本发明公开了一种用于通信行业的复合光缆线,包括缆线保护皮,所述缆线保护皮内部开设有两个用于容纳光纤的光纤通孔,所述光纤通孔内壁均设有镀锌层,所述光纤由若干条玻璃纤维构成,所述若干条玻璃纤维的截面构成为菱形,所述光纤外周包覆有防干扰屏蔽层,所述镀锌层与防干扰屏蔽层之间填充有聚氯乙烯绝缘层,所述缆线保护皮的两个光纤通孔之间还设有用于容纳通信电缆的六边形通孔。本发明的用于通信行业的复合光缆线,光纤的若干玻璃纤维呈菱形排布,有利于光纤中激光的传导,且菱形排布的结构更加坚固,六边形通孔内壁的防水层设有螺纹,防止由于其较大的惯性导致位移,避免通讯电缆在震动中被拉断。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光缆,具体涉及一种复合光缆。
背景技术
目前,通用的光缆从内层到外层一般包括光纤、内护层和外护层,内护层和外护层对光纤起到保护作用,但是,在光缆的使用过程中,经常出现磨损过度,特别是海底光纤遭遇海地地震时,会导致渗水故障等情况并造成事故,光缆线在保证使用的前提下,其保护皮、内护层和外护层,由于其工作环境等原因提前老化,影响电缆的使用寿命,浪费资源,现有的光缆在使用过程中,还会经常收到同频或近频的信号的干扰,给信号传输带来不便。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种用于通信行业的复合光缆线,方便使用。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种用于通信行业的复合光缆线,包括缆线保护皮,所述缆线保护皮内部开设有两个用于容纳光纤的光纤通孔,所述光纤通孔内壁均设有镀锌层,所述光纤由若干条玻璃纤维构成,所述若干条玻璃纤维的截面构成为菱形,所述光纤外周包覆有防干扰屏蔽层,所述镀锌层与防干扰屏蔽层之间填充有聚氯乙烯绝缘层,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层内部设有蜂窝孔洞,所述缆线保护皮的两个光纤通孔之间还设有用于容纳通信电缆的六边形通孔,所述六边形通孔内壁设有防水层,所述防水层表面设有螺纹,所述六边形通孔内设有与其内壁轮廓相适配的通讯电缆,所述光纤通孔与六边形通孔的孔壁之间最近距离为1~4mm。
优选的,所述若干条通讯电缆之间超声波熔融固定。
优选的,所述光纤与通讯电缆均间隔套设有若干EMI吸收磁环。
优选的,所述缆线保护皮内部嵌有若干股钢绞线。
优选的,所述防干扰屏蔽层的目数为90~140目。
优选的,所述镀锌层厚度为0.1~0.4mm。
有益效果:本发明的用于通信行业的复合光缆线,光纤的若干玻璃纤维呈菱形排布,使得其相对于传统的圆柱形排布方式,厚度最大处明显减小,有利于光纤中激光的传导,且菱形排布的结构更加坚固,光纤较脆,当遇到海底地震光纤断掉时,六边形通孔内的通讯电缆仍然可以起到通信的作用,增强了复合光缆的可靠性,六边形通孔内壁的防水层设有螺纹,防止由于其较大的惯性导致位移,避免通讯电缆在震动中被拉断。

下面对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
如图1所示,本发明的一种用于通信行业的复合光缆线,包括缆线保护皮1,缆线保护皮1内部开设有两个用于容纳光纤2的光纤通孔3,光纤通孔3内壁均设有镀锌层,光纤2由若干条玻璃纤维4构成,若干条玻璃纤维4的截面构成为菱形,光纤2外周包覆有防干扰屏蔽层5,镀锌层与防干扰屏蔽层之间填充有聚氯乙烯绝缘层6,聚氯乙烯绝缘层6内部设有蜂窝孔洞7,缆线保护皮1的两个光纤通孔3之间还设有用于容纳通信电缆9的六边形通孔8,六边形通孔8内壁设有防水层,防水层表面设有螺纹,六边形通孔8内设有与其内壁轮廓相适配的通讯电缆9,光纤通孔3与六边形通孔8的孔壁之间最近距离为1~4mm,若干条通讯电缆9之间超声波熔融固定,固定效果好,光纤2与通讯电缆9均间隔套设有若干EMI吸收磁环,缆线保护皮1内部嵌有若干股钢绞线,增强缆线保护皮1的拉伸强度,防干扰屏蔽层5的目数为90~140目,镀锌层厚度为0.1~0.4mm。光纤2的若干玻璃纤维4呈菱形排布,使得其相对于传统的圆柱形排布方式,厚度最大处明显减小,有利于光纤2中激光的传导,且菱形排布的结构更加坚固,光纤2较脆,当遇到海底地震光纤断掉时,六边形通孔8内的通讯电缆9仍然可以起到通信的作用,增强了复合光缆的可靠性,六边形通孔8内壁的防水层设有螺纹,防止由于其较大的惯性导致位移,避免通讯电缆9在震动中被自身重量拉断。

1.一种用于通信行业的复合光缆线,其特征在于:包括缆线保护皮(1),所述缆线保护皮(1)内部开设有两个用于容纳光纤(2)的光纤通孔(3),所述光纤通孔(3)内壁均设有镀锌层,所述光纤(2)由若干条玻璃纤维(4)构成,所述若干条玻璃纤维(4)的截面构成为菱形,所述光纤(2)外周包覆有防干扰屏蔽层(5),所述镀锌层与防干扰屏蔽层之间填充有聚氯乙烯绝缘层(6),所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层(6)内部设有蜂窝孔洞(7),所述缆线保护皮(1)的两个光纤通孔(3)之间还设有用于容纳通信电缆(9)的六边形通孔(8),所述六边形通孔(8)内壁设有防水层,所述防水层表面设有螺纹,所述六边形通孔(8)内设有与其内壁轮廓相适配的通讯电缆(9),所述光纤通孔(3)与六边形通孔(8)的孔壁之间最近距离为1~4mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于通信行业的复合光缆线,其特征在于:所述若干条通讯电缆(9)之间超声波熔融固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于通信行业的复合光缆线,其特征在于:所述光纤(2)与通讯电缆(9)均间隔套设有若干EMI吸收磁环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于通信行业的复合光缆线,其特征在于:所述缆线保护皮(1)内部嵌有若干股钢绞线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于通信行业的复合光缆线,其特征在于:所述防干扰屏蔽层(5)的目数为90~140目。
