本发明公开一种微合金化点焊工艺调距式合金粉末辊涂设备,包括底座,该底座上方设有升降压紧座,该升降压紧座上开设有辊涂槽,在所述升降压紧座上固定有与所述辊涂槽相平行的直线滑动件,该直线滑动件上固定有升降涂覆辊组件,该升降涂覆辊组件伸入所述辊涂槽,将升降涂覆辊组件沿所述辊涂槽滚动,该升降涂覆辊组件伸入所述辊涂槽内,该升降涂覆辊组件沿所述辊涂槽滚动。采用本发明的微合金化点焊工艺调距式合金粉末辊涂设备的显著效果是,能将合金粉末高效、稳定、均匀、多点涂覆在金属板材表面;操作简单,快速,长时间使用后磨损小,合金粉末涂覆质量高,长效稳定,有利于提高脆性金属的点焊质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种点焊辅助装置,具体来说,是一种微合金化点焊工艺调距式合金粉末辊涂设备。
背景技术
在对Mg、Al等金属进行点焊时,由于其脆性较大,在点焊时难以形成固溶体,因而焊接质量不佳。研究人员在早先的研究中发现,对于同质金属Mg之间的点焊,通过使用Cu-Al-Zn三种金属粉末,能在金属Mg的焊接接头处形成微合金化区域,从而收获熔核规则对称,熔核尺寸变大的优良效果;并在后续研究中发现,对于异质金属之间的点焊,同时使用合适的合金粉末,也能在焊接接头处形成微合金化区域,提高点焊质量。
在采用合金粉末改善点焊质量时,需要将合金粉末采用挥发性溶剂调制成高粘度混合物,再将其涂覆在金属材料表面,现有技术是采用毛笔将合金粉末刷涂在焊接的搭接接头处,这种处理方法效率低下,且手动刷涂的质量难以保证,容易因厚度不均而引起点焊质量问题。同时,针对不同金属(如Mg-Mg、Cu-Al、Fe-Mg)之间的点焊,要求合金粉团的涂覆厚度不同,因而需要一种能对合金粉团厚度进行调节控制的涂覆装置。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种针对焊点时合金粉末的混合液的辊涂设备。
技术方案如下:
一种微合金化点焊工艺调距式合金粉末辊涂设备,其关键在于:包括底座,该底座上方设有升降压紧座,该升降压紧座上开设有辊涂槽,在所述升降压紧座上固定有与所述辊涂槽相平行的直线滑动件,该直线滑动件上固定有升降涂覆辊组件,该升降涂覆辊组件伸入所述辊涂槽,该升降涂覆辊组件沿所述辊涂槽滚动,所述升降压紧座和升降涂覆辊组件之间设有调距装置。
采用该技术方案,将金属板材放置在底座上,再将升降压紧座压在金属板材上,通过调距装置调节升降涂覆辊组件伸入辊涂槽的深度,从而调节合金粉末的辊涂厚度,再将适量合金粉末投入辊涂槽内,升降涂覆辊组件沿直线滑动件推动,将合金粉末均匀的辊涂在金属板材上,操作简单快速,稳定性好,合金粉末涂覆质量高;升降涂覆辊组件耐疲劳性好,不易磨损,多次辊涂后,辊涂在金属板材上合金粉末层厚度稳定。
作为优选,所述调距装置包括调距件、测距件和调距导向件,所述调距件、测距件和调距导向件均设置在所述升降压紧座和升降涂覆辊组件之间。采用该设计,调距件调节升降涂覆辊组件伸入辊涂槽的深度,测距件测量升降涂覆辊组件伸入辊涂槽的深度值,调距导向件对调距件起到调距导向作用。
作为优选,所述调距件为竖向设置的调节螺栓,该调节螺栓的下端安装在所述升降压紧座上,该调节螺栓的上部与所述升降涂覆辊组件螺纹连接,该调节螺栓的上端设有拧动头。通过调节螺栓调距,调节精度较高。
作为优选,所述测距件为游标卡尺,该游标卡尺的尺身与所述升降压紧座固定连接,该游标卡尺的游标与所述升降涂覆辊组件固定连接。游标卡尺测量精度较高,能精确控制合金粉团的辊涂厚度。
作为优选,所述调距导向件包括固定在所述升降压紧座上的调距导向杆,所述升降涂覆辊组件上设有调距导向筒,该调距导向筒套设在所述调距导向杆上。
作为优选,所述升降压紧座包括压紧座体,该压紧座体上梳状分布有至少两个所述辊涂槽,所述升降涂覆辊组件包括涂覆辊同步轴,该涂覆辊同步轴跨设在所有所述辊涂槽上方,该涂覆辊同步轴与所述辊涂槽的长度方向垂直,该涂覆辊同步轴两端对应的所述压紧座体上分别设有所述直线滑动件,该涂覆辊同步轴两端与对应的所述直线滑动件之间分别设有所述调距装置,该涂覆辊同步轴上对应每个所述辊涂槽分别设有安装有涂覆辊,该涂覆辊伸入对应的所述辊涂槽内。
作为优选,所述底座下方设有配重件,该配重件包括至少两个同步升降杆,所述同步升降杆活动穿设在所述底座上,所述同步升降杆的上端穿出所述底座后与所述压紧座体连接,所述同步升降杆的下端穿出所述底座后连接有同一个配重板。由于合金粉末的涂覆厚度很薄,升降涂覆辊组件的直径较小,造成辊涂槽深度较小,升降压紧座的厚度也较小,升降压紧座重量较轻,其自重无法将金属板材压紧,因而在底座下方设置配重件,辅助升降压紧座压紧金属板材,同时避免对底座上方的操作区域造成干扰。
作为优选,所述压紧座体和底座之间设有升降导向件,该升降导向件包括滑动配合的升降导向杆和升降导向筒,所述升降导向筒与所述压紧座体固定连接,所述升降导向杆竖向固定在所述底座上,所述压紧座体沿所述升降导向杆升降。
作为优选,所述升降导向杆上部设有到位保持件,该到位保持件包括导向圆台,该导向圆台的大端面与所述升降导向杆的上端对接,该导向圆台的小端面连接有偏心柱,该偏心柱的直径小于所述导向圆台的小端面的直径,该偏心柱的长度大于等于所述升降导向筒的轴向长度,所述偏心柱的上端连接有升降导向筒防脱板;
在所述底座上设有升降杆穿孔,所述同步升降杆的直径小于该升降杆穿孔的孔径。
采用本设计方案,将升降压紧座提升后,升降导向筒随之升高,使升降导向筒提升到偏心柱位置,再水平移动升降导向筒,使升降导向筒落在导向圆台的上端面,从而使升降压紧座保持在高位,方便放取金属板材;按照相反操作能使升降压紧座快速落下;同步升降杆随升降压紧座同步升降,并在升降压紧座水平移动时,在升降杆穿孔内水平偏移。
作为优选,在所述涂覆辊同步轴上方跨设有与之垂直的提升杆,该提升杆的长度大于所述辊涂槽的长度,该提升杆的两端分别向下弯折后与所述压紧座体固定连接。该技术方案中的提升杆方便对升降压紧座进行提升。
有益效果:采用本发明的微合金化点焊工艺调距式合金粉末辊涂设备,能将合金粉末高效、稳定、均匀、多点涂覆在金属板材表面;操作简单,快速,长时间使用后磨损小,合金粉末涂覆质量高,涂覆厚度精确可控,有利于提高脆性金属的点焊质量。

如图1到图7所示,一种微合金化点焊工艺调距式合金粉末辊涂设备,包括底座a,该底座a上方设有升降压紧座b,该升降压紧座b上开设有辊涂槽b1,在所述升降压紧座b上固定有与所述辊涂槽b1相平行的直线滑动件b2,该直线滑动件b2上固定有升降涂覆辊组件c,该升降涂覆辊组件c伸入所述辊涂槽b1,该升降涂覆辊组件c沿所述辊涂槽b1滚动,所述升降压紧座b和升降涂覆辊组件c之间设有调距装置g。
所述升降压紧座b包括压紧座体b3,该压紧座体b3包括矩形框体,该矩形框体内平行设有多根隔断臂,所述隔断臂将所述矩形框体分隔成多个相互平行的所述辊涂槽b1,所述隔断臂与所述矩形框体一体成型,所述升降涂覆辊组件c包括涂覆辊同步轴b4,该涂覆辊同步轴b4跨设在所有所述辊涂槽b1上方,该涂覆辊同步轴b4与所述辊涂槽b1的长度方向垂直,该涂覆辊同步轴b4两端对应的所述压紧座体b3上分别设有所述直线滑动件b2,该涂覆辊同步轴b4两端分别设有辊轴安装座,所述辊轴安装座与对应的所述直线滑动件b2之间分别设有所述调距装置g,该涂覆辊同步轴b4上对应每个所述辊涂槽b1分别设有安装有涂覆辊c1,该涂覆辊c1伸入对应的所述辊涂槽b1内,该涂覆辊c1的轴向宽度与所述辊涂槽b1的宽度相匹配,在所述涂覆辊同步轴b4上方跨设有与之垂直的提升杆e,该提升杆e的长度大于所述辊涂槽b1的长度,该提升杆e的两端分别向下弯折后与所述压紧座体b3固定连接。
所述调距装置g包括调距件g1、测距件g2和调距导向件g3,所述调距件g1、测距件g2和调距导向件g3均设置在所述升降压紧座b和升降涂覆辊组件c之间。

所述压紧座体b3和底座a之间设有升降导向件,该升降导向件包括滑动配合的升降导向杆d1和升降导向筒d2,所述升降导向筒d2与所述压紧座体b3固定连接,所述升降导向杆d1竖向固定在所述底座a上,所述压紧座体b3沿所述升降导向杆d1升降,所述升降导向杆d1上部设有到位保持件f。

以上方案中的直线滑动件b2可选用滑动配合的直线滑轨和滑块,其中直线滑轨固定在压紧座体b3上,涂覆辊同步轴b4的端部与滑块固定连接。
使用时,操作提升杆e,提升升降压紧座b,升降导向筒d2随之升高,使升降导向筒d2提升到偏心柱f2的位置,再水平移动升降导向筒d2,使升降导向筒d2落在导向圆台f1的上端面,从而使升降压紧座b保持在高位,将金属板材z放置在升降压紧座b和底座a之间;按照相反操作使升降压紧座b落在金属板材z上,通过压紧座体b3和配重件h的重量将金属板材z压紧;取适量合金粉末,将其投入辊涂槽b1内,推动涂覆辊同步轴b4,使其沿直线滑动件b2滑动,从而将合金粉末涂覆在金属板材z上。
