Abstract

本发明公开了一种催芽、培育水稻秧苗的方法,其特征在于,包括选种、杀菌消毒,浸种液的制备,催芽,培育秧苗。在水稻浸种液中加入对乙酰氨基酚,制得无毒无害、能杀菌的浸种液,提供了水稻种子发芽所需要的营养,提高胚芽活性,促进水稻种子快速发芽,提高出苗率,提高种植效率。将泥炭土、煅烧高岭土、尿素、芝麻粕混合,得到用于培育水稻苗木的营养土,所得营养土的保温性能强,排水透气性能好,可以促进水稻种子的发芽、生根和生长,提高了水稻秧苗的成活率。

本发明涉及种植领域,具体涉及一种催芽、培育水稻秧苗的方法。
背景技术
随着社会进步、生活水平的提高,人们对食品需求已从量的追求向质的方面快速转移,消费者的消费观念趋于理性化。米是人们的主要粮食之一,其安全性普遍受到消费者的关注,越来越多的消费者在购买时比较注重关心食品是不是绿色、有机产品,然后才会关心所购食品的营养价值及价格。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种催芽、培育水稻秧苗的方法,依照该方法培育的水稻秧苗发芽率高、成活率高。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种催芽、培育水稻秧苗的方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
a. 选种、杀菌消毒:
将水稻种子在阳光下暴晒1-2d,用30-40℃的温水浸泡2-4h后,用盐水进行选种,除去不合格的种子,保证种子的发芽率;在咪酰胺水溶液中浸种2-4h消毒后,在石灰水中浸种2-3d,用清水漂洗2-3次;
b. 浸种液的制备:
将10-15份胡黄连、4-6份山楂叶、5-7份甘草混合,研磨粉碎,1:5-10加入蒸馏水,升温加热至100-110℃,提取、合并滤液,加入1-2份对乙酰氨基酚、4-6份丙氨酸、1-2份黄腐酸,搅拌均匀得浸种液,将a中所得水稻种子在浸种液中浸泡2-3d;
c. 催芽:
将b中所得种子均分成两份,一份放入催芽器中催芽;
另一份装入编织袋中,置于30-40℃的温水中浸种3-4h后,用薄膜将编织袋包裹严实,保温保湿催芽5-6h,再放入25-35℃的温水中浸泡5-10min,取出沥干后继续催芽5-6h,反复数次至水稻种子破胸露白;
d. 培育秧苗:
将70-80份泥炭土、20-25份尿素、10-15份芝麻粕、4-6份煅烧高岭土混合,研磨均匀,得到营养土;
在育苗床上先铺上一层营养土,将c中所得湿种子均匀分布、再铺上细沙层,培育秧苗,适期播种。
其中,步骤a中所述盐水浓度为3-5%,咪酰胺水溶液浓度为2-5%,石灰水浓度为1-2%。步骤b中所述提取为提取2-3次、每次1-2h。步骤d中所述营养土的用量为20-30kg/m2,细沙层为0.4-0.6cm。
本发明的反应机理及有益效果如下:
在水稻浸种液中加入对乙酰氨基酚,制得无毒无害、能杀菌的浸种液,提供了水稻种子发芽所需要的营养,提高胚芽活性,促进水稻种子快速发芽,提高出苗率,提高种植效率。
将泥炭土、煅烧高岭土、尿素、芝麻粕混合,得到用于培育水稻苗木的营养土,所得营养土的保温性能强,排水透气性能好,可以促进水稻种子的发芽、生根和生长,提高了水稻秧苗的成活率。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例
一种催芽、培育水稻秧苗的方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
a. 选种、杀菌消毒:
将水稻种子在阳光下暴晒1d,用30-40℃的温水浸泡4h后,用盐水进行选种,除去不合格的种子,保证种子的发芽率;在咪酰胺水溶液中浸种4h消毒后,在石灰水中浸种2d,用清水漂洗3次;
b. 浸种液的制备:
将10份胡黄连、4份山楂叶、5份甘草混合,研磨粉碎,1:10加入蒸馏水,升温加热至100-110℃,提取、合并滤液,加入1份对乙酰氨基酚、4份丙氨酸、1份黄腐酸,搅拌均匀得浸种液,将a中所得水稻种子在浸种液中浸泡2d;
c. 催芽:
将b中所得种子均分成两份,一份放入催芽器中催芽;
另一份装入编织袋中,置于30-40℃的温水中浸种4h后,用薄膜将编织袋包裹严实,保温保湿催芽6h,再放入25-35℃的温水中浸泡10min,取出沥干后继续催芽6h,反复数次至水稻种子破胸露白;
d. 培育秧苗:
将70份泥炭土、20份尿素、10份芝麻粕、4份煅烧高岭土混合,研磨均匀,得到营养土;
在育苗床上先铺上一层营养土,将c中所得湿种子均匀分布、再铺上细沙层,培育秧苗,适期播种。

1.一种催芽、培育水稻秧苗的方法,其特征在于:选种、杀菌消毒,浸种液的制备,催芽,培育秧苗。
2.一种催芽、培育水稻秧苗的方法,其特征在于:
a. 选种、杀菌消毒:
将水稻种子在阳光下暴晒1-2d,用30-40℃的温水浸泡2-4h后,用盐水进行选种,除去不合格的种子,保证种子的发芽率;在咪酰胺水溶液中浸种2-4h消毒后,在石灰水中浸种2-3d,用清水漂洗2-3次;
