The power of the card pulling motor 8-1 is transmitted to the conveying chain 8-9 through the synchronous transmission mechanism, so that the pulling teeth 8-10 arranged on the conveying chain 8-9 are driven to move, and the intelligent card of the card box a is pulled out. In addition, the tooth shifting driving mechanism is simple and compact in structure and strong in driving force.

After the smart card in the card box a is sent out, the operator takes out the card box a, in the process, as the supporting column 3-2 gradually leaves the second groove 7-8 on the second supporting plate 7-1, the arc-shaped guide surface 7-7 of the second supporting plate 7-1 is gradually separated from the arc-shaped protrusion 3-8 of the elastic stop block 3-5, so that the elastic stop blocks 3-5 on two sides gradually move towards each other for restoring, meanwhile, the card outlet baffle 3-1 also moves downwards due to self gravity, and after the supporting column 3-2 completely leaves the second groove 7-8, the locking surfaces 3-9 of the elastic stop blocks 3-5 on two sides are re-attached above the attaching surfaces 3-10 on the card outlet baffle 3-1, thereby closing the card outlet opening 4 of the card box a.

Referring to fig. 11, this embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the elastic stopper 3-5 is provided with an inclined surface 3-11 inclined outwardly in a direction away from the elastic stopper 3-5, and one end of the inclined surface 3-11 is connected to the circular arc-shaped protrusion 3-8, and the other end is connected to the locking surface 3-9. The inclined surface 3-11 well solves the problem, when the elastic stop blocks 3-5 at two sides clamp the card discharging baffle 3-1, as the inclined surface 3-11 inclines downwards and outwards, the elastic stop blocks 3-5 at two sides generate a vertical downward component force on the card discharging baffle 3-1, so that the elastic stop blocks 3-5 continue to move downwards, and the card discharging opening 4 is closed.

the card discharging blocking assembly comprises two first supporting plates which are arranged on two sides of the card discharging blocking plate and are perpendicular to the card discharging blocking plate and an elastic blocking plate which is arranged on each first supporting plate, wherein the first supporting plates on two sides are arranged on the box body, the lower ends of the elastic blocking plates are fixed on the first supporting plates, the upper ends of the elastic blocking plates are free ends, the upper ends of the elastic blocking plates are provided with locking surfaces, and the card discharging blocking plate is provided with an attaching surface; when the card outlet opening is in a closed state, the locking surface of the elastic stop block is attached to the upper part of the attaching surface of the card outlet baffle plate; when the card outlet opening is in an open state, the locking surface of the elastic stop block is positioned below the attaching surface of the card outlet baffle plate; before the card box is installed on the card issuing device, the card outlet is in a closed state;
the clamping box is provided with a support column arranged on the card discharging baffle plate and a first groove arranged on a first support plate at two sides of the card discharging baffle plate, the upper end of the elastic stop block is provided with a circular arc-shaped bulge, the circular arc-shaped bulge stretches into the inner side of the first support plate from the first groove, and the circular arc-shaped bulge is positioned above the locking surface;
the machine frame is provided with a second supporting plate at a position corresponding to the card outlet baffle of the card box, the second supporting plate is connected with the machine frame through a connecting plate, a second groove is formed in the second supporting plate, one end of the connecting plate is connected with the second supporting plate, and the other end of the connecting plate is connected with the machine frame; when the card box is installed on the card issuing device, the support column enters the second groove and contacts with the bottom of the second groove; the second support plate is provided with a circular arc-shaped guide surface at a position corresponding to the elastic stop block, and when the support column enters the second groove, the circular arc-shaped guide surface is contacted with the circular arc-shaped protrusion and mutually extruded.

The card issuing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of sets of guide mechanisms are provided between the card-issuing baffle and the case, each set of guide mechanisms including a guide groove vertically provided on the card-issuing baffle and a slider provided on the case, wherein the slider passes through the guide groove and is fixedly mounted on the case.
