Abstract
The invention provides a light oil pump with an idler gear, which comprises an aluminum pump body, a transmission gear, the idler gear, an idler shaft and a bolt, wherein an oil cavity and an idler shaft mounting hole are formed in the pump body; a large shaft section of the idler shaft is installed in a shaft hole of the idler gear, a small shaft section is installed in a circular hole of the pump body, a first annular gap is formed between the end face of the lower end of the small shaft section and the boss, and a lubricating oil channel for communicating the first annular gap and the oil cavity is arranged between the first annular gap and the oil cavity; a screw rod of the bolt penetrates through a bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft and then is screwed into a threaded hole of the pump body, so that the idler shaft is fixed on the pump body, and a second annular gap is formed between the bolt and the inner wall of the bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft; the high-pressure oil in the oil cavity sequentially passes through the lubricating oil channel, the first annular gap, the second annular gap and the lubricating through hole to provide lubrication for the bushing and the idler shaft.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an engine lubricating system component, in particular to an oil pump with an idle gear.
Background
The existing large-displacement oil pump is usually installed in an oil shell below an engine crankcase, a transmission gear of the oil pump is driven by a gear on the engine crankshaft, the engine crankcase is very large, the center distance between a transmission shaft of the oil pump and the crankshaft is relatively large, and on the premise of determining the transmission ratio, if the center distance is matched by simply increasing the diameters of the transmission gear of the oil pump and the gear on the crankshaft, the gear on the crankshaft and the transmission gear of the oil pump are necessarily too large, so the cost is increased, and in addition, the engine does not have enough space for arranging the gear with the large diameter. Therefore, an idle gear must be added between the transmission gear of the oil pump and the crankshaft gear to transmit the driving force of the gear on the crankshaft to the transmission gear of the oil pump, so that the cost can be reduced, and the structure of the engine is more compact.
The idler gear is typically mounted to the pump body by an idler shaft, which in the prior art is essentially a cast iron member, such that the idler shaft can be mounted to the pump body by interference fit. Because the cast iron has the defect of heavy weight, if the material of the pump body is changed into the cast aluminum, although the weight can be reduced, the idler shaft cannot be arranged on the aluminum pump body in an interference fit mode, so a new installation mode and a new structure are needed to be adopted to adapt to the aluminum pump body, and the problems of lubrication and heat dissipation between the inner wall of the shaft hole of the idler gear and the idler shaft need to be solved.

The invention aims to provide a light oil pump with an idler gear.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a light oil pump with an idler gear comprises a pump body, a transmission gear, an idler shaft, the idler gear and bolts, wherein the pump body is an aluminum casting, an oil cavity and an idler shaft mounting hole are formed in the pump body, the idler shaft mounting hole is a stepped hole and comprises a round hole in the upper portion and a threaded hole in the lower portion, the diameter of the round hole is larger than that of the threaded hole, and a circle of boss is formed at the joint of the round hole and the threaded hole; the idler shaft is a stepped shaft and comprises a thrust disc, a large shaft section and a small shaft section, the idler shaft is provided with an axial bolt mounting hole penetrating through the idler shaft, and the large shaft section is provided with a lubricating through hole intersected with the bolt mounting hole; the large shaft section of the idler shaft is arranged in a shaft hole of the idler gear, a bushing is arranged between the large shaft section and the inner wall of the shaft hole of the idler gear, and the small shaft section is arranged in a circular hole of the pump body; the length of a small shaft section of the idler shaft is smaller than the depth of the round hole, a first annular gap is formed between the end face of the lower end of the small shaft section and the boss, and a lubricating oil channel for communicating the first annular gap and the oil cavity is arranged between the first annular gap and the oil cavity; a screw rod of the bolt penetrates through a bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft and then is screwed into a threaded hole of the pump body, so that the idler shaft is fixed on the pump body, the diameter of the bolt is smaller than the diameter of the bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft, and a second annular gap is formed between the bolt and the inner wall of the bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft; and high-pressure oil in the oil cavity sequentially passes through the lubricating oil channel, the first annular gap, the second annular gap and the lubricating through hole to lubricate the bushing and the idler shaft.
In the technical scheme, the pump body is an aluminum casting, and the idler gear and the idler shaft are mounted on the pump body through bolts, so that the weight of the pump body is reduced, and the mounting problem between the idler shaft and the pump body is solved. Meanwhile, the length of the small shaft section of the idler shaft is smaller than the depth of the round hole of the idler shaft mounting hole, and the diameter of the bolt is smaller than the aperture of the bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft, so that a first annular gap and a second annular gap are ingeniously formed, and high-pressure oil in the oil cavity sequentially passes through the lubricating oil channel, the first annular gap, the second annular gap and the lubricating through hole to lubricate the bushing and the idler shaft. And then, high-pressure oil can continuously flow to the two ends of the idle gear shaft block through a gap between the idle gear shaft and the shaft hole of the bush, so that the engine oil leaks from the end surfaces of the two shaft blocks of the idle gear and returns to the engine oil shell, the engine oil circulation between the idle gear shaft hole and the idle gear shaft is realized, the lubrication and the heat dissipation can be continuously provided for the idle gear rotating under a large load, and the faults of burning, shaft locking and the like of the idle gear shaft hole and the idle gear shaft are avoided.
The further technical scheme of the invention is as follows: and oil drainage grooves are formed in two end faces of the shaft table of the idle gear.
Preferably, four oil drainage grooves are uniformly distributed on two end faces of the shaft table of the idle gear.
Because the oil drainage groove is formed in the end face of the idler gear shaft table, the flow speed of engine oil between the bushing shaft hole and the large shaft section of the idler shaft can be increased, and the lubricating and heat radiating effects are better.
Preferably, the bushing is in interference fit with the inner wall of the shaft hole of the idler gear.
Preferably, the lubricating through hole on the idler shaft is perpendicularly intersected with the bolt mounting hole.
Preferably, a weight-reducing counter bore is formed in a thrust disc of the idler shaft.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the preferred embodiment of the present invention is: a light oil pump with an idler gear comprises a pump body 1, a transmission gear 2, an idler shaft 3, the idler gear 4 and a bolt 5, wherein the pump body 1 is an aluminum casting, an oil cavity 11 and an idler shaft mounting hole 12 are formed in the pump body 1, the idler shaft mounting hole 12 is a stepped hole and comprises a round hole 121 in the upper portion and a threaded hole 122 in the lower portion, the diameter of the round hole 121 is larger than that of the threaded hole 122, and a circle of boss is formed at the connecting position of the round hole 121 and the threaded hole 122; the idler shaft 3 is a stepped shaft and comprises a thrust disc, a large shaft section and a small shaft section, wherein a weight-reducing counter bore is formed in the thrust disc, an axial bolt mounting hole penetrating through the idler shaft 3 is formed in the idler shaft in the whole axial direction, and a lubricating through hole 31 vertically intersected with the bolt mounting hole is formed in the large shaft section; the large shaft section of the idler shaft 3 is arranged in a shaft hole of the idler gear 4, a bushing 6 is arranged between the large shaft section and the inner wall of the shaft hole of the idler gear 4, the bushing 6 is in interference fit with the inner wall of the shaft hole of the idler gear 4, and the small shaft section is arranged in a round hole 121 of the pump body 1; the length of a small shaft section of the idler shaft 3 is smaller than the depth of the round hole 121, a first annular gap 7 is formed between the lower end face of the small shaft section and the boss, and a lubricating oil channel 13 for communicating the first annular gap 7 and the oil chamber 11 is arranged between the first annular gap 7 and the oil chamber 11; the screw of the bolt 5 passes through the bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft 3 and then is screwed into the threaded hole 122 of the pump body 1, so that the idler shaft 3 is fixed on the pump body 1, the diameter of the bolt 5 is smaller than the diameter of the bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft 3, and a second annular gap 8 is formed between the bolt 5 and the inner wall of the bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft 3; the high-pressure oil in the oil chamber 11 sequentially passes through the lubricating oil passage 13, the first annular gap 7, the second annular gap 8 and the lubricating through hole 31 to lubricate the bushing 6 and the idler shaft 3.
In the technical scheme, the pump body 1 is an aluminum casting, and the idler gear 4 and the idler shaft 3 are installed on the pump body 1 through the bolt 5, so that the weight of the pump body 1 is reduced, and the problem of installation between the idler shaft 3 and the pump body 1 is solved. Meanwhile, as the length of the small shaft section of the idler shaft 3 is smaller than the depth of the round hole 121 of the idler shaft mounting hole, and the diameter of the bolt 5 is smaller than the aperture of the bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft 3, the first annular gap 7 and the second annular gap 8 are ingeniously formed, and high-pressure oil in the oil cavity 11 sequentially passes through the lubricating oil channel 13, the first annular gap 7, the second annular gap 8 and the lubricating through hole 31 to lubricate the bushing 6 and the idler shaft 3. Afterwards, high-pressure oil can continuously flow to the two ends of the shaft platform of the idle gear 4 through a gap between the idle gear shaft 3 and the lining 3, so that the engine oil leaks from the end surfaces of the two shaft platforms of the idle gear 4 and returns to an engine oil shell, and the engine oil circulation between the shaft hole of the idle gear 4 and the idle gear shaft 3 is realized, so that the idle gear 4 rotating under a large load can be continuously lubricated and cooled, and the faults of burning, shaft locking and the like of the shaft hole of the idle gear 4 and the idle gear shaft 3 are avoided.
As shown in fig. 4, a further technical solution of this embodiment is: four oil drainage grooves 41 are uniformly distributed on two end faces of the shaft table of the idle gear 4. Because the oil drainage groove 41 is formed in the end face of the shaft boss of the idler gear 4, the flow speed of engine oil between the shaft hole of the bushing 6 and the large shaft section of the idler shaft 3 can be increased, and the lubricating and heat radiating effects are better.
The above embodiments are preferred implementations of the present invention, and besides, the present invention can be implemented in other ways, and any obvious substitutions without departing from the concept of the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.

A light oil pump with an idle gear is characterized in that: the device comprises a pump body (1), a transmission gear (2), an idler shaft (3), an idler gear (4) and a bolt (5), wherein the pump body (1) is an aluminum casting, an oil cavity (11) and an idler shaft mounting hole (12) are formed in the pump body (1), the idler shaft mounting hole (12) is a stepped hole and comprises an upper round hole (121) and a lower threaded hole (122), the diameter of the round hole (121) is larger than that of the threaded hole (122), and a circle of boss is formed at the joint of the round hole (121) and the threaded hole (122); the idler shaft (3) is a stepped shaft and comprises a thrust disc, a large shaft section and a small shaft section, the idler shaft (3) is provided with an axial bolt mounting hole penetrating through the whole idler shaft, and the large shaft section is provided with a lubricating through hole (31) intersected with the bolt mounting hole; a large shaft section of the idler shaft (3) is arranged in a shaft hole of the idler gear (4), a bushing (6) is arranged between the large shaft section and the inner wall of the shaft hole of the idler gear (4), and a small shaft section is arranged in a round hole (121) of the pump body (1); the length of a small shaft section of the idler shaft (3) is smaller than the depth of the round hole (121), a first annular gap (7) is formed between the end face of the lower end of the small shaft section and the boss, and a lubricating oil channel (13) for communicating the first annular gap (7) and the oil cavity (11) is arranged between the first annular gap (7) and the oil cavity; a screw of the bolt (5) penetrates through a bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft (3) and then is screwed into a threaded hole (122) of the pump body (1), so that the idler shaft (3) is fixed on the pump body (1), the diameter of the bolt (5) is smaller than the aperture of the bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft (3), and a second annular gap (8) is formed between the bolt (5) and the inner wall of the bolt mounting hole of the idler shaft (3); and high-pressure oil in the oil cavity (11) sequentially passes through the lubricating oil channel (13), the first annular gap (7), the second annular gap (8) and the lubricating through hole (31) to lubricate the bushing (6) and the idler shaft (3).
