As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the reverse phase protector of the present embodiment includes: the electric parameter adjusting part 1 comprises a rotating shaft 2 for adjusting the electric parameter of the anti-phase protector; the knob 3 is used for driving the rotating shaft 2 to rotate, and the knob 2 is provided with a first positioning part 4; and a panel 5 including a through hole allowing the knob 3 to be pierced therethrough and a plurality of second positioning portions 6 arranged along a circumferential direction of the through hole.
Any second positioning portion 6 can be matched with the first positioning portion 4 to limit the rotation of the knob 3, the knob 3 can move relative to the panel 5 along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 2, so that the knob 3 has a first position and a second position, the second positioning portion 6 is matched with the first positioning portion 4 to limit the rotation of the knob 3 at the first position, and the first positioning portion 4 is separated from the matching with the second positioning portion 6 at the second position to enable the knob 3 to drive the rotating shaft 2 to rotate.
When the reverse phase protector of the present embodiment adjusts the voltage, the knob 3 is first moved from the first position to the second position, then the knob 3 is rotated to adjust the voltage to the target value, and finally the knob 3 returns to the first position. The knob 3 in the first position is limited by the panel 5, so that the knob 3 can be prevented from being accidentally rotated to influence the normal operation of the reverse phase protector.
The anti-phase protector further comprises a circuit board 7, the electric parameter adjusting component 1 is arranged on the circuit board, the panel 5 covers the circuit board 7, and the rotating shaft 2 extends from the electric parameter adjusting component 1 to a through hole in the panel 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the panel 5 is provided with a clip 8 extending toward the circuit board 7 for connecting the panel 5 and the circuit board 7. As shown in fig. 2, the circuit board 7 is provided with a hole 10 for engaging with the clip 7.
In this embodiment, the anti-phase protector further comprises an elastic member 9 for urging the knob 3 to the first position. In case the knob 3 is not subjected to an external force, the elastic member 9 maintains the knob 3 at the first position to prevent the knob 3 from being accidentally rotated.
The elastic member 9 of the present embodiment is rubber. Of course, the elastic member 9 may be a spring.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic structural view of the elastic member of the present embodiment. Fig. 6 shows a schematic structural view of the knob 3 of the present embodiment. Fig. 7 shows a schematic view of the fitting structure of the knob 3 and the elastic member 9 of the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 5 to 8, the knob 3 is provided with a cavity 12 adapted to the rotating shaft 2, the rotating shaft 2 is inserted into the cavity 12, and the elastic component 9 is disposed between the bottom of the cavity 12 and the rotating shaft 2.
The elastic member 9 pushes the knob 3 to a first position far away from the rotating shaft 2, when the voltage of the anti-phase protector is adjusted, the knob 3 is firstly pressed along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 2 to separate the first positioning part 4 from the second positioning part 6, then the knob 3 is rotated to adjust the voltage of the anti-phase protector to a target value, then the knob 3 is loosened, and the knob 3 returns to the first position under the action of the elastic force of the elastic member 9.
As shown in fig. 4, the inner circumferential surface of the cavity 12 of the knob 3 is provided with a second groove 14, as shown in fig. 5, the outer circumferential surface of the elastic member 9 is provided with a second protrusion 13, and the second protrusion 13 is located in the second groove 14, so that the elastic member 9 can rotate with the knob 3, and the elastic member 9 and the knob 3 are prevented from being worn due to relative movement of the knob 3 and the elastic member 9.
The second groove 14 has an inner circumferential surface of the cavity 12 extending to an outer surface of the knob 3, scales for indicating the magnitude of the voltage are arranged along the circumferential direction of the knob 3, and the relative position of the second groove 14 and the scales is used for indicating the magnitude of the voltage.
As shown in fig. 6, the inner peripheral surface of the chamber 12 is also provided with a third projection 15. As shown in fig. 8, a third groove 17 is formed on the rotating shaft 2, and the third protrusion 15 is located in the third groove 17, so that the knob 3 can drive the rotating shaft 2 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the rotating shaft 2 is provided with a protrusion extending in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 2, the protrusion is provided with a channel 16 allowing the third protrusion 15 to pass through, the knob 3 is covered on the protrusion, and a third groove 17 is provided on the side of the protrusion facing away from the knob.
In the process of covering the knob 3 on the rotating shaft 2 to connect the rotating shaft 2, the third protrusion 15 moves to one side of the protruding part, which is back to the knob 3, through the channel 16, then the knob 3 rotates relative to the rotating shaft 2, when the third protrusion 15 rotates to the position corresponding to the third groove 17, the knob 3 moves in the direction away from the rotating shaft 2 under the action of the elastic component 9, and the knob 3 drives the third protrusion 15 to enter the third groove 17, so that the rotation of the knob 3 can drive the rotating shaft to rotate.
The third groove 17 extends in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 2, and the third projection 15 is movable in the third groove 17 in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 2. The third projection 15 is always located in the third recess 17 during the movement of the knob 17 relative to the face plate 5 in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 2 to switch between the first position and the second position.
The elastic component 9 keeps the knob 3 at the first position, when the voltage of the anti-phase protector needs to be adjusted, the knob 3 is moved to the second position along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 2, at the second position, the first positioning portion 4 and the second positioning portion 6 are disengaged, the third protrusion 15 is located in the third groove 17, and therefore the knob 3 can drive the rotating shaft to rotate.
