本发明公开一种用于注塑件的烫金膜,由烫金基膜层、脱离层、色层、镀铝层、胶粘层制成,所述脱离层由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基三氯硅烷40‑45份、二苯基二氯硅烷20‑25份、乙二胺基丙磺酸钠6‑8份、癸二酸二钾盐1‑4份、癸二酸二辛酯5‑8份、亚乙基二油酰胺9‑13份、辛癸酸甘油酯1‑2份,所述胶粘层由以下重量份的组分制成:热塑性树脂37‑44份、丙烯磺酸钠0.4‑0.6份、二丁硫脲1‑3份、六甲基二硅氮烷3‑5份。本发明提供的一种用于注塑件的烫金膜,其有效的改善了现有烫金膜中脱离层的脱离效果不显著和胶粘层会影响产品的美观性的问题,其在注塑件如一些热水器的安装盖的表面能稳定的存在,不会轻易脱落,可赋予产品以闪亮的外观,提升了产品的品质。

一种用于注塑件的烫金膜
技术领域
本发明属于注塑件烫金领域,具体涉及一种用于注塑件的烫金膜。
背景技术
所谓烫金就是借助一定的压力和温度,运用装在烫印机上的模版,使印刷品、烫金膜和烫印版在短时间内合压,将烫金膜上的电化铝箔或彩色颜料箔按烫印模版的图文要求转印到被烫材料表面的加工工艺。其从工艺上可分为先烫后印和先印后烫。先烫后印就是在空白的承印物上先烫印上电化铝箔层,再在铝箔层表面印刷图文,多用于需大面积烫印的包装印刷品。而先印后烫则是在已印好的印刷品上,在需要烫印的部位烫印上需要的图案,这是目前被广泛应用的一种工艺。从烫金的方式上,其又可分为热烫金技术和冷烫金技术。热烫金技术就是上面提到的需要一定温度和压力才能完成电化铝箔转移的烫金工艺。冷烫金技术是通过将 UV 胶粘剂涂布在印刷品需要烫金的部位,将电化铝箔经一定的压力转移到包装印刷品表面的工艺。这两种方法各有特点,满足不同产品的要求。随着烫金技术的发展和市场需求的多样化,研发并批量生产高品质的烫金基膜以满足烫金行业需求的必要性和迫切性日益突出。从基膜的角度来看,由于国内膜厂的设备条件、工艺水平和原料选择上的差异造成了市场上烫金基膜质量的良莠不齐,且绝大多数产品性能一般,烫金膜的脱离层性能较差,在烫金的过程中,烫金膜中的成分不能完全从基膜上脱离,胶粘层的会严重影响图案的美观性。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种用于注塑件的烫金膜。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种用于注塑件的烫金膜,由烫金基膜层、脱离层、色层、镀铝层、胶粘层制成,所述烫金基膜层为聚氨酯薄膜;
所述脱离层由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基三氯硅烷40-45份、二苯基二氯硅烷20-25份、乙二胺基丙磺酸钠6-8份、癸二酸二钾盐1-4份、癸二酸二辛酯5-8份、亚乙基二油酰胺9-13份、辛癸酸甘油酯1-2份;
所述色层为合成树脂和染料制成;
所述镀铝层采用真空连续镀铝机制成;
所述胶粘层由以下重量份的组分制成:热塑性树脂37-44份、丙烯磺酸钠0.4-0.6份、二丁硫脲1-3份、六甲基二硅氮烷3-5份。
具体地,所述乙二胺基丙磺酸钠的固含量55%,pH为11,在25℃时,其密度为1.24g/cm3
具体地,上述脱离层采用以下方法制成:将甲基三氯硅烷、二苯基二氯硅烷混合后,采用300r/min的转速持续搅拌15min,然后再向其中依次加入乙二胺基丙磺酸钠、癸二酸二钾盐、癸二酸二辛酯、亚乙基二油酰胺、辛癸酸甘油酯,加料间隔为3min,加料完成后,继续搅拌10min后,制得脱离层。
具体地,所述胶粘层中热塑性树脂为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酰胺、聚甲醛中的任意一种。
本发明提供的一种用于注塑件的烫金膜,其有效的改善了现有烫金膜中脱离层的脱离效果不显著和胶粘层会影响产品的美观性的问题,其在注塑件如一些热水器的安装盖的表面能稳定的存在,不会轻易脱落,可赋予产品以闪亮的外观,提升了产品的品质。其中,脱离层中的乙二胺基丙磺酸钠、癸二酸二钾盐协同作用后,可以使得色层、镀铝层和胶粘层能在高温环境中快速的从烫金基膜层上脱落,不会在基膜层上残留,提升了烫金工艺的稳定性和成品率;癸二酸二辛酯、亚乙基二油酰胺、辛癸酸甘油酯协同作用后,可有效的提升有机硅树脂在基膜层上涂布时的均匀性,加快有机硅树脂的干燥速度,并且可延长有机硅树脂的保质期,进而延长了烫金膜的保质期;胶粘层中的丙烯磺酸钠、二丁硫脲、六甲基二硅氮烷协同作用,可有效的提升热塑性树脂的透明度和分布的均匀性,使得其不会影响色层颜色的呈现,使得其对产品的美观性不会产生影响。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种用于注塑件的烫金膜,由烫金基膜层、脱离层、色层、镀铝层、胶粘层制成,所述烫金基膜层为聚氨酯薄膜;
所述脱离层由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基三氯硅烷40份、二苯基二氯硅烷20份、乙二胺基丙磺酸钠6份、癸二酸二钾盐1份、癸二酸二辛酯5份、亚乙基二油酰胺9份、辛癸酸甘油酯1份;
所述色层为合成树脂和染料制成;
所述镀铝层采用真空连续镀铝机制成;
所述胶粘层由以下重量份的组分制成:热塑性树脂37份、丙烯磺酸钠0.4份、二丁硫脲1份、六甲基二硅氮烷3份。
具体地,所述乙二胺基丙磺酸钠的固含量55%,pH为11,在25℃时,其密度为1.24g/cm3
具体地,上述脱离层采用以下方法制成:将甲基三氯硅烷、二苯基二氯硅烷混合后,采用300r/min的转速持续搅拌15min,然后再向其中依次加入乙二胺基丙磺酸钠、癸二酸二钾盐、癸二酸二辛酯、亚乙基二油酰胺、辛癸酸甘油酯,加料间隔为3min,加料完成后,继续搅拌10min后,制得脱离层。

所述脱离层由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基三氯硅烷43份、二苯基二氯硅烷23份、乙二胺基丙磺酸钠7份、癸二酸二钾盐2份、癸二酸二辛酯7份、亚乙基二油酰胺11份、辛癸酸甘油酯1份;
所述色层为合成树脂和染料制成;
所述镀铝层采用真空连续镀铝机制成;
所述胶粘层由以下重量份的组分制成:热塑性树脂40份、丙烯磺酸钠0.5份、二丁硫脲2份、六甲基二硅氮烷4份。
具体地,所述乙二胺基丙磺酸钠的固含量55%,pH为11,在25℃时,其密度为1.24g/cm3

所述色层为合成树脂和染料制成;
所述镀铝层采用真空连续镀铝机制成;
所述胶粘层由以下重量份的组分制成:热塑性树脂44份、丙烯磺酸钠0.6份、二丁硫脲3份、六甲基二硅氮烷5份。
具体地,所述乙二胺基丙磺酸钠的固含量55%,pH为11,在25℃时,其密度为1.24g/cm3
具体地,上述脱离层采用以下方法制成:将甲基三氯硅烷、二苯基二氯硅烷混合后,采用300r/min的转速持续搅拌15min,然后再向其中依次加入乙二胺基丙磺酸钠、癸二酸二钾盐、癸二酸二辛酯、亚乙基二油酰胺、辛癸酸甘油酯,加料间隔为3min,加料完成后,继续搅拌10min后,制得脱离层。

经试验检测,采用本发明提供的方法在塑料热水器安装盖上面烫金,烫金后的热水器安装盖表面颜色鲜艳,高贵典雅,极大地提升了产品的品质,并且烫金基膜层上,无色层、镀铝层、胶粘层的残留。

1.一种用于注塑件的烫金膜,由烫金基膜层、脱离层、色层、镀铝层、胶粘层制成,其特征在于,所述脱离层由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基三氯硅烷40-45份、二苯基二氯硅烷20-25份、乙二胺基丙磺酸钠6-8份、癸二酸二钾盐1-4份、癸二酸二辛酯5-8份、亚乙基二油酰胺9-13份、辛癸酸甘油酯1-2份,所述胶粘层由以下重量份的组分制成:热塑性树脂37-44份、丙烯磺酸钠0.4-0.6份、二丁硫脲1-3份、六甲基二硅氮烷3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于注塑件的烫金膜,其特征在于,所述乙二胺基丙磺酸钠的固含量55%,pH为11,在25℃时,其密度为1.24g/cm3
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于注塑件的烫金膜,其特征在于,上述脱离层采用以下方法制成:将甲基三氯硅烷、二苯基二氯硅烷混合后,采用300r/min的转速持续搅拌15min,然后再向其中依次加入乙二胺基丙磺酸钠、癸二酸二钾盐、癸二酸二辛酯、亚乙基二油酰胺、辛癸酸甘油酯,加料间隔为3min,加料完成后,继续搅拌10min后,制得脱离层。
