本发明涉及聚合物绝缘材料电树枝监测系统,包括:调压变压器、保护电阻、硅油介质、针电极、交联聚乙烯式样、地电极、载物台、摄像机和计算机,调压变压器输入端与220v交流电相连,调压变压器输出正极通过导线与保护电阻一端相连,保护电阻另一端通过导线与针电极相连,调压变压器输出负极分别与地线和交联聚乙烯式样的地电极相连,交联聚乙烯式样放置在装有硅油介质的玻璃试验器皿内,玻璃试验器皿放置在载物台上,玻璃试验器皿一侧设置有光源,与光源相对的玻璃试验器皿另一侧设置有摄像机,摄像机与计算机相连。本发明介质采用硅油介质具有良好的导电性能,本发明实现了对聚合物绝缘材料电树枝进行实时监测,避免了高分子材料的电裂纹现象。

本发明涉及一种监测系统,特别是聚合物绝缘材料电树枝监测系统。
背景技术
电树枝是发生在高分子材料中的电致裂纹现象,严重威胁了交联聚乙烯电缆的运行安全。所以说对聚合物绝缘材料电树枝的监测尤为重要,目前,还没有对聚合物绝缘材料电树枝的监测系统。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供聚合物绝缘材料电树枝监测系统。
聚合物绝缘材料电树枝监测系统,包括:调压变压器、保护电阻、硅油介质、针电极、交联聚乙烯式样、地电极、载物台、摄像机和计算机,
所述调压变压器输入端与220v交流电相连,调压变压器输出正极通过导线与保护电阻一端相连,保护电阻另一端通过导线与针电极相连,调压变压器输出负极分别与地线和交联聚乙烯式样的地电极相连,所述交联聚乙烯式样放置在装有硅油介质的玻璃试验器皿内,玻璃试验器皿放置在载物台上;
所述玻璃试验器皿一侧设置有光源,与光源相对的玻璃试验器皿另一侧设置有摄像机,摄像机与计算机相连。
进一步,所述调压变压器型号为TDGC2。
本发明有益效果为:
本发明介质采用硅油介质具有良好的导电性能,本发明实现了对聚合物绝缘材料电树枝进行实时监测,避免了高分子材料的电裂纹现象。

1.聚合物绝缘材料电树枝监测系统,包括:调压变压器(1)、保护电阻(2)、硅油介质(3)、针电极(4)、交联聚乙烯式样(5)、地电极(6)、载物台(7)、摄像机(8)和计算机(9),其特征在于,
所述调压变压器(1)输入端与220v交流电相连,调压变压器(1)输出正极通过导线与保护电阻(2)一端相连,保护电阻(2)另一端通过导线与针电极(4)相连,调压变压器(1)输出负极分别与地线和交联聚乙烯式样(5)的地电极(6)相连,所述交联聚乙烯式样(5)放置在装有硅油介质(3)的玻璃试验器皿内,玻璃试验器皿放置在载物台(7)上;
所述玻璃试验器皿一侧设置有光源,与光源相对的玻璃试验器皿另一侧设置有摄像机(8),摄像机(8)与计算机(9)相连。
