本申请涉及一种双母槽干拼注浆轻质陶粒隔墙板,包括开设于隔板本体两侧的注浆槽,在注浆槽开口两侧的侧壁上间隔布设有注浆孔,在注浆槽内间隔开设有伸入隔板本体的横向注浆孔;两两隔板本体的注浆槽对接形成注浆腔,在注浆腔的上下端口处装设有用以固定连接两隔板本体的拼接卡具。本申请可有效杜绝板缝浆体不饱满,产生不均匀沉降裂缝的出现,从而提高安装质量。本申请结构简单,未注浆前的拼接,拼接后的注浆互不干扰,安装速度提高,且板间平整度可微调,保证墙面整体平整。注浆后形成横柱,增加墙面整受力性能。

背景技术
现有技术中的隔墙板的拼接结构采用的是凹凸对接,此种结构在对接处基本不抹浆,即使抹浆也无法完全填实,在后续使用过程中,容易造成不均匀沉降,拉裂板缝,是所有此类隔墙板的通病。且此类隔墙板的在安装过程中,受凹凸结构所限,调整幅度降低,其表面平整度难以控制。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提出一种易于抹浆,强度较高的一种双母槽干拼注浆轻质陶粒隔墙板。
本申请的目的是这样实现的:一种双母槽干拼注浆轻质陶粒隔墙板,包括开设于隔板本体两侧的注浆槽,在注浆槽开口两侧的侧壁上间隔布设有注浆孔,在注浆槽内间隔开设有伸入隔板本体的横向注浆孔;两两隔板本体的注浆槽对接形成注浆腔,在注浆腔的上下端口处装设有用以固定连接两隔板本体的拼接卡具。
同一隔板本体两侧抹浆槽内的横向注浆孔对称排布。

实施例:一种双母槽干拼注浆轻质陶粒隔墙板包括开设于隔板本体3两侧的注浆槽2,在注浆槽2开口两侧的侧壁上间隔布设有注浆孔4,在注浆槽2内间隔开设有伸入隔板本体3的横向注浆孔6;两两隔板本体3的注浆槽2对接形成注浆腔1,在注浆腔1的上下端口处装设有用以固定连接两隔板本体3的拼接卡具5。
所述拼接卡具5为U形卡具。
同一隔板本体3两侧抹浆槽2内的横向注浆孔6对称排布。
本申请在使用时,两两隔板本体3先通过拼接卡具5进行拼接,随后通过注浆孔4向注浆腔1内注浆即完成整体的安装。本申请向注浆腔1内的注浆填实度高,横向注浆槽可增加两两隔板本体3之间的连接强度,进一步增加整体的受力性能。

1.一种双母槽干拼注浆轻质陶粒隔墙板,其特征在于:包括开设于隔板本体两侧的注浆槽,在注浆槽开口两侧的侧壁上间隔布设有注浆孔,在注浆槽内间隔开设有伸入隔板本体的横向注浆孔;两两隔板本体的注浆槽对接形成注浆腔,在注浆腔的上下端口处装设有用以固定连接两隔板本体的拼接卡具。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双母槽干拼注浆轻质陶粒隔墙板,其特征在于:同一隔板本体两侧抹浆槽内的横向注浆孔对称排布。
