本发明公开了一种以轻体材料为主体,与保温、装饰材料复合为一体,集保温、装饰于一体的建筑围护或隔断墙体材料,装饰材料采用涂层后的铝板或其他材质外墙板。这种新建筑墙体材料之间水平安装采用专用铝型材或其他金属连接件,辅以橡胶材料密封;垂直间安装采用流体浇注料或铝型材连接件连接。这种新建筑墙体材料与结构间连接节点采用结构体预安装或现场安装折叠定位销连接件方法连接。这种新建筑墙体材料两端面分别预埋螺母和自锁连接件或预留卡扣,端面间由专用螺栓和锁紧件满足不同强度连接。

一种新型多功能复合建筑墙体材料及安装方法
1、技术领域
本发明涉及房屋建筑技术领域,主要涉及房屋建筑墙体材料和其间的连接方法。
2、背景技术
公知的传统墙板多采用烧结多孔砖、烧结空心砌块、加气混凝土砌块等,外侧粘贴保温或外墙夹心保温或外墙外保温的方法,以上建筑结构和施工方法缺陷在于:现场施工不环保或施工周期长或受气候环境因素制约,且施工成本都偏高。
3、发明内容
本发明目的:提供一种重量轻,施工方法便捷的集保温、装饰于一体的房屋建筑墙体材料和其连接方法。克服传统房屋建筑墙体材料多层安装,施工周期长,运输施工成本高,且加工、施工不环保的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
技术方案一
所述轻型材料的复合,主要是由水泥、聚苯乙烯颗粒、硅酸钙板等保温材料及铝合金板装饰面在工厂内一次复合而成,安装精度可控制在±1mm之间。
专用楔型材是采用大合金系列材质,经挤压机挤压成型,经热处理而获得等于或大于Q235钢材的物理性能,在工厂经过机械加工,再按设计分切成不同长度。
轻型墙体材料依据房屋建筑力学性能及当地环境要求及设计技术文件要求,采用不同厚度截面墙体,再复合不同厚度的保温材料。
所述专用定位螺栓做为连接上下墙体的专用节点连接件,其材质为镀锌钢材经过机械加工而成,可满足与异形铝型材连接时的公差要求。

以下通过具体实施方式,结合附图,进一步说明本发明专利的技术方案。
图1为所述轻型墙体材料的基本样式,为具体实施方式中所述墙体内部框架结构,标识1处为上部预埋螺母,标识2处为墙体主体,标识3处为内部加强结构,标识4处为墙体下部预埋件,标识5处为外框骨架。
图2为所述墙体截面构造图,标识1处为室内装饰板,标识2处为墙体主体结构,主要是由聚苯颗粒和水泥等材料组成,标识3处为保温材料,标识4处为室外压花铝板合金装饰板。
图3为上下墙体节点的连接方式和连接件剖视图。图中标识1为锁扣,标识2为上层墙体,标识3为折叠零件截面图,标识4为龙马楔,标识5为专用定位螺栓,标识6为密封橡胶,标识7为下层墙体,标识8为楼板,标识9为建筑主体结构。
图4为折叠截面图。
图5为龙马楔截面图,主要用于定位上下墙板。
图6为专用定位螺栓图。
5、具体实施方式
技术方案一
轻型墙体材料经工厂自动生产线一次成型,其规格以用户需求而定。
依据房屋建筑设计要求,首先将专用定位螺栓与地梁固定,再将龙马楔放入专用定位螺栓孔中,粘贴橡胶垫,然后采用吊车将图3中标识7(下层墙体)吊装插入标识5(专用定位螺栓),用图3中的标识1锁扣将墙体与定位螺栓固定。
将图3中的标识3(折叠件)放平入板槽内,用专用定位螺栓将折叠件与下层墙体中预埋的螺母拧紧,再将龙马楔放入专用定位螺栓孔中,粘贴橡胶垫,然后采用吊车将图3中标识2(上层墙体)吊装插入标识5(专用定位螺栓),用图3中的标识1锁扣将墙体与定位螺栓固定。

Claims (4)

1.一种以轻体材料为主体,与保温、装饰材料复合,集保温、装饰于一体的建筑板状墙体材料,板四周边缘中部均有凹槽,其特征在于:此材料集轻体、保温、装饰于一体,可以做房屋建筑围护或隔断墙体材料,所做建筑墙体无需再二次装饰。
2.权利1所述墙体材料水平连接采用专用连接件,垂直间连接采用流体浇筑料连接,其特征在于:水平连接件为铝型材或其它材料,并辅以橡胶件密封。
3.权利1所述墙体材料与结构间采用预安装或现场安装折叠连接件的方法连接,其特征在于:折叠连接件与结构可焊接或栓接,与权利一所述墙体材料端部预制节点连接。
4.权利一所述板状墙体间满足强度的水平连接采用专用螺栓,与板状墙体端部预埋螺母和锁紧卡扣锁紧,其特征在于:板状墙体版一端预埋螺母,一端预设置锁紧卡扣和锁紧通道。
