Abstract
本发明公开了一种隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺,以隐形眼镜润滑液的总质量为基准,其组份按重量比例分为:羟丙甲纤维素1.5mg/ml;薄荷脑0.03mg/ml;依地酸二钠0.5mg/ml;聚六亚甲基双胍0.0015mg/ml;丙二醇2mg/ml。本发明提供了一种隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺,完善了目前隐形眼镜的生产工艺,提高了隐形眼镜润的滑液效果,使用方便;另外本发明添加了薄荷脑,能够增加眼球的舒适程度,能够提高人们佩戴隐形眼镜时的舒适度。

技术领域
本发明涉及种隐形眼镜润滑液生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺。
背景技术
隐形眼镜是一种戴在眼球角膜上,用以矫正视力或保护眼睛的镜片,它包括硬性和软性两种,隐形眼镜不仅从外观上和方便性方面给近视、远视、散光等屈光不正患者带来了很大的改善,而且视野宽阔、视物逼真,此外在控制青少年近视、散光发展,治疗特殊的眼病等方面也发挥了特殊的功效,由于隐形眼镜是直接与眼球接触的,长时间佩戴会容易导致眼球干涩,这时使用隐形眼镜润滑液能够起到润滑和补水的作用,但是由于目前隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺存在问题,导致隐形眼镜润滑液效果不好,使用不便。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺,具有完善了隐形眼镜的生产工艺,提高了隐形眼镜润的滑液效果,使用方便的优点,解决了目前隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺存在问题,导致隐形眼镜润滑液效果不好,使用不便的问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺,以隐形眼镜润滑液的总质量为基准,其组份按重量比例分为:
羟丙甲纤维素 1.5mg/ml;
薄荷脑 0.03mg/ml;
依地酸二钠 0.5mg/ml;
聚六亚甲基双胍 0.0015mg/ml;
丙二醇 2mg/ml。
优选的,所述羟丙甲纤维素、薄荷脑、依地酸二钠、聚六亚甲基双胍和丙二醇的重量允差均可以在±20%。
优选的,该隐形眼镜润滑液的pH值:应为6.5-7.8,渗透压:应为260-340mOsm/kg·H2O,黏度:应为1-5mPa·s。
优选的,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将羟丙甲纤维素在80度热水中分散,再加入冷水冷却溶解;
B、依地酸二钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、氯化钠、氯化钾加入纯水中溶解;
C、将上述二个溶液混合均匀;
D、将薄荷脑加入丙二醇中溶解,溶解液加入上述料液中;
E、将聚六亚甲基双胍加入上述溶液中,搅拌均匀;
F、将料液经0.45μm和0.22μm聚醚砜除菌过滤器过滤,得到润滑液。
本发明提供了一种隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺,完善了目前隐形眼镜的生产工艺,提高了隐形眼镜润的滑液效果,使用方便;另外本发明添加了薄荷脑,能够增加眼球的舒适程度,能够提高人们佩戴隐形眼镜时的舒适度。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺,以隐形眼镜润滑液的总质量为基准,其组份按重量比例分为:
羟丙甲纤维素 1.5mg/ml;
薄荷脑 0.03mg/ml;
依地酸二钠 0.5mg/ml;
聚六亚甲基双胍 0.0015mg/ml;
丙二醇 2mg/ml;
磷酸氢二钠和磷酸二氢钠一水物为缓冲剂,羟丙甲纤维素和丙二醇为保湿剂,依地酸二钠为络合剂,聚六亚甲基双胍为消毒剂,氯化钠和氯化钾为等渗剂,薄荷脑为清凉剂。
本发明中,羟丙甲纤维素、薄荷脑、依地酸二钠、聚六亚甲基双胍和丙二醇的重量允差均可以在±20%,该隐形眼镜润滑液的pH值:应为6.5-7.8,渗透压:应为260-340mOsm/kg·H2O,黏度:应为1-5mPa·s;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将羟丙甲纤维素在80度热水中分散,再加入冷水冷却溶解;
B、依地酸二钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、氯化钠、氯化钾加入纯水中溶解;
C、将上述二个溶液混合均匀;
D、将薄荷脑加入丙二醇中溶解,溶解液加入上述料液中;
E、将聚六亚甲基双胍加入上述溶液中,搅拌均匀;
F、将料液经0.45μm和0.22μm聚醚砜除菌过滤器过滤,得到润滑液,本发明的生产环境应为一万级洁净生产区,所有与过滤后料液接触的器具均需灭菌,保持无菌和无菌操作状态。
本发明将过滤后的料液直接放入已灭菌的塑料瓶中,加塞、盖密封,物理外观:接触镜在润滑液中放大7倍~10倍肉眼观察,不应有影响正常使用的杂质及表面疵病:如斑点、残留杂物、或晶枝气泡,以及如表面的裂纹、破边等任何缺陷;边缘轮廓应与制造商设计的形状特征一致,周围形状均匀。
本发明中,完善了目前隐形眼镜的生产工艺,提高了隐形眼镜润的滑液效果,使用方便;另外本发明添加了薄荷脑,能够增加眼球的舒适程度,能够提高人们佩戴隐形眼镜时的舒适度。

1.一种隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺,其特征在于:以隐形眼镜润滑液的总质量为基准,其组份按重量比例分为:
羟丙甲纤维素 1.5mg/ml;
薄荷脑 0.03mg/ml;
依地酸二钠 0.5mg/ml;
聚六亚甲基双胍 0.0015mg/ml;
丙二醇 2mg/ml。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述羟丙甲纤维素、薄荷脑、依地酸二钠、聚六亚甲基双胍和丙二醇的重量允差均可以在±20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜润滑液的生产工艺,其特征在于:该隐形眼镜润滑液的pH值:应为6.5-7.8,渗透压:应为260-340mOsm/kg·H2O,黏度:应为1-5mPa·s。
