驼背检测智能文胸,在左挂钩连接片或右挂钩连接片上固定有一弹性压片,弹性压片贴压在人体的脊椎部位;在左拉片上固定有左压带,在右拉片上固定有右压带,左压带和右压带通过魔术贴扣合在一起,压电传感器的弹性压片的上部压在左压带和右压带的下面;压电传感器的压力信号输送给芯片,芯片由电池供电,芯片上电连接有无线发送模块,无线发送模块的信号发送给手机;文胸上固定有盒体,压电传感器、电池、芯片和无线发送模块固定在盒体中。它能及时检测人体的脊椎弯曲情况,提醒佩戴者调整体态和行为习惯,避免可以产生的驼背现象。

一种驼背检测智能文胸
技术领域:
本发明涉及文胸技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种具有防驼背功能的文胸。
背景技术:
女性比较注意自己的仪容,但日常生活习惯的不注意,比如坐立过程中弓背习惯,可能会导致“驼背”,如果能够及时发现,调整行为习惯,就能调整体态。如今,智能穿戴设备逐渐普及,比如苹果手表、谷歌眼镜以及各种心电监护的穿戴设备,因此,智能文胸在不久的将来,必将也会成为时代的主流。如果能在在胸罩上增加驼背检测装置,就能及时提醒佩戴者,调整行为习惯;目前市面上还没有这类的产品。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种驼背检测智能文胸,它能及时检测人体的脊椎弯曲情况,提醒佩戴者调整体态和行为习惯,避免可以产生的驼背现象。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
驼背检测智能文胸,包括具有左拉片、右拉片、左挂钩连接片和右挂钩连接片的文胸,在左挂钩连接片或右挂钩连接片上固定有一弹性压片,弹性压片贴压在人体的脊椎部位;在左拉片上固定有左压带,在右拉片上固定有右压带,左压带和右压带通过魔术贴扣合在一起,弹性压片的上部压在左压带和右压带的下面;
弹性压片为压电传感器,其形变时产生电信号,该电信号经电压信号处理模块进行信号处理后输送给芯片,芯片根据电压值获取弹性压片的形变程度;芯片由电池供电,芯片上电连接有无线发送模块,无线发送模块的信号发送给手机;
文胸上固定有盒体,压电传感器、电池、芯片和无线发送模块固定在盒体中。
所述弹性压片为弹性压电陶瓷片,弹性压片面对人体一面粘接固定有一层绒布。
所述左压带和右压带通过按扣或者挂钩扣合在一起。
优选地,盒体(10)与弹性压片(2)一体设置,盒体(10)与左压带(3)和右压带(4)中间可拆卸连接。
优选地,弹性压片(2)包括粘合剂和分散在该粘合剂中的压电陶瓷粉,且所述压电陶瓷粉在弹性压片中的质量百分比为80%~90%。
优选地,压电陶瓷粉采用Sr1.85Ca0.15Na0.6K0.4Nb5O15陶瓷粉。
优选地,粘合剂为聚乙烯醇。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它能及时检测人体的脊椎弯曲情况,提醒佩戴者调整体态和行为习惯,避免可以产生的驼背现象。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1至3所示,驼背检测智能文胸,包括具有左拉片1a、右拉片1b、左挂钩连接片1c和右挂钩连接片1d的文胸1,在左挂钩连接片1c或右挂钩连接片1d上固定有一弹性压片2,弹性压片2贴压在人体的脊椎部位;在左拉片1a上固定有左压带3,在右拉片1b上固定有右压带4,左压带3和右压带4通过魔术贴扣合在一起,弹性压片2的上部压在左压带3和右压带4的下面;
弹性压片2为压电传感器,其形变时产生电信号,该电信号经电压信号处理模块5进行信号处理后输送给芯片6,芯片6根据电压值获取弹性压片2的形变程度;芯片6由电池7供电,芯片6上电连接有无线发送模块8,无线发送模块8的信号发送给手机9;
文胸1上固定有盒体10,压电传感器5、电池7、芯片6和无线发送模块8固定在盒体10中。
采用上述技术方案,当佩戴者在日常坐立或行走时,出现“驼背”现象时,脊椎的弯曲会引起贴压在脊椎弹性压片2产生形变,进而产生电信号,通过检测电信号就能判断形变程度,进而判断是否出现“驼背”现象,并发送信号到手机以提醒佩戴者,从而能够及时调整体态和行为习惯。
在一种优选实施方式中,盒体10与弹性压片2一体设置,盒体10与左压带3和右压带4中间可拆卸连接。采用该技术手段,弹性压片2与文胸之间具有可拆卸结构,不安装弹性压片时,可以作为普通文胸使用;而安装弹性压片能够作为智能文胸使用。
在一种优选实施方式中,所述弹性压片2为弹性压电陶瓷片,弹性压片2面对人体一面粘接固定有一层绒布21。
进一步的,弹性压片2包括粘合剂和分散在该粘合剂中的压电陶瓷粉,且所述压电陶瓷粉在弹性压片中的质量百分比为80%~90%。
现有技术中,压电陶瓷粉通常由Sr1.85Ca0.15NaNb5O15系列材料制备而成,但其压电性能一般,较小形变产生的电信号无法满足实际应用的需求。
为了解决上述技术问题,在本发明一种优选实施方式中,压电陶瓷粉采用Sr1.85Ca0.15Na0.6K0.4Nb5O15材料制备的陶瓷粉。通过K+取代Na+改变陶瓷晶格结构来提高铁电性能和压电性能,从而能够满足实际应用需求。
在本发明一种优选实施方式中,粘合剂为聚乙烯醇和环氧树脂。进一步的,本发明弹性压片2采用以下工艺制备:
(1)按Sr1.85Ca0.15Na0.7K0.3Nb5O15化学计量比制备Sr1.85Ca0.15Na0.6K0.4Nb5O15陶瓷粉;
(2)将环氧树脂加入浓度为8%的聚乙烯醇溶液(PVA),机械搅拌均匀,作为粘合剂,其中,环氧树脂为粘合剂重量的5%-15%;
(3)在搅拌均匀的粘合剂中加入Sr1.85Ca0.15Na0.6K0.4Nb5O15陶瓷粉,掺入的压电陶瓷粉在总重量(陶瓷粉和粘合剂)中的质量百分比为80%~90%,在研钵中混合均匀;
(4)将混合均匀的粉料置于磨具中压制成生坯;将生坯在研钵中磨碎成粉料,通过80-140目筛子过筛;得到一定颗粒大小的粉料,置于磨具中压制成弹性压片生坯;
(5)排胶:将弹性压片生坯置于马弗炉中进行煅烧排除生坯中的PVA;
(6)烧结:将排胶后的生坯置于高温烧结炉中进行烧结得到致密的陶瓷,烧结温度为1240~1340℃,烧结时间为6h。
(7)冷却至常温,得到弹性压片。

Claims (7)

1.一种驼背检测智能文胸,包括具有左拉片(1a)、右拉片(1b)、左挂钩连接片(1c)和右挂钩连接片(1d)的文胸(1),其特征在于:在左挂钩连接片(1c)或右挂钩连接片(1d)上固定有一弹性压片(2),弹性压片(2)贴压在人体的脊椎部位;在左拉片(1a)上固定有左压带(3),在右拉片(1b)上固定有右压带(4),左压带(3)和右压带(4)通过魔术贴扣合在一起,弹性压片(2)的上部压在左压带(3)和右压带(4)的下面;
弹性压片(2)为压电传感器,其形变时产生电信号,该电信号经电压信号处理模块(5)进行信号处理后输送给芯片(6),芯片(6)根据电压值获取弹性压片(2)的形变程度;芯片(6)由电池(7)供电,芯片(6)上电连接有无线发送模块(8),无线发送模块(8)的信号发送给手机(9);
文胸(1)上固定有盒体(10),压电传感器(5)、电池(7)、芯片(6)和无线发送模块(8)固定在盒体(10)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驼背检测智能文胸,其特征在于:弹性压片(2)为弹性压电陶瓷片,弹性压片(2)面对人体一面粘接固定有一层绒布(21)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的驼背检测智能文胸,其特征在于:左压带(3)和右压带(4)通过按扣或者挂钩扣合在一起。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的驼背检测智能文胸,其特征在于:盒体(10)与弹性压片(2)一体设置,盒体(10)与左压带(3)和右压带(4)中间可拆卸连接。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的驼背检测智能文胸,其特征在于:弹性压片(2)包括粘合剂和分散在该粘合剂中的压电陶瓷粉,且所述压电陶瓷粉在弹性压片中的质量百分比为80%~90%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的驼背检测智能文胸,其特征在于:压电陶瓷粉采用Sr1.85Ca0.15Na0.6K0.4Nb5O15陶瓷粉。
7.根据权利要求5所述的驼背检测智能文胸,其特征在于:粘合剂为聚乙烯醇和环氧树脂的混合物。
