Abstract
The invention discloses a honeycomb panel composite structure, which comprises: the honeycomb panel, angle bar and connecting piece, wherein, the connecting piece is used for connecting honeycomb panel and angle bar, and honeycomb panel includes metal skin and honeycomb core, and metal skin and connecting piece interlock. According to the invention, the metal skin is arranged at the honeycomb panel, and the problem of connection between the honeycomb panel and the connecting piece is solved by utilizing the good ductility of the metal skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a honeycomb panel composite structure.
Background
The right-angle splicing of the modern plates can realize quick connection through self-tapping nails or self-plugging rivets and the like. The self-tapping screw is a fastener with arrow-shaped top and screw thread on the main rod, and the locking effect is achieved mainly through the mechanical contact between the screw thread and the connected piece. However, due to the hollow honeycomb structure and poor extrusion resistance of the fiber reinforced composite skin resin, the biting force of the composite skin and the self-tapping screw threads is not ideal, so that the composite honeycomb plate cannot be connected in a self-tapping screw mode, a self-plugging rivet mode and the like for a long time.
The traditional honeycomb plates made of composite materials are connected by locally filling glue into the honeycomb or embedding metal inserts in the honeycomb, so that the extrusion area of the bolts is increased to achieve the effect of increasing the extrusion strength. But the bolts are very high in position precision of hole making and vortex-breaking quality, and the installation cost between the plates is relatively high, so that the large-area use of the composite honeycomb plate in the civil direction is restricted.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention is realized by the following technical scheme: comprising the following steps: the honeycomb panel, angle bar and connecting piece, wherein, the connecting piece is used for connecting honeycomb panel and angle bar, and honeycomb panel includes metal skin and honeycomb core, and metal skin and connecting piece interlock.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the honeycomb panel further comprises: the honeycomb core comprises a first skin and a second skin, wherein the first skin and the second skin are respectively arranged on two sides of the honeycomb core, and the metal skin is arranged at one or more of the following positions: between the first skin and the honeycomb core, between the honeycomb core and the second skin, outside the first skin, and outside the second skin.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the first skin is 2mm or more.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the outer side of the first skin is provided with a wood skin, a bamboo skin or a plastic skin.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the metal skin is more than 0.2 mm.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the connecting piece sequentially passes through the angle material, the first skin and the metal skin and is buried in the honeycomb core, or the connecting piece sequentially passes through the angle material, the second skin and the metal skin and is buried in the honeycomb core.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment includes: angle bar 1 and self-tapping screw 2, wherein, self-tapping screw 2 is used for connecting honeycomb panel and angle bar 1, and honeycomb panel includes: the honeycomb panel comprises a first skin 3, a honeycomb core 4, a second skin 5 and a metal skin 6, wherein the first skin 3 and the second skin 5 are respectively bonded on two sides of the honeycomb core 4, the metal skin 6 is bonded between the first skin 3 and the honeycomb core 4, and the self-tapping screw 2 sequentially penetrates through the first skin 3, the metal skin 6, the honeycomb core 4 and the second skin 5 and then is connected with the angle bar 1.
The thickness of the metal skin 6 is 0.2mm or more.
The thickness of the first skin 3 is more than 2mm, or a soft skin such as a wood skin, a bamboo skin or a plastic skin is arranged on the outer side of the first skin 3. The soft surface skin facilitates the automatic penetration of the head of the tapping screw 2.
The angle material 1 is adhered with the honeycomb plate.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, this embodiment is the same as embodiment 1, except that the honeycomb core 4 includes a plurality of layers of sub-cells 7, and a metal skin 6 is bonded between the layers of sub-cells 7. The tapping screw 2 passes through the first skin 3, the metal skin 6, the sub-cells 7 of each layer, and the metal skin 6 and the second skin 5 disposed between the sub-cells 7 of each layer in this order, and then is connected to the angle bar 1.
The angle material 1 is adhered with the honeycomb plate.

The angle bar 1 is a section bar with two mutually perpendicular sides forming a right angle, one side of the angle bar 1 is connected with the honeycomb plate, and the other side is connected with other structures or other devices.

As shown in fig. 4, unlike embodiment 3, the metal skin 6 is adhered to the outer side of the first skin 3 or the second skin 5, in this embodiment, adhered to the outer side of the second skin 5, and the tapping screw 2 sequentially passes through the angle member 1, the metal skin 6 and the second skin 5, and is buried in the honeycomb core 4. The honeycomb panel comprises: a first skin 3, a honeycomb core 4, a second skin 5 and a metal skin 6, wherein the first skin 3 and the second skin 5 are respectively adhered to two sides of the honeycomb core 4, and the metal skin 6 is arranged at one or more of the following positions: between the first skin 3 and the honeycomb core 4, between the honeycomb core 4 and the second skin 5, outside the first skin 3 or outside the second skin 5.
In the present embodiment, the metal skin 6 is adhered between the first skin 3 and the honeycomb core 4 or between the second skin 5 and the honeycomb core 4. The right-angle inner side edge is formed by sequentially penetrating through one side of a first angle material 11, a second skin 5 and a metal skin 6, and is buried in the honeycomb core 4, the right-angle outer side edge is formed by sequentially penetrating through one side of a second angle material 12, the first skin 3 and the metal skin 6, and is buried in the honeycomb core 4, or the self-tapping screw 2 sequentially penetrating through one side of the second angle material 12 and the first skin 3, and is buried in the honeycomb core 4.
In practice, the metal skin 6 may also be glued to the outside of the first skin 3 and/or the second skin 5, the inside of the angle bar 1.
In the embodiment, the two honeycomb plates are arranged at right angles, and the vertical connection of the honeycomb plates can be ensured to have good bending rigidity by using the connection angle material 1 at the inside and outside. Meanwhile, in order to increase the connection strength, the angle bar 1 and the honeycomb panel are bonded.
Example 6
As shown in fig. 6, this embodiment is the same as embodiment 5, but the self-tapping screw 2 is partially glued or partially adhered with a bamboo glue block, a wood block or a foam block 8. In this way, the biting force of the tapping screw 2 and the honeycomb panel can be increased, and the partial delamination between the honeycomb core 4 and the metal skin 6 can be prevented.

A honeycomb panel composite structure comprising: honeycomb panel, angle and connecting piece, wherein, the connecting piece is used for connecting honeycomb panel and angle, and honeycomb panel includes: the honeycomb structure comprises a metal skin, a honeycomb core, a first skin and a second skin, wherein the metal skin is meshed with a connecting piece, and the first skin and the second skin are respectively arranged on two sides of the honeycomb core;
the metal skin is arranged between the first skin and the honeycomb core, the connecting piece sequentially passes through the first skin, the metal skin, the honeycomb core and the second skin and then is connected with the angle material, or the connecting piece sequentially passes through the angle material, the first skin and the metal skin and is buried in the honeycomb core;
or the metal skin is arranged between the honeycomb core and the second skin, and the connecting piece sequentially passes through the angle material, the second skin and the metal skin and is buried in the honeycomb core;
or the metal skin is arranged on the outer side of the first skin, and the connecting piece sequentially penetrates through the angle bar, the metal skin and the first skin and is buried in the honeycomb core;
or the metal skin is arranged on the outer side of the second skin, and the connecting piece sequentially penetrates through the angle bar, the metal skin and the second skin and is buried in the honeycomb core;
the honeycomb core comprises a plurality of layers of sub-honeycombs, and a metal skin is arranged between the layers of sub-honeycombs; and the occlusal part of the connecting piece is locally filled with glue or is locally embedded with an adhesive block.
2. The honeycomb panel composite structure of claim 1, wherein the outer side of the first skin is provided with a wood skin, a bamboo skin, or a plastic skin.
3. The honeycomb panel composite structure of claim 1 wherein the corner members are cross-sectional materials having two sides perpendicular to each other at right angles, one side of the corner members being connected to the honeycomb panel and the other side being connected to other structures.

A honeycomb panel composite structure according to claim 3, wherein the other structure is another honeycomb panel, the angle members are a first angle member and a second angle member, the two honeycomb panels are disposed at right angles to each other, the first angle member is connected to right-angle inner sides of the two honeycomb panels through two connecting members, respectively, and the second angle member is connected to right-angle outer sides of the two honeycomb panels through two connecting members, respectively.
5. The honeycomb panel composite structure of claim 1, wherein the bonding block is a bamboo plywood block, a wood block or a foam block.
6. The honeycomb panel composite structure of claim 1 wherein the metal skin is disposed in an adhesive manner.
7. The honeycomb panel composite structure of claim 1, wherein the angle members are bonded to the honeycomb panel.
8. The honeycomb panel composite structure of claim 1 wherein the connector is a self-tapping screw.
