Abstract

本发明公开了一种射频同轴连接器,包括插头和插座,定义插头外导体的两端分别为A端和B端,A端与插座外导体插接,A端外壁套接有簧套,簧套为中部设置有数条拱起簧片的套筒。本发明用簧套替换传统的凸起状冲包结构,增大了与插座外导体内侧面的接触面,连接更加可靠,拔插力强,信号传输更加稳定;同时簧套便于更换,节省了成本,增强了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种射频同轴连接器,属于电子元器件接插技术领域。
背景技术
射频同轴连接器可用于电路板于电路板,射频模块于射频模块,电路板于射频模块之间的互联,在电子通信行业,处于市场方面的考虑,小型化及成本低廉化显得尤其重要。现有的射频同轴连接器包括插头和插座,插头由外导体、绝缘体以及插针套装而成,插头外导体上设置有连接套,插座由外导体、绝缘体以及插孔套装而成,插座外导体上设置有与连接套匹配的连接座,如图1所示,插头外导体的一端设置成凸起状冲包结构的套管2,套管2上轴向均匀布置数个剖槽1,在连接时,插针插入插孔,套管2插入插座外导体,连接套与连接座紧固,凸起状冲包结构与插座外导体内侧面贴靠,由于凸起状冲包结构与插座外导体内侧面之间为点连接,多次拔插后,凸起状冲包结构会变得没有弹性,连接不是很稳定,并且没有拔插力,使用寿命不是很长。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种射频同轴连接器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
射频同轴连接器,包括插头和插座,定义插头外导体的两端分别为A端和B端,A端与插座外导体插接,A端外壁套接有簧套,簧套为中部设置有数条拱起簧片的套筒。
A端外壁上设置有环形凹槽,簧套套在环形凹槽内。
环形凹槽的深度与簧套的厚度一致。
拱起簧片为拱形结构。
拱起簧片的中部为一段平直结构。
B端外壁固定有环形档片,B端外壁套有环形安装片,环形安装片位于环形档片与簧套之间,环形档片和环形安装片之间的外导体上套有弹簧,弹簧的两端分别与环形档片和环形安装片固定,射频同轴连接器的连接套固定在环形安装片上。
本发明所达到的有益效果:1、本发明采用簧套替换传统的凸起状冲包结构,增大了与插座外导体内侧面的接触面,连接更加可靠,拔插力强,信号传输更加稳定;2、传统的凸起状冲包结构是直接由外导体的端部制造而成的,一旦损坏或没有弹性,需要整体更换,而采用簧套,即使没有弹性或损坏,只需单独更换簧套即可,节省了成本,增强了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图2和3所示,射频同轴连接器,包括插头4和插座3,定义插头4外导体的两端分别为A端和B端,A端与插座3外导体插接,插头4外导体和插座3外导体均采用锌合金,A端外壁套接有簧套5,簧套5的材料为铍青铜,簧套5为中部设置有数条拱起簧片11的套筒,所有拱起簧片11均沿轴向设置,簧套5上设置有轴向的槽,B端外壁固定有环形档片8,B端外壁套有环形安装片7,环形安装片7位于环形档片8与簧套5之间,环形档片8和环形安装片7之间的外导体上套有弹簧9,弹簧9的两端分别与环形档片8和环形安装片7固定,射频同轴连接器的连接套10固定在环形安装片7上。
簧套5的安装方式有多种,但是为了拆装方便,在A端外壁上设置环形凹槽6,环形凹槽6的深度与簧套5的厚度一致,簧套5套在环形凹槽6内,当簧套5没有弹性或损坏时,可沿槽掰开簧套5进行更换。为了进一步固定簧套5,可以在环形凹槽6底部设置凸起,同时在簧套5上设置与凸起匹配的凹坑,簧套5套在环形凹槽6内时,凸起嵌入凹坑。
拱起簧片11可以为拱形结构,但是为了进一步增大与插座3外导体内侧面的接触面,可以将拱起簧片11的中部设置为一段平直结构,该段平直结构与插座3外导体内侧面贴靠,拱起簧片11的两端为弧形结构。
上述射频同轴连接器采用簧套5替换传统的凸起状冲包结构,增大了与插座3外导体内侧面的接触面,连接更加可靠,拔插力强,信号传输更加稳定;同时簧套5便于更换,节省了成本,增强了使用寿命。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.射频同轴连接器,包括插头和插座,其特征在于:定义插头外导体的两端分别为A端和B端,A端与插座外导体插接,A端外壁套接有簧套,簧套为中部设置有数条拱起簧片的套筒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:A端外壁上设置有环形凹槽,簧套套在环形凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:环形凹槽的深度与簧套的厚度一致。
4.根据权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:拱起簧片为拱形结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:拱起簧片的中部为一段平直结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:B端外壁固定有环形档片,B端外壁套有环形安装片,环形安装片位于环形档片与簧套之间,环形档片和环形安装片之间的外导体上套有弹簧,弹簧的两端分别与环形档片和环形安装片固定,射频同轴连接器的连接套固定在环形安装片上。
