本发明涉及携门架表面处理技术领域,具体属于一种携门架表面处理剂,所述的携门架表面处理剂由氟化氢铵、重铬酸钾、氧化铬、磷酸钠、浓硫酸、硼酸、水按照重量比4~4.5:40~60:20~26:2~2.5:70~90:0.4~0.6:900~1200组成。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,处理剂由氟化氢铵、重铬酸钾、氧化铬、磷酸钠、浓硫酸、硼酸、水组成,只需要将加工完毕的携门架浸渍在处理剂一定时间即可完成处理,操作简单,使用方便,同时处理剂原料来源简单、易得,配制成本低,适合推广。

本发明涉及携门架表面处理技术领域,具体属于一种携门架表面处理剂。
背景技术
目前,现有的电动双开塞拉门的携门架包括连接板一、连接板二以及方管臂,该方管臂采用两个方管焊接而成,因此其工艺复杂,成本高,同时效率低下,而且采用焊接,其焊缝有气孔,融合差,因此方管臂的强度不高,结构性能差。在车门关闭时,车门容易发生偏移,导致车门关闭不严或者关闭错门,因此其密封、隔音效果差。同时其关闭不严、关闭错门,存在安全隐患,易造成安全事故。
其中,焊接引起的焊缝区组织和性能的变化,会导致残余应力以及由此而导致的应力腐蚀裂纹,同时焊接位置和其他位置后续均需要进行打磨,打磨后需要进行表面处理,从而保证其防腐、防锈能力;但是现有的金属表面处理工序比较繁琐,耗时耗力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种携门架表面处理剂,克服了现有技术的不足,处理剂由氟化氢铵、重铬酸钾、氧化铬、磷酸钠、浓硫酸、硼酸、水组成,只需要将加工完毕的携门架浸渍在处理剂一定时间即可完成处理,操作简单,使用方便,同时处理剂原料来源简单、易得,配制成本低,适合推广。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种携门架表面处理剂,所述的携门架表面处理剂由氟化氢铵、重铬酸钾、氧化铬、磷酸钠、浓硫酸、硼酸、水按照重量比4~4.5:40~60:20~26 :2~2.5:70~90:0.4~0.6:900~1200组成。
进一步,所述的携门架表面处理剂由氟化氢铵、重铬酸钾、氧化铬、磷酸钠、浓硫酸、硼酸、水按照重量比4.2:50:22:2.2:80:0.5:1000组成;。
进一步,所述的携门架表面处理剂由氟化氢铵、重铬酸钾、氧化铬、磷酸钠、浓硫酸、硼酸、水按照重量比4:40:20 :2:70:0.4:1200组成。
进一步,所述的携门架表面处理剂由氟化氢铵、重铬酸钾、氧化铬、磷酸钠、浓硫酸、硼酸、水按照重量比4.5:60:26 :2.5:90:0.6:900组成。
