In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the controller 11 may further include a second receiving module 05 and a timing module 06, where the second receiving module 05 is configured to detect whether processing confirmation information for the first fall alarm information is received in real time after the sending module 04 sends the first fall alarm information to the user terminal, the timing module 06 is configured to start timing when the sending module 04 sends the first fall alarm information to the user terminal, where the generating module 03 generates second fall alarm information when the timing time reaches the first preset time and the receiving module 01 does not receive the processing confirmation information, and the sending module 04 is further configured to send the second fall alarm information to the property management terminal or the guardian terminal.
Specifically, after the sending module 04 sends the first fall alarm information to the user terminal, if the user receives the first fall alarm information, the processing confirmation information of the first fall alarm information may be sent to the second receiving module 05 through the user terminal. The first preset time can be set, for example, 5 minutes is used as the buffer time, so that the user holding the user terminal can judge whether the person really falls indoors and the severity of falling through the human body image in the first falling alarm information and the shooting time information thereof, for example, the user can stand by himself to automatically solve the small falling, or the old user falls more seriously, or the user can stand by means of external force to fall, and the like. The alarm signal of the first fall alarm information may be one or more of a verbal alert, a ring tone or a flashing light.
Within a first preset time when the sending module 04 sends first fall alarm information to the user terminal, if the user judges that the person does not fall or fall seriously through the human body image in the first fall alarm information and the shooting time information thereof, the user can cancel the first fall alarm through the operation of the user terminal, such as triggering a key, and the operation of canceling the first fall alarm is the operation of sending processing confirmation information; or the user can stand by himself or herself when the user falls down indoors, and the first fall alarm is cancelled; or if the child falls, the user holds up the child in the past and cancels the first fall alarm.
After the sending module 04 sends the first fall alarm information to the user terminal, if no one processes the first fall alarm information within a first preset time, the generating module 03 may generate second fall alarm information, and the sending module 04 may send the second fall alarm information to the property management terminal or the guardian terminal through the internet of things or the wireless network. The second fall alert information may include at least one human body image selected from the plurality of human body images, photographing time information of each selected human body image, a room address corresponding to the air conditioner 10, a user name, and a user contact address. When the property security with the property management terminal or the guardian with the guardian terminal judges that someone falls down or falls down seriously according to the human body image and the shooting time information in the second falling-down alarm information, the property security with the property management terminal or the guardian with the guardian terminal can contact the user in time or can be processed on site in time according to the room address, the user name and the user contact way corresponding to the air conditioner 10, such as supporting or rescuing. By sending out the second falling alarm information, the falling alarm way is expanded, so that the old people can be informed to the property security guard or guardian to carry out on-site treatment in time when the old people fall seriously at home, and the personal safety of the user is further ensured.
It should be noted that, in the normal control mode, the user can control the air conditioner 10 to perform normal cooling operation or heating operation, and even if the user falls down, the controller 11 will not send out falling alarm information, so that the normal life of the user is not affected. The air conditioner 10 is set in the fall detection mode only when the user needs to monitor whether the old or the young falls down, for example, when only the young plays in a room or the old is at home alone, and the owner of the home walks in another room or a cell, so as to monitor whether the old or the young falls down. In one embodiment of the present invention, the user can turn on/off the fall detection mode of the air conditioner 10 through a remote controller or a user terminal. The normal control mode of the air conditioner 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be a default operation mode of the air conditioner 10, and thus, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the user turns on the fall detection mode of the air conditioner 10, the air conditioner 10 is in the fall detection mode, and when the user turns off the fall detection mode of the air conditioner 10, the air conditioner 10 is in the normal control mode.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the remote controller may be provided with a fall detection key, and the air conditioner 10 may turn on the fall detection mode when the air conditioner 10 is in a power-on state and the fall detection key is triggered. Alternatively, the user terminal may have a fall detection application installed thereon, and when the fall detection application is in an execution state, the air conditioner 10 may be triggered to turn on the fall detection mode. When the air conditioner 10 is turned on in the fall detection mode, the prompt information that the air conditioner is currently in the fall detection mode may be displayed on the display screen of the remote controller or the user terminal. The user may also switch off the fall detection mode of the air conditioner by re-triggering the fall detection button, e.g. by pressing the fall detection button for a long time, or by exiting the execution state of the fall detection application of the user terminal.
Corresponding to the embodiment, the invention further provides a method for alarming falling through the air conditioning system.
The air conditioning system comprises an air conditioner and an image component, wherein the air conditioner is provided with a falling detection mode and a conventional control mode.
As shown in fig. 7, the method for performing a fall alarm through an air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
and S1, controlling the image component to be opened when the air conditioner is in a falling detection mode so that the image component can shoot indoor human body images, and identifying the human body posture according to the human body images to judge whether a person falls down.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the image component may include at least one camera and an image analysis module. At least one camera can be used to shoot indoor human image, and image analysis module can be used to discern the human posture according to human image to judge whether someone tumbles. Specifically, the posture of tumbleing can include lying prone, face on the back, half side tumble and half kneeling tumble etc. and image analysis module judges whether the human body is in the posture of tumbleing through the angle of human hand foot and ground, the angle of human head and ground, the whole body of human body and position relation and the angle on ground etc. in the human image of analysis, whether someone tumbles promptly.
The image component can be integrated in the air conditioner, for example, at least one camera and an image analysis module can be arranged on the body of the air conditioner; the image component can also be independently arranged outside the air conditioner.
S2, when the image component judges that a person falls, first falling alarm information is generated, and the first falling alarm information is sent to the user terminal to remind the user.
In one embodiment of the invention, the user terminal may be an air conditioner remote controller, a mobile phone terminal, or other information terminal or control terminal selected by the user. And receiving the first fall alarm information through the user terminal so as to obtain the information that the person falls.
In an embodiment of the invention, when the image component determines that a person falls, the image component further controls the at least one camera to shoot a plurality of human body images from different angles, and generates first fall alarm information according to the plurality of human body images, wherein the first fall alarm information includes at least one selected human body image from the plurality of human body images and shooting time information of each selected human body image. After the first falling alarm information is generated, the first falling alarm information can be sent to the user terminal through the Internet of things or the wireless network. Therefore, the information of falling of a person can be known through the user terminal, and the specific falling situation can be further known, so that more effective countermeasures can be taken.
According to the method for performing the falling alarm through the air conditioning system, when the air conditioner is in the falling detection mode, the image component can be controlled to shoot the indoor human body image, the human body posture is identified according to the human body image so as to judge whether a person falls, when the image component judges that the person falls, first falling alarm information can be generated, and the first falling alarm information is sent to the user terminal so as to remind the user. Therefore, the falling condition of the indoor user can be known through the air conditioning system, an alarm prompt can be sent out when the user falls, and the personal safety of the user is effectively guaranteed.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, after the first fall alarm information is sent to the user terminal, whether the processing confirmation information for the first fall alarm information is received is detected in real time, and when the processing confirmation information is not received within a first preset time after the first fall alarm information is sent to the user terminal, second fall alarm information is generated, and the second fall alarm information is sent to the property management terminal or the guardian terminal.
Specifically, after the first fall alarm information is sent to the user terminal, if the user receives the first fall alarm information, the processing confirmation information of the first fall alarm information may be sent to the air conditioner through the user terminal. The first preset time can be set, for example, 5 minutes is used as the buffer time, so that the user holding the user terminal can judge whether the person really falls indoors and the severity of falling through the human body image in the first falling alarm information and the shooting time information thereof, for example, the user can stand by himself to automatically solve the small falling, or the old user falls more seriously, or the user can stand by means of external force to fall, and the like. The alarm signal of the first fall alarm information may be one or more of a verbal alert, a ring tone or a flashing light.
Within a first preset time of sending first fall alarm information to the user terminal, if the user judges that the person does not fall or seriously falls through the human body image in the first fall alarm information and the shooting time information of the human body image, the user can cancel the first fall alarm through the operation of the user terminal, such as triggering a key and the like, wherein the operation of canceling the first fall alarm is the operation of sending processing confirmation information; or the user can stand by himself or herself when the user falls down indoors, and the first fall alarm is cancelled; or if the child falls, the user holds up the child in the past and cancels the first fall alarm.
After the first fall alarm information is sent to the user terminal, if no one processes the first fall alarm information within a first preset time, second fall alarm information can be generated, and the second fall alarm information is sent to the property management terminal or the guardian terminal through the internet of things or the wireless network. The second fall alarm information may include at least one human body image selected from the plurality of human body images, shooting time information of each selected human body image, a room address corresponding to the air conditioner, a user name, and a user contact address. When the property security with the property management terminal or the guardian with the guardian terminal judges that someone falls down and falls seriously according to the human body image and the shooting time information in the second falling-down alarm information, the property security with the property management terminal or the guardian with the guardian terminal can timely contact the user or timely arrive at the site for processing, such as supporting or rescuing, according to the room address, the user name and the user contact way corresponding to the air conditioner. By sending out the second falling alarm information, the falling alarm way is expanded, so that the old people can be informed to the property security guard or guardian to carry out on-site treatment in time when the old people fall seriously at home, and the personal safety of the user is further ensured.
It should be noted that, in the conventional control mode, the user can control the air conditioner to perform normal cooling operation or heating operation, and even if the user falls down, the user will not send out falling alarm information, so that the normal life of the user is not affected. The air conditioner is set to be in a falling detection mode only when a user has a falling monitoring requirement, for example, only a child plays in a room, or an old man is alone at home, and a host at home walks in another room or a cell, so that the effect of monitoring whether the old man or the child falls in the room is achieved. The air conditioning system of the embodiment of the present invention may further include a remote controller, wherein the user may turn on/off a fall detection mode of the air conditioner through the remote controller or the user terminal. The normal control mode of the air conditioner in the embodiment of the present invention may be a default operating mode of the air conditioner, and therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the user turns on the fall detection mode of the air conditioner, the air conditioner is in the fall detection mode, and when the user turns off the fall detection mode of the air conditioner, the air conditioner is in the normal control mode.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the remote controller may be provided with a fall detection key, and the air conditioner may turn on the fall detection mode when the air conditioner is in a power-on state and the fall detection key is triggered. Or the user terminal can be provided with a fall detection application program, and when the fall detection application program is in an execution state, the air conditioner can be triggered to start a fall detection mode. When the air conditioner starts the falling detection mode, prompt information that the air conditioner is currently in the falling detection mode can be displayed on a display screen of the remote controller or the user terminal. The user may also switch off the fall detection mode of the air conditioner by re-triggering the fall detection button, e.g. by pressing the fall detection button for a long time, or by exiting the execution state of the fall detection application of the user terminal.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the method for performing a fall alarm through an air conditioning system may include the following steps:
and S101, judging whether the air conditioner is in a falling detection mode. If yes, executing step S102; if not, step S107 is performed.
And S102, shooting an indoor human body image through a camera.
S103, analyzing the human body image to judge whether the human body is in a falling posture. If yes, executing step S104; if not, return to step S102.
And S104, controlling the camera to continuously shoot a plurality of human body images, generating first falling alarm information and sending the first falling alarm information to the user terminal.
And S105, the user terminal receives the first fall alarm information and waits for the user to perform corresponding processing.
And S106, in a certain period of time, if the first falling alarm information is not cancelled or corresponding operation is not carried out, generating second falling alarm information and sending the second falling alarm information to the property management terminal or the guardian terminal.
And S107, the air conditioner operates in a normal control mode and receives an air conditioner operation command.

the air conditioner comprises a controller, wherein the controller is used for controlling the image assembly to be started when the air conditioner is in the falling detection mode, generating first falling alarm information when the image assembly judges that a person falls, and sending the first falling alarm information to a user terminal so as to remind a user;
the controller is further used for detecting whether processing confirmation information of the first falling alarm information is received or not in real time after the first falling alarm information is sent to the user terminal, generating second falling alarm information when the processing confirmation information is not received within a first preset time after the first falling alarm information is sent to the user terminal, and sending the second falling alarm information to the property management terminal or the guardian terminal; the first preset time is used as buffer time so that a user holding the user terminal can judge whether the indoor person really falls down and the severity of falling down through the human body image in the first falling-down alarm information and the shooting time information of the human body image;
the image component comprises at least one camera and an image analysis module, the at least one camera is used for shooting indoor human body images, the image analysis module is used for identifying human body postures according to the human body images, the at least one camera is connected with the image analysis module, the image analysis module is connected with the controller so as to feed back judgment results to the controller, or the image analysis module is connected with the controller, the at least one camera is not only connected with the image analysis module, but also connected with the controller so as to be directly controlled by the controller to judge whether a person falls down, wherein,
the controller controls the at least one camera to shoot a plurality of human body images from different angles when the image component judges that a person falls, and generates first falling alarm information according to the plurality of human body images, wherein the first falling alarm information comprises at least one selected human body image from the plurality of human body images and shooting time information of each selected human body image.
2. The air conditioning system according to claim 1, wherein the second fall alert information includes at least one human body image selected from the plurality of human body images, photographing time information of each selected human body image, a room address corresponding to the air conditioner, a user name, and a user contact address.
3. The air conditioning system of claim 1, further comprising: a remote control, wherein,
the user turns on/off the fall detection mode of the air conditioner through the remote controller or the user terminal.
4. The air conditioning system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the image component is integrated in the air conditioner.
5. An air conditioner having a fall detection mode and a regular control mode, the air conditioner comprising a controller, the controller comprising:
the control module is used for controlling the image component to be started when the air conditioner is in the falling detection mode so that the image component can shoot indoor human body images, and the human body posture is identified according to the human body images so as to judge whether a person falls down;
the first receiving module is used for receiving a judgment result of whether the image assembly falls or not;
the generation module is used for generating first falling alarm information when the image component judges that a person falls;
the sending module is used for sending the first falling alarm information to a user terminal so as to remind a user;
the controller further includes:
the second receiving module is used for detecting whether the processing confirmation information of the first falling alarm information is received in real time after the sending module sends the first falling alarm information to the user terminal;
a timing module, configured to start timing when the sending module sends the first fall alarm information to a user terminal,
the generation module generates second fall alarm information when the timing time reaches a first preset time and the second receiving module does not receive the processing confirmation information, and the sending module is used for sending the second fall alarm information to a property management terminal or a guardian terminal; the first preset time is used as buffer time so that a user holding the user terminal can judge whether the indoor person really falls down and the severity of falling down through the human body image in the first falling-down alarm information and the shooting time information of the human body image;
the image component comprises at least one camera and an image analysis module, the at least one camera is used for shooting indoor human body images, the image analysis module is used for identifying human body postures according to the human body images, the at least one camera is connected with the image analysis module, the image analysis module is connected with the controller so as to feed back judgment results to the controller, or the image analysis module is connected with the controller, the at least one camera is not only connected with the image analysis module, but also connected with the controller so as to be directly controlled by the controller to judge whether a person falls down, wherein,
the control module is used for controlling the at least one camera to shoot a plurality of human body images from different angles when the image component judges that a person falls, and the generation module is used for generating first falling alarm information according to the plurality of human body images, wherein the first falling alarm information comprises at least one selected human body image from the plurality of human body images and shooting time information of each selected human body image.

The air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein the second fall alert information includes at least one human body image selected from the plurality of human body images, photographing time information of each selected human body image, a room address corresponding to the air conditioner, a user name, and a user contact address.
7. The air conditioner of claim 5, wherein the user turns on/off the fall detection mode of the air conditioner through a remote controller or the user terminal.
8. The air conditioner as claimed in any one of claims 5-7, wherein the image component is integrated in the air conditioner.
9. A method for fall alarm by an air conditioning system, the air conditioning system comprising an air conditioner and an image assembly, the air conditioner having a fall detection mode and a normal control mode, the method comprising the steps of:
when the air conditioner is in the falling detection mode, controlling an image assembly to be started so that the image assembly can shoot indoor human body images, and identifying human body postures according to the human body images to judge whether a person falls down;
when the image component judges that a person falls down, first falling alarm information is generated and sent to a user terminal to remind a user;
detecting whether processing confirmation information of the first falling alarm information is received or not in real time after the first falling alarm information is sent to a user terminal, generating second falling alarm information when the processing confirmation information is not received within a first preset time after the first falling alarm information is sent to the user terminal, and sending the second falling alarm information to a property management terminal or a guardian terminal; the first preset time is used as buffer time so that a user holding the user terminal can judge whether the indoor person really falls down and the severity of falling down through the human body image in the first falling-down alarm information and the shooting time information of the human body image;
the image assembly comprises at least one camera for taking indoor human body images, wherein,
when the image component judges that a person falls, the at least one camera is further controlled to shoot a plurality of human body images from different angles, and first falling alarm information is generated according to the plurality of human body images, wherein the first falling alarm information comprises at least one selected human body image from the plurality of human body images and shooting time information of each selected human body image.

A method for fall alarm by an air conditioning system according to claim 9, wherein the second fall alarm information includes at least one human body image selected from the plurality of human body images, photographing time information of each selected human body image, a room address corresponding to the air conditioner, a user name, and a user contact address.
11. The method for fall alarm by air conditioning system according to claim 9, wherein the air conditioning system further comprises a remote controller, and the user turns on/off the fall detection mode of the air conditioner through the remote controller or the user terminal.
