Description

Device and method for repairing soil VOCs pollution
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of environmental protection, in particular to a device and a method for repairing soil VOCs pollution.
Background
Various industrial activities, including chemical production, mechanical manufacturing, metal smelting, etc., cause a large amount of contaminants to be dispersed into various environmental media. Among them, pollution of human activities to soil is the most difficult problem to solve due to its concealment and long-term nature. The western countries begin to engage in repair work on contaminated sites from the 70 s and large amounts of funds are put into large and small repair projects. In the united states, annual invested repair funds are between $100 billion and $200 billion; as such, an estimate of the united states environmental protection agency 2004 indicates that there are still nearly 30 tens of thousands of contaminated sites in the united states that require remediation, with capital costs in excess of several billion dollars.
With the rapid development of the economy in China, the number of automobiles is rapidly increased, and the number of gas stations and underground oil storage tanks is increased. According to the existing monitoring results, the pollution degree of China is far greater than that of western countries. There are estimates that hundreds of thousands of billions of repair funds are needed to completely repair the various sites that are currently contaminated. Because of the leakage of oil pipelines and oil storage tanks, the emission of oily sewage, floor oil, pesticides and the like, a large amount of oil pollutants enter the soil, and the pollution of petroleum and chemical industry to the soil, especially a large amount of volatile organic matters in the soil, damages the ecological system of the soil, threatens the underground water and seriously endangers human health. Volatile organic compounds as a special type of soil pollutant have different pollution characteristics from other pollutants and are classified as potentially dangerous and preferential controlled pollutants in the environment due to the complexity and hazard of the components. Therefore, how to reasonably and effectively treat and repair volatile organic contaminated soil has become a problem to be solved.
At present, the domestic volatile organic compound pollution sites have wide areas, different pollution levels and complex pollutant components, and severely limit the urban development and capacity expansion. Aiming at the soil polluted by industrial volatile organic compounds (Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs), the existing repair technology mainly comprises vapor extraction, thermal desorption, cement pit burning, landfill and the like. However, the vapor extraction technology has long operation time and cannot meet the requirement of industrial pollution sites in cities for development; the thermal desorption cost is high, and the method can not be used for treating large batches of polluted soil; the incineration and landfill technology has the advantages of high secondary pollution risk, high cost and limited treatment capacity. Therefore, it is difficult for the conventional soil remediation technology to meet the increasingly changing market demands.
In view of this, the present invention has been made.

After the oxidant is injected, the polluted soil is heated by an in-situ thermal desorption technology to promote the volatilization and overflow of organic matters, the aim is to heat the soil in a high-temperature steam injection mode, and the method is suitable for the high-permeability soil. The organic compound in the soil can be volatilized and cracked, after the pollutant is converted into a gaseous state, the fluidity of the pollutant is greatly improved, the volatilized gaseous product is mixed with the oxidant in the injection well and subjected to oxidation reaction, and finally the volatilized gaseous product is volatilized into the air or is combined into the soil in the form of carbon dioxide and water. The process has the advantages that only a small amount of perforating and boring work is needed, more than 95% of pollutants are degraded in situ, the pollutant migration risk is eliminated, and the load of a ground disposal system is minimized. The pollutants which can be used for treatment by the in-situ thermal desorption technology are mainly chlorine-containing organic matters, semi-volatile organic matters, petroleum hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls, pesticides and the like. At present, the thermal desorption technology is widely applied to petrochemical plants, underground oil reservoirs, timber processing plants, pesticide stores and other areas and repair and treatment work of some pollutant sources.
