本发明公开了一种LED散热灯罩,包括罩体,罩体后端设有LED灯安装座,LED灯安装座内侧固定有散热片,罩体内壁上覆盖一层散热板,罩体上还均匀设置多个散热孔,且散热孔的孔径为3mm‑6mm,本发明结构设计新颖,制作成本低,设置的散热片能够增加散热面积;设置的散热板能够有效的吸收热量,传热效率高,且不易损坏,极大的延长了LED灯的使用寿命。

本发明涉及LED灯技术领域,具体为一种LED散热灯罩。
背景技术
LED即半导体发光二极管,是一种固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电转化为光。LED节能灯是用高亮度白色发光二极管发光源,光效高、耗电少,寿命长、易控制、免维护、安全环保;是新一代固体冷光源,光色柔和、艳丽、丰富多彩、低损耗、低能耗,绿色环保,适用家庭,商场,银行,医院,宾馆,饭店其他各种公共场所长时间照明。无闪直流电,对眼睛起到很好的保护作用,是台灯,手电的最佳选择;LED节能灯作为LED通用照明的一个品类,其名称源于传统照明球泡灯、节能灯。LED节能灯外形与传统节能灯类似,这样的外形能满足消费者传统审美观。LED节能灯的特点:成本低、光效高、发光面积大、无眩光、无重影。
LED在工作过程中会散发处大量热量,如不能及时散热,不但会烧毁LED芯片,而且容易因其火灾等安全隐患。常规的LED灯具是将LED芯片粘结在金属散热板上,利用金属优良的导热性能进行传热,但是其散热表面积不可能无限扩大,长时间使用后,堆积的热量仍然会烧毁LED芯片,酿成损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED散热灯罩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种LED散热灯罩,包括罩体,所述罩体后端设有LED灯安装座,所述LED灯安装座内侧固定有散热片,所述罩体内壁上覆盖一层散热板,所述罩体上还均匀设置多个散热孔,且所述散热孔的孔径为3mm-6mm。
优选的,所述散热片包括散热基座,所述散热基座采用环形结构,所述散热基座外边缘设置多个散热鳍片,且多个散热鳍片的长度一致,所述散热鳍片两侧面上均设有锯齿状的凸起部,所述散热鳍片的外端部的横截面为圆弧形。
优选的,所述散热板包括第一柔性石墨片和第二柔性石墨片,所述第一柔性石墨片的外壁涂覆一层导热胶黏层,所述第一柔性石墨片和第二柔性石墨片之间设置铝箔片,所述铝箔片与第二柔性石墨片之间设置第一金属编织层,所述第二柔性石墨片外侧设置第二金属编织层,所述第二金属编织层外侧设置一层离型膜。
优选的,所述第一金属编织层和第二金属编织层结构完全一致,由若干根经线与若干根纬线编织形成,此经线和纬线均由铜纤维丝和铝纤维丝相间排列组成。
优选的,所述散热板的厚度为5mm-10mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计新颖,制作成本低,设置的散热片散热效率好;其中,锯齿状的凸起部增加了散热鳍片的散热面积,进一步提高散热效率;设置的散热板能够有效的吸收热量,其中;采用两组金属编织层,能够均匀吸热和传到热量,防止局部温度过高;传热效率高,且不易损坏,极大的延长了LED灯的使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种LED散热灯罩,包括罩体1,所述罩体1后端设有LED灯安装座2,所述LED灯安装座2内侧固定有散热片3,所述罩体1内壁上覆盖一层散热板4,散热板4的厚度为5mm-10mm;所述罩体1上还均匀设置多个散热孔5,且所述散热孔5的孔径为3mm-6mm。
本发明中,散热片3包括散热基座6,所述散热基座6采用环形结构,所述散热基座6外边缘设置多个散热鳍片7,且多个散热鳍片7的长度一致,所述散热鳍片7两侧面上均设有锯齿状的凸起部8,所述散热鳍片7的外端部的横截面为圆弧形9。
本发明中,散热板4包括第一柔性石墨片10和第二柔性石墨片11,所述第一柔性石墨片10的外壁涂覆一层导热胶黏层12,所述第一柔性石墨片10和第二柔性石墨片11之间设置铝箔片13,所述铝箔片13与第二柔性石墨片11之间设置第一金属编织层14,所述第二柔性石墨片11外侧设置第二金属编织层15,所述第二金属编织层15外侧设置一层离型膜16;其中,石墨片是一种全新的导热散热材料,具有独特的晶粒取向,沿两个方向均匀导热,片层状结构可很好地适应任何表面。
本发明结构设计新颖,制作成本低,设置的散热片散热效率好;其中,锯齿状的凸起部增加了散热鳍片的散热面积,进一步提高散热效率;设置的散热板能够有效的吸收热量,其中;采用两组金属编织层,能够均匀吸热和传到热量,防止局部温度过高;传热效率高,且不易损坏,极大的延长了LED灯的使用寿命。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种LED散热灯罩,包括罩体(1),其特征在于:所述罩体(1)后端设有LED灯安装座(2),所述LED灯安装座(2)内侧固定有散热片(3),所述罩体(1)内壁上覆盖一层散热板(4),所述罩体(1)上还均匀设置多个散热孔(5),且所述散热孔(5)的孔径为3mm-6mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED散热灯罩,其特征在于:所述散热片(3)包括散热基座(6),所述散热基座(6)采用环形结构,所述散热基座(6)外边缘设置多个散热鳍片(7),且多个散热鳍片(7)的长度一致,所述散热鳍片(7)两侧面上均设有锯齿状的凸起部(8),所述散热鳍片(7)的外端部的横截面为圆弧形(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED散热灯罩,其特征在于:所述散热板(4)包括第一柔性石墨片(10)和第二柔性石墨片(11),所述第一柔性石墨片(10)的外壁涂覆一层导热胶黏层(12),所述第一柔性石墨片(10)和第二柔性石墨片(11)之间设置铝箔片(13),所述铝箔片(13)与第二柔性石墨片(11)之间设置第一金属编织层(14),所述第二柔性石墨片(11)外侧设置第二金属编织层(15),所述第二金属编织层(15)外侧设置一层离型膜(16)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED散热灯罩,其特征在于:所述第一金属编织层(14)和第二金属编织层(15)结构完全一致,由若干根经线(17)与若干根纬线(18)编织形成,此经线(17)和纬线(18)均由铜纤维丝和铝纤维丝相间排列组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED散热灯罩,其特征在于:所述散热板(4)的厚度为5mm-10mm。
