The instrument is mainly composed of four parts:
an agitator: the agitator motor power is about 400W and capacity is about 15L, so that a sufficient amount of fecal specimen can be fully and uniformly agitated. Stones in the digestive tract are released from fecal impurities.
Driving layer: the layer consists of two engines and a water valve switch. The two motors respectively control the stirring shaft 7 and the filtering sedimentation tank 15. The stirring shaft 7 is connected with the filtering sedimentation tank 15 through a connecting switch 9. After the stirring shaft 7 is operated for a fixed time, the connecting switch 9 and the switch 2 are automatically opened, so that the next precipitation and filtration process is performed.
And (3) filtering and settling the pond: the filter sedimentation tank 15 is composed of 4 small filter tanks. Each filter tank forms a filter channel through two uneven baffles. The water flow goes down and then goes up, suspended manure is filtered forward along with the continuous water flow, and finally, stones are removed and deposited at the baffle plate due to the high density of the stones. After being filtered by the filtering sedimentation tank 15, stones will be deposited at the bottom of the filtering sedimentation tank 15. At this time, the water quality is clear, after the sedimentation tank motor 11 is turned on, the filtering sedimentation tank 15 rotates along with the rotating shaft, the precipitated stones flow into the filter screen 17 along with the water flow, the stones are filtered off, and the stones are left on the filter screen 17.
The stone and the manure are separated by stirring (25 minutes) the stirrer 6 and the stirring shaft 7. The fecal residue in the filtering and settling tank 15 is filtered out along with water flow, and the stones are settled at the bottom of the tank due to high density. The stones are separated from the water by a sieve 17.
The using process comprises the following steps:
the cover plate 4 is opened, and the feces mixed with stones are poured into the stirring barrel 5.
The timing knob 23 is divided into 3 steps: 25min, 40min and 55min, and can be selected according to the amount of feces. Gear 40min is now selected for description. The timing knob 23 is turned on and the gear is adjusted to 40 min. The water injection switch 2 is opened through the water injection control switch 25, a water source is communicated, water is automatically fed, and water is automatically stopped at the 1/2 volume position of the stirrer. The stirrer switch 22 is turned on again, and stirring is performed for 20min under the action of the stirrer 6 and the stirring shaft 7. So that the feces and the stones are fully stirred and separated.
After 20min, a connection switch 9 between the stirring barrel 5 and the sedimentation filter tank 15 is opened, and the evenly stirred manure and stone sample reaches the filter sedimentation tank 15. At this time, the water injection switch 2 and the connection switch 9 are always on, the water flow continuously drives the suspended manure with smaller density to be filtered, and the suspended manure flows out from the water outlet 16 of the sedimentation tank until suspended impurities are all washed by the water flow, and the process lasts for approximately 15min. The stone specimen remains at the bottom of the filtering sedimentation tank 15 due to high density.
After the manure is washed by water flow, the sedimentation tank motor 11 starts to run, the sedimentation tank motor 11 is connected with the driving rotating shaft 12, the driving rotating shaft 12 is connected with the sedimentation tank rotating shaft 14 through the conveying chain 13, the sedimentation tank 15 is filtered by the sedimentation tank rotating shaft 14 and slowly overturns 360 degrees along with the rotating shaft, stones and water flow are poured onto the filter screen 17 together, the aperture of the filter screen 17 is only 0.074mm, the stones with the sizes can be reserved on the filter screen 17, water flows out from the inclined drainage plate 20, and is discharged through the drainage channel 18 and the drainage external connection pipe 19.
The flip door 21 is opened, the filter screen 17 is taken out, and after the air-dried sample is dried at normal temperature, the calculus sample is collected.
The fecal stone collector is also designed with a manually operable filter sedimentation tank rotary switch 24. And after the whole procedure is finished, if a calculus specimen is attached to the wall of the filtering sedimentation tank. The water inlet switch 2, the connecting switch 9 and the rotary switch 24 can be opened to continuously clean the filtering sedimentation tank.
