the embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of the hemostatic sponge in the sixth embodiment, which comprises the following steps: preparing a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution; preparing a mixed aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan, wherein the proportion of chitosan is 10%; respectively adding a cross-linking agent, a foaming agent and an emulsifying agent into the two aqueous solutions, and uniformly stirring to prepare a pure polyvinyl alcohol prepolymer and a polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan compound prepolymer; sequentially pouring the polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan compound prepolymer, pure polyvinyl alcohol prepolymer and polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan compound prepolymer into a mould, forming at the forming temperature of 70 ℃, washing and drying to obtain the composite foam sponge; the compressed hemostatic sponge can be obtained through hot press molding, wherein the cross-linking agent is glyoxal, the foaming agent is corn starch, and the emulsifying agent is pentane.

The invention designs and prepares the hemostatic sponge of the polyvinyl alcohol-chitosan composite material with superior water absorption performance and expansion performance, and provides a device, an injector and an injection sleeve applied to the hemostatic sponge, wherein the injection sleeve can be better used for hemostasis of sinus injury, duct injury and penetration injury, and preliminary experiments show that the injection sleeve is convenient to use and rapid in hemostasis. The invention is hopeful to become a hemostatic device for emergency treatment of army battlefield, is used for hemostasis of fire wire sinus injury, tunnel injury and penetration injury, is mainly equipped for individual soldiers and even rescue groups, and can also be equipped for field operations medical department and emergency medical team.

4. An injectable hemostatic sponge device according to claim 3 wherein the connecting wire is cotton, wire or plastic wire.
5. A syringe dedicated to filling and injecting the injectable hemostatic sponge device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, the syringe comprising: a syringe push rod, a syringe cock, a push rod clamping seat, a syringe barrel and a syringe cap;
the syringe barrel is a hollow barrel body and is used for filling the injectable hemostatic sponge device, the front end and the rear end of the syringe barrel are provided with openings, the front end opening is sleeved with the syringe cap, the rear end is provided with a finger supporting part, the rear end opening is provided with the syringe cock, the center of the syringe cock is provided with a hole, the syringe push rod penetrates through the syringe cock and is inserted into the syringe barrel, the front end of the syringe push rod is provided with the push rod clamping seat, the rear end is provided with a push handle, and the push rod clamping seat is used for pushing the filled injectable hemostatic sponge device out of the syringe barrel;
the syringe cap is a cylindrical sleeve, the inner diameter is not smaller than the outer diameter of the syringe barrel, and the syringe barrel can be inserted into the syringe cap and is used for preventing the injectable hemostatic sponge device in the syringe barrel from falling off from the front end opening, so that the sanitation and safety of the injectable hemostatic sponge device are ensured.

9. An injectable hemostatic kit for hemostasis of sinus injuries, tunnel injuries, penetrating injuries, comprising an injectable hemostatic sponge device according to any one of claims 1-4 and the syringe according to any one of claims 5-8.
10. A method of preparing a hemostatic sponge in a hemostatic sponge device according to any one of claims 1-4 comprising the steps of:
preparing a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution;
preparing a mixed aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan, wherein the proportion of chitosan is 3-10%;
respectively adding a cross-linking agent, a foaming agent and an emulsifying agent into the two aqueous solutions, and uniformly stirring to prepare a pure polyvinyl alcohol prepolymer and a polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan compound prepolymer;
sequentially pouring the polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan compound prepolymer, pure polyvinyl alcohol prepolymer and polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan compound prepolymer into a mould, forming at 50-70 ℃, washing and drying to obtain the composite foam sponge;
the compressed hemostatic sponge can be obtained through hot press molding.
11. The method for preparing hemostatic sponge according to claim 10, wherein the cross-linking agent is formaldehyde or glyoxal, the foaming agent is potato starch or corn starch, the emulsifying agent is pentane, and the molding temperature is 60 ℃.
