一种用人工配合饲料使观赏斑鳜鱼间接着色的方法,采用下述配比制作方案:虾红素(2%)50g、鱼粉300g、玉米蛋白粉150g、面粉500g。其制作方法是取上述各原料均经粉碎过80目筛,按上述配比混合加工成0.8mm颗粒料,即为成品。本发明有益效果是,该配方饲料易配制,见效快,且在观赏斑鳜鱼养殖全过程中均易获得。通过本发明方法使观赏斑鳜鱼快速着色的结果表明,该间接方法是可以延伸到将药物或免疫增强剂等营养素人为地提供给只吃活鱼的斑鳜鱼等养殖鱼类上,使其养殖生产中的防治鱼病,改善养殖效果等进行应用本发明方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于养鱼技术领域,特别涉及一种用人工配合饲料使只吃活饵料鱼的观赏斑鳜鱼间接着色的方法。并延伸至用人工配合饲料使只吃活饵料鱼的斑鳜等鱼间接获得人为提供的各种营养素及药物等,达到着色,改善养殖效果和防治鱼病等目的。
背景技术
斑鳜(Siniperca scherzeri),又名石鳜、岩鳜、鳌花、花鲫子,属鲈形目、鲈亚目、鮨科、鳜亚科、鳜属,其内质细嫩,味道鲜美,无肌间刺,素有“淡水石斑”之美誉,深受国内及韩国、新加坡等地消费者欢迎,是我国重要淡水鱼出口创汇鱼类之一。斑鳜以活的鱼类为食,因此,斑鳜养殖生产中都采用活饵料鱼喂养,这使得在斑鳜养殖生产中要对斑鳜投喂药饵防治鱼病或投喂免疫增强剂等营养素产生了难度,从而使斑鳜鱼病大量暴发,损失很大。观赏斑鳜鱼是斑鳜的变异品种,它全身金黄色,我们将其作为观赏鱼来进行养殖生产。但是,这种观赏斑鳜鱼只有在吃到一段时间的活虾后才会变成全身金黄色,如果没有活虾投喂,一段时间后就退化成带黑班纹的普通斑鳜鱼而无观赏价值,而活虾在观赏斑鳜鱼的养殖全过程中很难不断供给。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用人工配合饲料使观赏斑鳜鱼间接着色的方法,并延伸至用人工配合饲料使只吃活饵料鱼的斑鳜等鱼类间接获得人为提供的药物或免疫增强剂等营养素来达到防治鱼病,改善养殖效果等目的。
一种用人工配合饲料使观赏斑鳜鱼间接着色的方法,采用下述配比制作方案:虾红素(2%)40—50g、鱼粉300—400g、玉米蛋白粉100—150g、面粉460—500g。其制作方法是采取上述各原料均经粉碎过80目筛,按上述配比混合加工成0.8mm颗粒料,即为成品。
本发明在使用时将上述成品饲料投喂饵料鱼(麦穗鱼和棒花鱼),在饵料鱼吃该饲料后30分钟左右时(即该饲料尚在饵料鱼肠道中时)将其投喂观赏斑鳜鱼即可。
本发明方法使观赏斑鳜鱼间接着色的试验于2016年12月17日开始,在辽宁省淡水水产研究院观赏鱼养殖基地进行。试验分试验组和对照组,两组放养的观赏斑鳜鱼初始体重均为7.5克/尾,且鱼体上黄色很少,有黑色斑纹,无观赏价值。试验各组均放25尾鱼,分别饲养于水体为0.18米3的PP水池中,试验组投喂用本发明中的配方饲料喂养的饵料鱼(麦穗鱼和棒花鱼),对照组投喂用市售商品鲤鱼饲料喂养的饵料鱼(麦穗鱼和棒花鱼),经25天饲养,试验组鱼的体色明显好于对照组鱼,试验组鱼全身均为亮丽的金黄色,且身上无黑色斑纹,具有观赏价值,而对照组鱼的体色与初始时相似,即身体上黄色很少,且有黑色斑纹,无观赏价值。经色差仪测定,试验组鱼的三刺激值分别为:红(X):46.83±8.71、绿(Y):48.12±8.65、蓝(Z):29.81±6.72;对照组鱼的三刺激值分别为,红(X):24.80±5.99、绿(Y):24.88±5.95、蓝(Z):18.55±4.66。试验组比对照组红色度高88.88%,绿色度高93.40%,蓝色度高60.70%。本发明方法增色效果非常快速,明显且简单易行,该试验结果通过了辽宁省海洋与渔业厅组织的专家现场验收。
本发明方法的试验结果表明,采用本发明方法也可以将各种药物或免疫增强剂等营养素快速足量地间接提供给只吃活鱼的斑鳜等鱼,因而本发明的保护范围不仅局限于本实施例的着色方面,凡是本领域普通技术人员通过本发明权利要求书及说明书的内容及其描述,能推导出可想而知,显而易见的变化,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明有益效果是,该配方饲料易配制,见效快,且在观赏斑鳜鱼养殖全过程中均易获得。通过本发明方法使观赏斑鳜鱼快速着色的结果表明,该间接方法是可以延伸到将药物或免疫增强剂等营养素人为地提供给只吃活鱼的斑鳜鱼等养殖鱼类上,使其养殖生产中的防治鱼病,改善养殖效果等进行应用本发明方法。

实施例一

1.一种用人工配合饲料使观赏斑鳜鱼间接着色的方法,其特征是采用下述配比制作方案:虾红素(2%)40—50g、鱼粉300—400g、玉米蛋白粉100—150g、面粉460—500g;其制作方法是采取上述各原料均经粉碎过80目筛,按上述配比混合加工成0.8mm颗粒料,即为成品。
