, for example, the dimensions of the smaller fine granularity may be derived from a product attribute (such as a payment channel of the payment product, and the like), a user attribute (such as an authentication level of a user), a merchant attribute (such as a commodity category of a merchant), a card number attribute (such as a credit card or a savings card, and the like).
The rule dimension may include two types: static dimensions and dynamic dimensions. The static dimension refers to a dimension in which the dimension value remains unchanged, for example, the "payment channel" may be fixed as "bank a", "bank B", etc., and these dimension values may be included in the rule creation request described above after being determined by the service system, so as to be transmitted into the credit management platform 54. Dynamic dimensions refer to dimensions in which a dimension value may change, such as "user authentication level" may change with user behavior, then the business system may not pass the corresponding dimension value along with a rule creation request to the credit management platform 54, but rather be obtained by the credit management platform 54 from the corresponding dimension value provider.
And (5) managing and controlling the strategy. The management and control strategy is used for indicating how to perform limit management and control. The business system can define a control strategy from multiple angles, such as a control period and the like; of course, the present description is not limited in one or more embodiments. Taking the control period as an example, the service system can set the control period as a single pen, a day, a month, a year, a lifetime, etc., and of course, any other time period can be used as the control period.
The credit management and control platform 54 may generate corresponding credit management and control rules by extracting information such as the credit management and control subject, the management and control target, the rule dimension, and the management and control policy in the rule creation request. The credit management and control rule may include information such as a credit management and control main body and a management and control target, and record a rule application condition in the form of a rule expression, for example, the rule expression may be combined to express the management and control policy described above through logic such as "and", "or", "not", "equal" and "not equal".
The description manner of the same object may not be consistent with the credit management platform 54 due to industry habit, etc., for example, the service system may use a first description manner for the dimension name and the dimension value in the rule dimension, and the credit management platform 54 may use a second description manner. Then, when the credit management and control platform 54 receives the rule creation request transmitted by the service system, the information such as the rule dimension in the rule creation request can be converted according to the mapping relationship between the first description mode and the second description mode, so that the information is converted into information suitable for the credit management and control platform 54, and unified management of the credit management and control platform 54 is facilitated.
The credit management and control platform 54 may maintain a credit management and control rule base 55 as shown in fig. 5, where the credit management and control rule base 55 is used for the credit management and control platform 54 to store the credit management and control rules created by each service system. Of course, the credit management and control platform 54 may also separately maintain a corresponding credit management and control rule base for each service system, which is not limited in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.
2. Implement credit management and control
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an implementation of credit management according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, when there is a credit management requirement for each service system in the third party payment company, a corresponding credit management request may be sent to the credit management platform 54, and the process of implementing the credit management on the credit management platform 54 will be described below with reference to fig. 7 by taking the service system "payment platform 53" as an example. As shown in fig. 7, the process of implementing credit management may include the following steps:
in step 702, the credit management and control platform 54 receives a credit management and control request from the paymate 53.
When receiving the credit management and control request sent by the payment platform 53, the credit management and control platform 54 may acquire information of the credit management and control body and information of the scene dimension included in the credit management and control request. For example, assuming that a customer in a third party payment company logs into an account at the payment platform 53 and performs a payment operation based on the account, the credit management entity in the credit management request may be the account, and the scenario dimension may be a dimension related to the payment operation or the corresponding payment product.
In step 704, the credit management platform 54 obtains the credit management entity and the scene dimension included in the credit management request.
In step 706, the credit management and control platform 54 obtains alternative credit management and control rules associated with the credit management and control subject and the scene dimensions.
The credit management platform 54 may select, from the credit management rule base 55, an alternative credit management rule related to the credit management request (actually, the information of the credit management body and the scene dimension included in the credit management request) based on the information of the credit management body and the scene dimension. Of course, in some embodiments, the credit management request may also include only information of the credit management entity, and the alternative credit management rule obtained herein may be related only to the information of the credit management entity. However, when the credit management and control platform 54 searches for related candidate credit management and control rules from the credit management and control rule base 55 based on the credit management and control main body and the scene dimension, it is obvious that the number of candidate credit management and control rules may be reduced in a certain procedure, so as to help to improve the operation efficiency of further screening the candidate credit management and control rules in the subsequent process.
In step 708, the credit management and control platform 54 parses the dimensions involved in the alternative credit management and control rules.
The alternative credit control rules may eventually match the credit control request or may not be applicable to the credit control request. Thus, the credit management platform 54 needs to further filter the alternative credit management rules. Taking two dimensions of "payment channel" and "authentication level of user" as an example, assuming that "payment channel" includes a bank a and a bank B, and "authentication level of user" includes a gold plate member, a silver plate member, and a bronze plate member, then according to the information such as the credit management main body and the scene dimension provided by the credit management request, the credit management platform 54 may obtain all the candidate credit management rules under these two dimensions, that is, 6 candidate credit management rules, which correspond to "bank a+gold plate member", "bank a+silver plate member", "bank a+bronze plate member", "bank b+gold plate member", "bank b+silver plate member" and "bank b+bronze plate member", respectively.
In step 710A, when a static dimension is involved, the credit management platform 54 obtains a dimension value of the static dimension from the request parameters of the credit management request.
In step 710B, when a dynamic dimension is involved, the credit management platform 54 queries the dimension value provider for the dimension value.
The credit management platform 54 selects alternative credit management rules, although the above-described situation of these alternative credit management rules is not clear. However, the credit management and control platform 54 may determine the rule dimensions related to the candidate credit management and control rules by parsing the candidate credit management and control rules, for example, the credit management and control platform 54 may determine that the candidate credit management and control rules are related to the dimensions such as "payment channel" and "authentication level of user".
Then, the credit management platform 54 may further determine, for the information of the credit management entity included in the credit management request, a dimension value corresponding to the credit management entity. For static dimensions such as a payment channel, the service system can directly determine the dimension value of the static dimension, so that the limit control request can contain the dimension value of the limit control main body under the static dimension, for example, the dimension value is assumed to be "A bank"; for a dynamic dimension such as "user authentication level", the service system cannot directly determine a dimension value of the dynamic dimension, so the credit management platform 54 can actively query a dimension value provider (such as the member management platform 56 shown in fig. 6) of the dynamic dimension to obtain a corresponding dimension value, such as "gold card member". The service system may inform the credit management platform 54 of the information of the dimension value provider of the dynamic dimension, or the credit management platform 54 may be preconfigured with the information of the dimension value provider of the dynamic dimension, or the credit management platform 54 may learn the information of the dimension value provider of the dynamic dimension through other approaches.
In step 712, the credit management and control platform 54 filters the credit management and control rules matching the credit management and control request according to the dimension value.
The credit management and control platform 54 may screen the above-mentioned candidate credit management and control rules according to the determined dimension values of "bank a" and "gold medal member", so as to determine the candidate credit management and control rule corresponding to "bank a+gold medal member" as matching the above-mentioned credit management and control request, and screen the candidate credit management and control rules corresponding to other "bank a+silver medal member", "bank a+copper medal member", "bank b+gold medal member", "bank b+silver medal member", and "bank b+copper medal member", etc.
In other embodiments, the business system may actively initiate a query to a dimension value provider of the dynamic dimension to learn the dimension value of the dynamic dimension and include the dimension value in the credit management request. In other words, the service system may add the dimension values of the static dimension and the dynamic dimension to the credit management and control request, so that the credit management and control platform 54 may directly determine the matched credit management and control rule from the credit management and control rule base according to the credit management and control body, the scene dimension, the static dimension and the dimension value thereof, the dynamic dimension and the dimension value thereof included in the credit management and control request. However, by querying the dimension value provider of the dynamic dimension by the credit management and control platform 54, so that each service system does not need to maintain a connection relationship with the dimension value provider, and the querying operation is completely concentrated on the credit management and control platform 54, the complexity of the whole system can be significantly simplified, and the reliability of the system can be improved.
In step 714, the credit management and control platform 54 calculates the remaining credit and returns to the paymate.
The credit management and control platform 54 may determine the total credit defined by the credit management and control rule according to the determined credit management and control rule matched with the credit management and control request, and calculate the corresponding remaining credit by combining the used credit of the credit management and control main body, and return the remaining credit as credit information to the service system. For example, assuming that bank a specifies a daily payment limit for a gold member as 2 thousand primordial notes, if the account of the customer has paid 1 ten thousand 3 thousand primordial notes on the day, the credit management and control platform 54 may inform the payoff platform 53 that its remaining credit is 7 thousand primordial notes; accordingly, the paymate 53 can determine whether the payment operation based on the account can be successfully completed, such as when the payment amount requested by the payment operation is not greater than 7 thousand yen, and when the payment amount requested by the payment operation is greater than 7 thousand yen, the payment operation cannot be successfully completed.
In some cases, the credit management platform 54 may match to multiple credit management rules at the same time. For example, assuming that rule 1 is defined as a bank prescribing 2-ten-thousand-element-bill per-day payment limit for the gold plate member, and rule 2 is defined as a bank prescribing 10-ten-thousand-element-bill per-month payment limit for all members, if the account of the above-mentioned customer has paid 1 ten thousand 3-element-bill per-day, 9 ten thousand 5-thousand-element-bill per-month has been paid, the credit management and control platform 54 may calculate 7-thousand-element-bill as a residual credit according to rule 1, 5-thousand-element-bill as a residual credit according to rule 2, and the credit management and control platform 54 selects the residual credit 5-thousand-element-bill having the smallest value and notifies the payment platform 53.
In summary, the centralized credit management and control scheme provided by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure may reduce credit management and control to several key control points for control, so that the service system is released from heavy credit configuration and cumbersome credit control logic, and a complex service credit control system may be completed in a shorter development period, thereby improving the function multiplexing rate and improving the development efficiency.
Meanwhile, based on the management mode of the limit control rule, personalized and diversified limit control can be realized, and the method comprises the following steps: the diversity of the credit control subject, the diversity of the management and control target, the diversity of the rule dimension, the diversity of the credit control strategy, and the like.
In addition, in the credit management and control scheme of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, based on the concept of software configurable and SOA (Service-oriented architecture), a Service system is convenient to quickly and seamlessly access a credit management and control platform, so that management and control efficiency can be improved, and research and development costs can be reduced.

Computer readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of storage media for a computer include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, which can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. Computer-readable media, as defined herein, does not include transitory computer-readable media (transmission media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article or apparatus that comprises the element.
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated.
