Abstract
本发明公开了一种弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、制备坯布;步骤二、将双氧水溶液和柠檬酸溶液混合,得到第一处理液;步骤三、将紫罗兰花瓣、玫瑰花瓣和桂花花瓣混合,切碎得到花瓣混合物,将花瓣混合物加入到乙醇溶液中,加热回流提取,得到第二处理液;步骤四、得到第三处理液;步骤五、将第一处理液、第二处理液、第三处理液混合,得到最终处理液;步骤六、将最终处理液投入浸轧装置中,即得到所述弹力毛圈针织物;本发明制备的针织物韧性好,而且布料中会不含碎屑,化学有毒物质等,味道芬芳清新,深受市场欢迎。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及针织物领域,具体涉及一种弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法。
背景技术
弹力毛圈针织物是一种深受人们喜欢的针织布料,但是目前市面上的弹力毛圈针织物普遍存在韧性差,而且布料中会普遍含有碎屑,化学有毒物质等,使得布料味道呛人难闻,对人身体不好,在人们环保理念越累月强烈的今天,已经难以适应社会的需求。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、棉纺纱、锦纶纱和聚氨酯弹性纤维按56:28:16的比例投入纬编针织机制得底料,取醋酸纤维纱作为毛圈料,在所述底料的两面形成毛圈,得到坯布;
步骤二、将浓度为1.2mol/L的双氧水溶液和0.5mol/L的柠檬酸溶液按照体积比2:1的比例混合,搅拌均匀,得到第一处理液;
步骤三、将紫罗兰花瓣、玫瑰花瓣和桂花花瓣按照质量比3:2:1的比例混合,切碎得到花瓣混合物,将花瓣混合物加入到其体积的2~4倍的92%乙醇溶液中,加热回流提取2小时,固液分离后,得花瓣固体和乙醇混合液;回收乙醇混合液中的乙醇,得花瓣第一液体;用正丁醇对所述花瓣固体进行多次萃取,得萃取液,回收其中的正丁醇后,得花瓣第二液体,混合所述花瓣第一液体和花瓣第二液体,得到第二处理液;
步骤四、将海藻酸钠、羟甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺和去离子水按照质量比3:3:2:2:120的比例混合,搅拌均匀,得到第三处理液;
步骤五、将步骤二中得到的第一处理液、步骤三中得到的第二处理液、步骤四中得到的第三处理液按照质量比为10:1:5的比例混合,搅拌均匀,得到最终处理液;
步骤六、将步骤五中得到的最终处理液投入浸轧装置中,并向其中加入脱氧酶和碳纳米颗粒,其中,脱氧酶和碳纳米颗粒的加入量均为最终处理液质量的1%,搅拌均匀,加热至45℃后保持恒温,将步骤一得到的坯布放入其中浸轧,在浸轧的同时,使用超声振荡器保持溶液处于震荡状态,30min之后,将坯布取出,在40℃恒温环境中自然晾干,即得到所述弹力毛圈针织物。
其中,所述步骤六中的浸轧装置,包括:
浸轧箱,其为封闭的内中空的箱体,所述浸轧箱的箱壁为由内壁和外壁组成的双层中空结构,所述浸轧箱的外壁上设置有用于对所述浸轧箱的箱壁内部抽真空的真空泵;
坯布进口和坯布出口,其分别开设于所述浸轧箱的相对立的两面侧壁的顶端,所述坯布进口和所述坯布出口内均设置有上下两块彼此贴紧的隔热海绵;
坯布导向轮,其为设置于所述浸轧箱内部的用于支撑和引导坯布的多个转轮,所述坯布导向轮在所述浸轧箱内部上下交错分布;
一对挤压辊轮,其位于所述浸轧箱内,靠近所述坯布出口;
一对环状加热管,其分别设置于所述浸轧箱内部且分别靠近所述浸轧箱相对立的两面侧壁;
一对涡轮叶片,其分别设置于所述环状加热管和与所述环状加热管靠近的所述浸轧箱壁之间,所述涡轮叶片均朝向所述环状加热管;
4个超声振荡器,其分别两两对应设置于所述浸轧箱的顶部和底部。
优选的是,弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,所述坯布导向轮的表面均设置有光滑涂层。
优选的是,弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,所述浸轧箱内部两边的所述环状加热管和所述涡轮叶片在竖直方向上错开设置。
优选的是,弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,所述浸轧箱的外壁上设置有温度显示表。
优选的是,弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,所述超声振荡器的底部设置有用于带动其多角度摆动的旋转支架。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:本发明制备得到的弹力毛圈针织物气味芬芳,不含有害物质,其中第一处理液采用双氧水溶液对坯布进行消毒处理;在浸轧过程中,采用振动处理,不仅可以使得坯布中的碎屑和杂质掉落下来,而且使得最终处理液有效进入坯布纹理内部,从而紧密附着在其表面,提高其韧性;而且振动过程,碳纳米颗粒更加有效吸附坯布中的化学物质,除去对人体有害的物质;并且最终处理液还包括处理各种花瓣得到的第二液体,使得最终得到的布料味道芬芳,更受消费者喜爱。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
一种弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、棉纺纱、锦纶纱和聚氨酯弹性纤维按56:28:16的比例投入纬编针织机制得底料,取醋酸纤维纱作为毛圈料,在所述底料的两面形成毛圈,得到坯布;
步骤二、将浓度为1.2mol/L的双氧水溶液和0.5mol/L的柠檬酸溶液按照体积比2:1的比例混合,搅拌均匀,得到第一处理液;

步骤六、将步骤五中得到的最终处理液投入浸轧装置中,并向其中加入脱氧酶和碳纳米颗粒,其中,脱氧酶和碳纳米颗粒的加入量均为最终处理液质量的1%,搅拌均匀,加热至45℃后保持恒温,将步骤一得到的坯布放入其中浸轧,在浸轧的同时,使用超声振荡器保持溶液处于震荡状态,30min之后,将坯布取出,在40℃恒温环境中自然晾干,即得到所述弹力毛圈针织物。
弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,所述步骤六中的浸轧装置,包括:
浸轧箱1,其为封闭的内中空的箱体,所述浸轧箱的箱壁为由内壁和外壁组成的双层中空结构,所述浸轧箱1的外壁上设置有用于对所述浸轧箱的箱壁内部抽真空的真空泵110;
坯布进口2和坯布出口3,其分别开设于所述浸轧箱1的相对立的两面侧壁的顶端,所述坯布进口2和所述坯布出口3内均设置有上下两块彼此贴紧的隔热海绵4;
坯布导向轮5,其为设置于所述浸轧箱1内部的用于支撑和引导坯布的多个转轮,所述坯布导向轮5在所述浸轧箱1内部上下交错分布;
一对挤压辊轮6,其上下分布于所述浸轧箱1内,靠近所述坯布出口3;
一对环状加热管7,其分别设置于所述浸轧箱1内部且分别靠近所述浸轧箱1相对立的两面侧壁;
一对涡轮叶片8,其分别设置于所述环状加热管7和与所述环状加热管7靠近的所述浸轧箱1壁之间,所述涡轮叶片8均朝向所述环状加热管;
4个超声振荡器9,其分别两两对应设置于所述浸轧箱1的顶部和底部。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。
Claims (5)
1.一种弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、棉纺纱、锦纶纱和聚氨酯弹性纤维按56:28:16的比例投入纬编针织机制得底料,取醋酸纤维纱作为毛圈料,在所述底料的两面形成毛圈,得到坯布;
步骤二、将浓度为1.2mol/L的双氧水溶液和0.5mol/L的柠檬酸溶液按照体积比2:1的比例混合,搅拌均匀,得到第一处理液;
步骤三、将紫罗兰花瓣、玫瑰花瓣和桂花花瓣按照质量比3:2:1的比例混合,切碎得到花瓣混合物,将花瓣混合物加入到其体积的2~4倍的92%乙醇溶液中,加热回流提取2小时,固液分离后,得花瓣固体和乙醇混合液;回收乙醇混合液中的乙醇,得花瓣第一液体;用正丁醇对所述花瓣固体进行多次萃取,得萃取液,回收其中的正丁醇后,得花瓣第二液体,混合所述花瓣第一液体和花瓣第二液体,得到第二处理液;
步骤四、将海藻酸钠、羟甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺和去离子水按照质量比3:3:2:2:120的比例混合,搅拌均匀,得到第三处理液;
步骤五、将步骤二中得到的第一处理液、步骤三中得到的第二处理液、步骤四中得到的第三处理液按照质量比为10:1:5的比例混合,搅拌均匀,得到最终处理液;
步骤六、将步骤五中得到的最终处理液投入浸轧装置中,并向其中加入脱氧酶和碳纳米颗粒,其中,脱氧酶和碳纳米颗粒的加入量均为最终处理液质量的1%,搅拌均匀,加热至45℃后保持恒温,将步骤一得到的坯布放入其中浸轧,在浸轧的同时,使用超声振荡器保持溶液处于震荡状态,30min之后,将坯布取出,在40℃恒温环境中自然晾干,即得到所述弹力毛圈针织物;
其中,所述步骤六中的浸轧装置,包括:
浸轧箱,其为封闭的内中空的箱体,所述浸轧箱的箱壁为由内壁和外壁组成的双层中空结构,所述浸轧箱的外壁上设置有用于对所述浸轧箱的箱壁内部抽真空的真空泵;

坯布导向轮,其为设置于所述浸轧箱内部的用于支撑和引导坯布的多个转轮,所述坯布导向轮在所述浸轧箱内部上下交错分布;
一对挤压辊轮,其位于所述浸轧箱内,靠近所述坯布出口;
一对环状加热管,其分别设置于所述浸轧箱内部且分别靠近所述浸轧箱相对立的两面侧壁;
一对涡轮叶片,其分别设置于所述环状加热管和与所述环状加热管靠近的所述浸轧箱壁之间,所述涡轮叶片均朝向所述环状加热管;
4个超声振荡器,其分别两两对应设置于所述浸轧箱的顶部和底部。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述坯布导向轮的表面均设置有光滑涂层。
3.如权利要求1所述的弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸轧箱内部两边的所述环状加热管和所述涡轮叶片在竖直方向上错开设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸轧箱的外壁上设置有温度显示表。
5.如权利要求1所述的弹力毛圈针织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述超声振荡器的底部设置有用于带动其多角度摆动的旋转支架。
