本发明提供了一种植物病害组合杀菌剂。尤其是以咪鲜胺锰盐与丙森锌为有效成分农药组合物,咪鲜胺锰盐为咪鲜胺-氯化锰,属咪唑类广谱性杀菌剂,通过抑制甾醇的生物合成而起作用,对子囊菌及半知菌引起的多种农作物病害有良好的防治效果,与咪鲜胺相比,该药的安全性高,不易产生药害适用于蘑菇褐腐病和褐斑病,芒果炭疽病,柑橘青霉病、绿霉病、炭疽病、蒂腐病,香蕉炭疽病、黄瓜炭疽病等;丙森锌是一种速效、残效期长、广谱的保护性杀菌剂,对蔬菜、烟草、啤酒花等作物的霜霉病以及番茄和马铃薯的早、晚疫病均有良好的保护作用。可防治白菜霜霉病、黄瓜霜霉病、番茄早晚疫病、芒果炭疽病,并且对白粉病、锈病和葡萄孢属病菌引起的病害也有一定的抑制作用,在推荐剂量下对作物安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物病害组合杀菌剂,尤其是以咪鲜胺锰盐与丙森锌为有效成分农药组合物,属于农药化工领域。
背景技术
在农业生产实际过程中,一种植物病害往往由几种病菌所致,单用一种药剂防治效果不可能取得最佳,且又易产生抗药性问题。克服的最经济有效的方法之一是不同的品种的有效成分进行复配。根据实际试验效果来判断该组合杀菌剂是增效、加和、还是拮抗。复配增效很好的配方,由于明显提高了综合防治效果,降低了农药使用量,从而大大的延缓了病害抗药性的产生,实现一药多防的目的。同时咪鲜胺锰盐与丙森锌分别含有植物生长的必须的锰、锌微量元素,施用后对改善植物生长非常有利。
发明内容

为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是由咪鲜胺锰盐、 70% 丙森锌可湿性粉剂、丙酮、吐温 80 、纯水等组成。
固体咪鲜胺锰盐与丙森锌按 1 1~5 的重量比,组合剂中咪鲜胺锰盐与丙森锌累积重量为 40%~70%
本发明具有增效显著,综合防治效果好,用药量小,成本低等优点,且施用后植物补锰又补锌。
具体实施方式
用丙酮和吐温 80 将咪鲜胺锰盐溶解后,和 70% 丙森锌可湿性粉剂按照咪鲜胺锰盐与丙森锌有效成分重量比分别为 1:1 1:1.5 1:2 1:2.5 1:3 一起加适量纯水配成母液。母液共配置 5 组,每组再配制为 0.0125 0.025 0.05 0.1 0.2 0.4 / ㎏浓度的药液。将黄瓜炭疽病菌接种在 PDA 培养基上, 25 ℃下培养 7 天备用。在无菌条件下,将供试菌种用 0.5 ㎝的打孔器打菌饼。根据剂量设计,将药液加入到熔化的培养基中摇匀,制成带药的培养基平板,培养基冷却后菌丝向下贴于平皿中央, 25 ℃下恒温培养。设空白对照(只喷清水加溶剂和表面活性剂,不施药剂)。待空白菌落长至 2/3 平皿时,用直尺测量菌落直径,十字交叉 2 次,取平均值,按下式计算相对抑菌率。
菌落直径(㎝) = 测量的菌落直径- 0.50
相对抑菌率 (%)=( 对照菌落直径-处理菌落直径 ) × 100/ 对照菌落直径
求出 EC50 EC90 、毒力回归方程、相关系数及共毒系数,以共毒系数值判断嘧菌酯和粉唑醇对黄瓜白粉病的联合毒力作用,共毒系数值在 80~120 左右为相加作用,明显小于 80 时为拮抗作用,明显大于 120 时为增效作用。
实施例:黄瓜炭疽病
咪鲜胺锰盐 20% ,丙森锌 30% ,加适量的助剂和填料制成 50% 可湿性粉剂。该配方按 0.4 / ㎏的浓度喷雾,防治效果为 66.26% 。对照药咪鲜胺锰盐用 0.4 / ㎏浓度使用,防效分别为 68.67% ,丙梦锌按 80 / ㎏的浓度喷施,防效为 50.60%

1.一种植物病害组合杀菌剂,其特征在于固体咪鲜胺锰盐与丙森锌的组合重量比为在1﹕1~5。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种植物病害组合杀菌剂,其特征在于组合剂中咪鲜胺锰盐和丙森锌累积的质量百分含量在40%-70%。
