Abstract

吸痰管一般采用聚氯乙烯树脂制成,该材料为疏水性材料,使用时会产生较大的摩擦阻力,容易造成血管、腔道组织损伤并引起其他的炎症。由于本身材料的特性,使得采用聚氯乙烯材料制成的吸痰管,其有缺陷是必然的。本发明专利提供一种带亲水涂层的吸痰管的实现方法,其包括装载、清洗和烘干、底涂、表涂,固化等步骤,亲水涂层溶液浓度不大于5%。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种亲水涂层吸痰管及其实现方法。
背景技术
吸痰管是临床上用来治疗年老体弱、危重、昏迷、麻醉未清醒等各种原因引起的不能有效咳痰的患者,或抢救因呼吸道痰液堵塞的病人,及窒息、吸入羊水的患者时使用到的一种辅助医疗器械。它利用负压原理,可以吸出呼吸道痰液,改善肺泡的通气和换气功能。使用时,由护理人员手持吸痰管,将吸痰管的病人端经口或气管切开造口处插入病人气道,利用真空负压机吸引出痰液。
人类的气道在自然情况下呈收缩状态,气道直径小。吸痰管插入过程中会对气道粘膜造成一定的损伤,严重时还会发生出血情况。
吸痰管一般采用聚氯乙烯树脂制成,该材料为疏水性材料,使用时会产生较大的摩擦阻力,容易造成血管、腔道组织损伤并引起其他的炎症。由于本身材料的特性,使得采用聚氯乙烯材料制成的吸痰管,其有缺陷是必然的。近十几年来,随着人们对医用高分子材料研究的越来越深入,对材料表面进行改性来提高其润滑性的做法越来越多的应用到高分子医用导管的研究上。
对于本发明中的发明主体吸痰管,目前对其表面的润滑主要是使用生理盐水、石蜡油等。研究表明,石蜡油具有一定的毒性,而生理盐水对管路的润滑作用有限,且二者均持续时间有限,不能长久保持吸痰管的润滑性。
因此,降低吸痰管表面摩擦力,改善其亲水性,以及将这种方法使用在吸痰管的实现上,是目前亟待解决的一个关键问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有产品中的缺陷,本发明提供一种带亲水涂层的吸痰管及其实现方法。
一种带亲水涂层的吸痰管的实现方法,其包括以下步骤:
装载、清洗和烘干。将导管放入预载版,并浸入清洗剂浸泡。清洗池流动循环过滤,所用清洗剂采用70%酒精,浸泡时间0.5-2分钟,烘干时间0.5-3分钟。
底涂。使用偶联剂浸渍吸痰管病人端管身0-1分钟,向管内吹气0-2分钟以防堵塞吸痰管的管路和端孔,然后固化。
所使用的偶联剂是氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、2-氨乙基-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、氨乙基-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、硫基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、双-[3-(三乙氧基硅基)-丙基]-四硫化物、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基-三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、甲基丙烯酞氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种。
表涂。使用亲水涂层溶液浸渍吸痰管病人端管身0-1分钟,向管内吹气0-2分钟以防堵塞吸痰管的管路和端孔,然后固化。
亲水涂层溶液的配置方法:将乙酸乙酯、N, N一二甲基甲酰胺和无水乙醇按照2:1:3的体积比进行混合形成混合液,将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、乙基纤维素按照一定的比例加入到混合液中,用磁力搅拌器进行搅拌,使其充分混合。亲水涂层溶液浓度不大于5%。
以及,一种带亲水涂层的吸痰管,其特征在于管身涂有所述亲水涂层溶液,并通过所述步骤制得。
具体实施方式
配置硅烷偶联剂溶液。实施例一:取少量3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷溶于甲醇与水的混合溶液中,用冰乙酸调节PH至10,静置24h,使其完全水解。实施例二:取少量N-(β一氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲(乙)氧基硅烷溶于甲醇与水的混合溶液中,用冰乙酸调节PH至10,静置24h,使其完全水解。
装载、清洗和烘干。将吸痰管放入预载版,并浸入清洗剂浸泡。清洗池流动循环过滤,所用清洗剂采用70%酒精,浸泡时间30s,烘干时间30s。
底涂。使用硅烷偶联剂溶液浸渍吸痰管病人端管身30s,向管内吹气30s以防堵塞吸痰管的管路和端孔,然后固化。
固化的具体实施例一:固化温度55-75℃,辅以微风,固化3-5分钟。实施例二:UV固化1-3分钟。
表涂。使用质量浓度为1%的亲水涂层溶液浸渍吸痰管病人端管身30s,向管内吹气30s以防堵塞吸痰管的管路和端孔,然后固化。
一种带亲水涂层的吸痰管,其特征在于管身涂有所述亲水涂层溶液,并通过上述步骤制得。

Claims (3)

1.一种带亲水涂层的吸痰管的实现方法,其包括以下步骤:
装载、清洗和烘干:将导管放入预载版,并浸入清洗剂浸泡;清洗池流动循环过滤,所用清洗剂采用70%酒精,浸泡时间0.5-2分钟,烘干时间0.5-3分钟;
底涂:使用氨乙基-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为偶联剂浸渍吸痰管病人端管身0-1分钟,向管内吹气0-2分钟以防堵塞吸痰管的管路和端孔,然后固化:固化温度55-75℃,辅以微风,固化3-5分钟;
表涂:使用浓度不大于5%的亲水涂层溶液浸渍吸痰管病人端管身0-1分钟,向管内吹气0-2分钟以防堵塞吸痰管的管路和端孔,然后固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述带亲水涂层的吸痰管的实现方法,其特征在于:亲水涂层溶液的配置方法:将乙酸乙酯、N, N一二甲基甲酰胺和无水乙醇按照2:1:3的体积比进行混合形成混合液,将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、乙基纤维素按照一定的比例加入到混合液中,用磁力搅拌器进行搅拌,使其充分混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带亲水涂层的吸痰管的实现方法制得的带亲水涂层的吸痰管,其特征在于:管身涂有所述亲水涂层溶液,并通过所述步骤制得。
