Abstract
The invention discloses an automobile headlamp base with an antenna, which comprises a base body, a cover body, a first antenna device and a base, wherein the base body comprises an installation part; the cover body is assembled to the seat body through the mounting part and comprises a peripheral wall surrounding and defining an accommodating space; the first antenna device is accommodated in the cover body and comprises a conductive end; a base is coupled to the peripheral wall, the base including a port for contact connection to the conductive end. The automobile headlamp base is arranged on an automobile, and the first antenna device for receiving signals is positioned at the front end of the automobile, so that the signal receiving quality is improved; the invention integrates the antenna in the head lamp base, which simplifies the assembly process and integrates the inner circuit easily.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile head lamp holder, in particular to an automobile head lamp holder with the advantages of an antenna and modularization.
Background
With the development of technology, electronic devices additionally installed in automobiles or integrated with the automobiles have more and more functions, such as Digital Television (DTV), satellite navigation System (GPS), broadcast radio, etc., and these electronic devices receive or transmit signals through an antenna structure.
Generally, the installation positions and types of the conventional antenna structures of the automobiles substantially include: a printed antenna provided on a window glass, a retractable antenna provided at the rear end of an automobile, and a fixed antenna (for example, a shark fin antenna or a rod antenna) provided on a roof of an automobile.
However, the above conventional antenna structures for automobiles have disadvantages that, for example, the assembly process of the printed antenna disposed on the window glass is complicated, and the heat insulating paper on the window glass usually contains metal components, thereby causing poor reception; the retractable antenna provided at the rear end of the vehicle and the fixed antenna provided on the roof of the vehicle are easily damaged and spoil the aesthetic feeling of the entire appearance of the vehicle because they are located outside the vehicle body. Therefore, the above-mentioned prior art is to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a modular automobile headlamp base capable of improving the receiving quality when an automobile advances.
In order to achieve the above and other objects, the present invention discloses a head lamp holder with an antenna, comprising a base, a cover, a first antenna device and a base, wherein the base comprises an installation part; the cover body is assembled to the seat body through the mounting part and comprises a peripheral wall surrounding and defining an accommodating space; the first antenna device is accommodated in the cover body and comprises a conductive end; the base is combined with the peripheral wall, and the base comprises a port for contacting and connecting the conductive end.
In the above automotive headlamp base, the cover body has a cylindrical accommodating space, and the first antenna device is a flexible printed circuit board antenna module or a thin film antenna module and is configured in the cover body in a rolled manner.
The above automotive headlamp base, wherein the first antenna device includes at least one antenna structure, and the antenna structure is at least one of a Digital Television (DTV) antenna, a satellite navigation System (GPS) antenna, or a broadcast antenna.
In the above automotive headlamp base, the peripheral wall of the cover body has a slot, and the first antenna device is a microstrip antenna module, a hard board antenna module, a ceramic antenna module or a flat antenna module, and the first antenna device is embedded in the slot.
The automobile head lamp holder further comprises a second antenna device, the second antenna device is arranged on the first antenna device and provided with a conductive end, the conductive end is used for being connected with the port of the base, and the second antenna device is a microstrip antenna module, a hard board antenna module or a ceramic antenna module or a flat antenna module.
In the above automotive headlamp base, the second antenna device includes at least one antenna structure, and the antenna structure is at least one of a Digital Television (DTV) antenna, a Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna, and a broadcast antenna.
The automobile head lamp holder further comprises a second antenna device, the second antenna device is arranged on the first antenna device and provided with a conductive end, the conductive end is used for being connected with the port of the base, and the second antenna device is a microstrip antenna module, a hard board antenna module, a ceramic antenna module or a flat antenna module.
Therefore, the automobile headlamp base is arranged on an automobile, and because the first antenna device and the second antenna device for receiving signals are positioned at the front end position of the automobile, and the front end position of the automobile is one of the positions with the best signal receiving when the automobile moves, the signal receiving quality is improved; in addition, the automobile headlight holder integrates the common antenna of the automobile into the automobile headlight holder to have the modularization effect, so that the assembling procedure of the antenna is integrated into the assembling procedure of the headlight in the assembling process of the automobile, the assembling process is simplified, and the internal circuit is easier to integrate.

For a fuller understanding of the objects, features and effects of the present invention, reference should now be made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, an automotive headlamp base 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base 10, a cover 20, a first antenna device 30, and a base 40.
In the automotive headlamp base 1 of the present embodiment, the base 10 includes a mounting portion 11; the cover 20 is assembled to the base 10 through the mounting portion 11, and the cover 20 includes a peripheral wall 21 surrounding and defining an accommodating space; the first antenna device 30 is accommodated in the cover 20, the first antenna device 30 includes a conductive end 321 a; the base 40 is combined with the peripheral wall 21, and the base 40 includes a port 41 for contact-connecting the conductive terminal 321 a.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the cover 20 has a cylindrical accommodating space, one end of the cover 20 may be closed, and the cover 20 may be made of various materials, such as glass, plastic, and the like, and may be transparent or opaque.
The first antenna device 30 may be a flexible printed circuit board (fpc) antenna module or a film antenna module and is configured in the cover 20 in a rolled manner, as shown in the figure, the first antenna device 30 includes a flexible printed circuit board 31 and at least one antenna structure (two antenna structures 32a and 32b are illustrated in the embodiment), the flexible printed circuit board 31 is flexible, so that the flexible printed circuit board 31 can be rolled into a tube shape and accommodated in the cover 20, the circumference of the rolled flexible printed circuit board 31 is substantially the same as the circumference of the peripheral wall 21 of the cover 20, and the flexible printed circuit board 31 in the rolled shape is supported and fixed by the cover 20 by abutting against the peripheral wall 21 of the cover 20, so that the displacement of the first antenna device 30 caused by external vibration can be reduced.
In the first antenna device 30, each of the antenna structures 32a,32b can be formed on the flexible printed circuit board 31 by plating, printing, etc., wherein the antenna structure 32a extends to the edge of the flexible printed circuit board 31 to form the conductive terminal 321a, and the antenna structure 32b extends to the edge of the flexible printed circuit board 31 to form the conductive terminal 321 b; the material of each antenna structure 32a,32b may be copper or silver. Each of the antenna structures 32a,32b is used for receiving various signals commonly used in a vehicle, such as RADIO (AM/FM RADIO) signals, digital television signals, and broadcasting signals. For example, the antenna structure 32a is a broadcast antenna, and the antenna structure 32b is a Digital Television (DTV) antenna or a Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna.
Referring to fig. 4, in the automotive headlamp base 1 of the present embodiment, the base 10 is assembled at the front side of the automobile and is used for assembling components such as the headlamp 70, and the base 10 has the transparent cover 12 so that the light of the headlamp 70 can pass through. In the seat 10, the mounting portion 11 may have an opening for the cover 20 to pass through and fix, or the mounting portion 11 has an assembling structure combined with the base 40; the mounting portion 11 may be coupled to the base 10 by means of a snap fit, a screw thread, or the like. The position of the mounting portion 11 on the base 10 is not limited to that shown in the drawings.
As shown, the base 40 has a connection terminal 42 for connecting with a connector 61 of a signal line 60 to output a signal received by the first antenna device 30, and the received signal is processed by a power amplifier 62 of the signal line 60 and transmitted to a corresponding host or a corresponding functional module through a connector 63.
Fig. 5 and fig. 6 are schematic diagrams illustrating another implementation of the first antenna device according to an embodiment of the invention.
In this embodiment, the first antenna device 30 ' may be a microstrip antenna module, a hard board antenna module, a ceramic antenna module, or a flat antenna module, as shown in the figure, the first antenna device 30 ' includes a hard board 31 ' and at least one antenna structure (an antenna structure 32a ' in the embodiment), the peripheral wall 21 of the cover 20 has a slot 211, and the first antenna device 30 ' is embedded in the slot 211.
The antenna structure 32 a' of the present embodiment example may be, for example, a Digital Television (DTV) antenna, a satellite navigation System (GPS) antenna, or a broadcast antenna.
In addition, the present embodiment further includes a second antenna device 50, the second antenna device 50 is disposed on the first antenna device 30' and has a conductive end 51, the conductive end 51 is used for connecting to the corresponding port 41 on the base 40, and the second antenna device 50 can be a microstrip antenna module, a hard board antenna module, a ceramic antenna module, or a flat antenna module. In fig. 5 and 6, the first antenna device 30' is exemplified as a microstrip antenna module and the second antenna device 50 is exemplified as a patch antenna module.
Also, the second antenna device 50 may include at least one antenna structure (not shown), which may be a Digital Television (DTV) antenna, a Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna or a broadcast antenna.
Accordingly, the automotive headlamp base 1 according to the embodiment of the invention is applied to be installed on an automobile, and because the first antenna device 30, 30' and the second antenna device 50 for receiving signals are located at the front end of the automobile, and the front end of the automobile is one of the best positions for receiving signals during traveling, the quality of receiving signals is improved; in addition, the automotive headlamp base 1 according to the embodiment of the invention integrates the antenna commonly used in the general automobile into the base and has a modular effect, so that the assembly procedure of the antenna is integrated into the assembly procedure of the headlamp in the assembly process of the automobile, thereby simplifying the assembly process and facilitating the integration of the internal circuit.

Claims (2)
1. An automotive headlamp base with an antenna, comprising:
a base body including a mounting portion;
the cover body is assembled to the seat body through the mounting part and comprises a peripheral wall surrounding and defining an accommodating space;
a first antenna device accommodated in the cover body, the first antenna device including a conductive end, the cover body having a cylindrical accommodating space, and the first antenna device being a flexible printed circuit board antenna module or a thin film antenna module and being configured in the cover body in a rolled manner; and
a base coupled to the peripheral wall, the base including a port for contacting the conductive terminal;
wherein, the first antenna device is curled into a cylinder shape, and the circumference of the cylinder shape is the same as that of the peripheral wall of the cover body.
2. The vehicle headlamp base of claim 1, wherein the first antenna assembly comprises at least one antenna structure, the antenna structure being at least one of a digital television antenna, a satellite navigation system antenna, or a broadcast antenna.
