技术领域
本发明涉及合金钢领域,尤其涉及一种金属硬质合金钢。
背景技术
合金钢是国家建设和实现四化必不可少的重要物资,应用广泛、品种繁多,根据断面形状的不同、钢材一般分为型材、板材、管材和金属制品四大类,为了便于组织钢材的生产、订货供应和搞好经营管理工作,又分为重轨、轻轨、大型型钢、中型型钢、小型型钢、钢材冷弯型钢,优质型钢、线材、中厚钢板、薄钢板、电工用硅钢片、带钢、无缝钢管钢材、焊接钢管、金属制品等品种。
模具用于金属或非金属材料的冲裁、拉伸、弯曲、挤压、镦打等工序。模具钢要求有足够的强度、韧度、硬度、抗磨能力、抗疲劳能力、抗变形、抗断裂能力。目前,模具材料市场上应用最为广泛的模具钢材料是高碳高铬模具钢,其强度、硬度一般容易满足,但韧性较低,不能满足机械加工需要。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种金属硬质合金钢,包括以下重量百分比的原料组成:
Co:14.8%~15.2%;
WC:84.8%~85.2%;
进一步的,上述钢材按重量百分比含有如下原料组分:
Co:15%;
WC:85%;
本发明的有益之处是:1、具有优异的耐磨性能,2、具有优良的耐热冲击和抗热疲劳性能,3、强度高,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
下面结合较佳实施例就本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
本实施例钢材由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
Co:15%;
WC:85%;
本实施例中,钢材的制备方法为:将铁投入炼钢炉中进行冶炼,然后将其余成分均投入炼钢炉中,调整温度为1025℃,进行淬火保温30分钟,空冷后在调整温度为610℃回火两次,每次两小时,硬度达到HRA90.2±0.5。
实施例2:
本实施例钢材由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
Co:14.8%;
WC:84.8%;
余量为Fe及少量杂质。
本实施例中,钢材的制备方法为:将铁投入炼钢炉中进行冶炼,然后将其余成分均投入炼钢炉中,调整温度为1025℃,进行淬火保温30分钟,空冷后在调整温度为610℃回火两次,每次两小时,硬度达到HRA90.2±0.5。
实施例3:

WC:84.9%;

Co:15%;
WC:85%。
