Abstract
本发明涉及一种辐射保护的硅烷涂布聚烯烃人造革,是在聚烯烃基底表面涂饰一层硅烷涂布材料并固化,硅烷涂布材料是用反应物掺混一种或多种未预缩合或部分预缩合的硅烷。硅烷的分子量大于200。硅烷在有机侧链中具有适于形成氢桥键的极性化基团。聚烯烃人造革表面经硅烷涂布材料保护后,使聚烯烃人造革具有更好的辐射保护特性,提高了聚烯烃人造革的使用品质。

技术领域
本发明属于聚烯烃人造革技术领域,具体涉及一种辐射保护的硅烷涂布的聚烯烃人造革。
背景技术
人造革是一种外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品。通常以织物为底基,涂覆合成树脂及各种塑料添加制成。上世纪八十年代,昂贵的皮衣皮料一般人消费不起,应市场需求,仿冒皮革的人造革一度流行起来,被广泛应用于制衣、制包。
硅树脂生产的硅烷涂层是已知的,经过不断的发展,应该硅烷涂层作为人造革的保护层可以提高人造革的使用质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种辐射保护的硅烷涂布聚烯烃人造革。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种辐射保护的硅烷涂布聚烯烃人造革,是在聚烯烃基底表面涂饰一层硅烷涂布材料并固化,所述硅烷涂布材料是用反应物掺混一种或多种未预缩合或部分预缩合的硅烷,并且硅烷涂布材料中包含氧化锌。
根据本发明,所述硅烷的分子量大于200,更优选大于300,尤其是大于500,并且最优选大于1000。
本发明的范畴内,所述硅烷在有机侧链中具有适于形成氢桥键的极性化基团。
较合理的设置是,在所述固化之前,将所述硅烷与同系或非同系的硅烷或者与有机单体、低聚物或聚合物进行有机交联反应。
本发明的一项改进是在硅烷涂布材料中加入溶剂,包括醇、醋酸酯、醚或反应稀释剂。
进一步地,向聚烯烃基底上湿化学涂覆硅烷涂布材料,包括喷雾、浸渍、流涂、辊涂、涂抹、压涂、离心涂布、刮涂或真空蒸发。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:提供了一种硅烷涂布的聚烯烃人造革,经过本发明的硅烷涂布材料保护后,使聚烯烃具有更好地辐射保护特性,提高了聚烯烃人造革的使用品质。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
将11.8g己二醇和49.5g异氰酸根合丙基三乙氧基硅烷(ICTES)搅拌加热至50℃并惨混入0.1g二月桂酸二丁基锡。50℃下进一步搅拌30分钟,之后冷却至室温。
将5g上述物料溶解于10g1-甲氧基-2-丙醇中并掺混入0.2g乙酰丙酮铝和0.3g氧化锌。
采用流涂的方式将所获得的硅烷涂布材料涂饰到聚烯烃人造革表面,之后在120℃下在通风炉中固化50分钟。
本实施例所得聚烯烃人造革具有很好的辐射保护特性。
实施例2
将30.0gDesmophen1145和4.3g异氰酸根合丙基三乙氧基硅烷(ICTES)搅拌加热至50℃并惨混入0.15g二月桂酸二丁基锡。50℃下进一步搅拌60分钟,之后冷却至室温。
将10g上述物料溶解于8g1-甲氧基-2-丙醇中并掺混入0.1g乙酰丙酮铝和0.2g氧化锌。
采用喷雾的方式将所获得的硅烷涂布材料涂饰到聚烯烃人造革表面,之后在150℃下在通风炉中固化60分钟。
本实施例所得聚烯烃人造革具有很好的辐射保护特性。
实施例3
45℃下将22.1g氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和27.8g缩水甘油氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷搅拌并在该温度下置留45分钟。
将10g反应混合物溶于12g异丙醇中并掺混入0.3g乙酰丙酮和0.2g氧化锌。
再流涂到聚烯烃人造革表面,将涂层于120℃下在通风炉中固化20分钟。
本实施例所得聚烯烃人造革具有很好的辐射保护特性。

1.一种辐射保护的硅烷涂布聚烯烃人造革,其特征在于:是在聚烯烃基底表面涂饰一层硅烷涂布材料并固化,所述硅烷涂布材料是用反应物掺混一种或多种未预缩合或部分预缩合的硅烷,并且硅烷涂布材料中包含氧化锌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辐射保护的硅烷涂布聚烯烃人造革,其特征在于:所述硅烷的分子量大于200。
3.根据权利要求2所述的辐射保护的硅烷涂布聚烯烃人造革,其特征在于:所述硅烷在有机侧链中具有适于形成氢桥键的极性化基团。
4.根据权利要求1所述的辐射保护的硅烷涂布聚烯烃人造革,其特征在于:在所述固化之前,将所述硅烷与同系或非同系的硅烷或者与有机单体、低聚物或聚合物进行有机交联反应。
5.根据权利要求1所述的辐射保护的硅烷涂布聚烯烃人造革,其特征在于:在硅烷涂布材料中加入溶剂,包括醇、醋酸酯、醚或反应稀释剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的辐射保护的硅烷涂布聚烯烃人造革,其特征在于:向聚烯烃基底上湿化学涂覆硅烷涂布材料,包括喷雾、浸渍、流涂、辊涂、涂抹、压涂、离心涂布、刮涂或真空蒸发。
