The invention provides an idler wheel combined structure with an axial fastening function, which comprises an idler gear, a bearing, a shaft, a check ring, a flat gasket, an elastic gasket, a copper alloy nut and a transmission plate, wherein the shaft is a stepped shaft comprising a left section and a right section; the outer end of axle has the screw thread, and cup joints plain washer, bullet gasket, copper alloy nut in proper order, and the plain washer contacts with the driving plate outside, through the tightening to copper alloy nut, fastens the idler integrated configuration. Because the inherent material characteristic of copper alloy nut itself can produce the deformation in the fastening process, the copper alloy nut after the deformation can't restore to the original condition, consequently can not slide along the screw on the axle, no matter like this whether forward rotation or reverse rotation, this idler integrated configuration can not produce the pine, effectively prevents to rotate in-process idler gear and produces the problem of becoming flexible.

The bearing 2 is slightly interfered on the idle gear 1, the shaft 3 is in small clearance fit with the bearing 2, and the shaft 3 is in clearance fit with the transmission plate 8.
Due to the inherent material characteristics of the copper alloy nut 6, the copper alloy nut 6 deforms in the fastening process, and the deformed copper alloy nut 6 cannot restore to the original state and cannot slide along the thread on the shaft 3, so that the idle wheel combined structure cannot loosen in both forward rotation and reverse rotation.
The idler wheel combined structure disclosed by the invention better meets the design requirements in the practical process, and by adopting the design structure, the problem that the idler wheel combined structure can generate looseness in the rotating process is better adjusted. The idler wheel combined structure with the axial fastening function effectively prevents the problem that the idler gear is loosened in the rotating process, and reduces risks in engineering application. The invention is suitable for the idler wheel combination structure which is difficult to fasten, and has better manufacturability and lower cost.

the shaft is a stepped shaft comprising a left section and a right section, the idle gear is installed on the left section of the shaft through a bearing, the transmission plate is installed in the middle of the shaft, and a counter bore matched with the step of the shaft is formed in the inner side of the transmission plate; the outer end of the shaft is provided with threads, and is sequentially sleeved with a flat gasket, an elastic gasket and a copper alloy nut, the flat gasket is contacted with the outer side of the transmission plate, and the idle wheel combined structure is fastened by screwing the copper alloy nut.
