Abstract

本发明公开了一种盐碱地用地埋式大口径双壁改性HDPE波纹管,所述波纹管为双层结构,由外壁和内壁热熔粘合构成。外壁由高密度聚乙烯、聚丁二烯苯乙烯、氧化镁、甘油三软脂酸酯、烷基丁二酰亚胺、醋酸钠制备而成;内壁由高密度聚乙烯、改性剂、乙酸戊酯、铝酸酯偶联剂、苯乙烯制备而成。本发明的盐碱地用地埋式大口径双壁改性HDPE波纹管具有较强的耐盐碱性,长期埋在盐碱地下管体不易被腐蚀,长时间浸没在高盐碱度的土壤里可以保持较好的机械性能,管体强韧富有弹性;该波纹管具有较强的耐寒性,本发明的波纹管在‑40℃的环境下可以保持较好的弹性而不变脆,在极寒地区使用管体不易脆裂,便于施工,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种波纹管,更确切地说,是一种盐碱地用地埋式大口径双壁改性HDPE波纹管。
背景技术
盐碱地是盐类集积的一个种类,是指土壤里面所含的盐分影响到作物的正常生长,根据联合国教科文组织和粮农组织不完全统计,全世界盐碱地的面积为9.5438亿公顷,其中我国为9913万公顷。我国碱土和碱化土壤的形成,大部分与土壤中碳酸盐的累计有关,因而碱化度普遍较高,严重的盐碱土壤地区植物几乎不能生存。盐碱地在利用过程当中,简单说可以分为轻盐碱地、中度盐碱地和重盐碱地。轻盐碱地是指它的出苗率在70%—80%,它含盐量在千分之三以下;重盐碱地是指它的含盐量超过千分之六,出苗率低于50%;中间这块就是中度盐碱地。
盐碱土形成的根本原因在于水分状况不良,所以在改良初期,重点应放在改善土壤的水分状况上面。一般分几步进行,首先排盐、洗盐、降低土壤盐分含量;再种植耐盐碱的植物,培肥土壤;最后种植作物。具体的改良措施是:排水,灌溉洗盐,放淤改良,种植水稻,培肥改良,平整土地和化学改良。
在对盐碱地进行改良的过程中灌洗土壤是较为重要的步骤,很多地方采用地埋式大口径波纹管引水排水,大口径波纹管长期置于高盐度的土壤中,管体受腐蚀,在室外温度降低的情况下管体变脆易破损,波纹管的使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种盐碱地用地埋式大口径双壁改性HDPE波纹管。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种盐碱地用地埋式大口径双壁改性HDPE波纹管,其特征在于,所述波纹管为双层结构,由外壁和内壁热熔粘合构成,
外壁由如下重量份的原料制备而成:高密度聚乙烯70-80份,聚丁二烯苯乙烯8-15份,氧化镁5-8份,甘油三软脂酸酯10-15份,烷基丁二酰亚胺1-4份,醋酸钠3-8份;
内壁由如下重量份的原料制备而成:高密度聚乙烯100-120份,改性剂10-15份,乙酸戊酯15-20份,铝酸酯偶联剂8-15份,苯乙烯5-8份;
所述改性剂的制备方法为:按重量份取石墨粉30-40份、乙酸乙酯25-30份、酯基季铵盐15-20份,将石墨粉置于烘箱中在250-300℃下烘烤2-3小时,然后加入高速混合机,再加入乙酸乙酯和酯基季铵盐,高速混合10分钟即得。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的改性剂由如下重量份的原料制成:石墨粉33份、乙酸乙酯28份、酯基季铵盐18份。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的外壁由如下重量份的原料制备而成:高密度聚乙烯77份,聚丁二烯苯乙烯12份,氧化镁7份,甘油三软脂酸酯12份,烷基丁二酰亚胺3份,醋酸钠6份。
本发明的盐碱地用地埋式大口径双壁改性HDPE波纹管具有如下优点:
1、具有较强的耐盐碱性,长期埋在盐碱地下管体不易被腐蚀,长时间浸没在高盐碱度的土壤里可以保持较好的机械性能,管体强韧富有弹性。
2、具有较强的耐寒性,本发明的波纹管在-40℃的环境下可以保持较好的弹性而不变脆,在极寒地区使用管体不易脆裂,便于施工,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式

[实施例1]
制备外壁材料:按重量份取高密度聚乙烯70份,聚丁二烯苯乙烯8份,氧化镁5份,甘油三软脂酸酯10份,烷基丁二酰亚胺1份,醋酸钠3份。将所取原料混合加入双螺杆挤出机,按照常规方法挤出制成外壁颗粒料。
制备改性剂:按重量份取石墨粉30份、乙酸乙酯25份、酯基季铵盐15份,将石墨粉置于烘箱中在250℃下烘烤2小时,然后加入高速混合机,再加入乙酸乙酯和酯基季铵盐,高速混合10分钟即得。
制备内壁材料:按重量份取高密度聚乙烯100份,改性剂10份,乙酸戊酯15份,铝酸酯偶联剂8份,苯乙烯5份。将所取原料混合加入双螺杆挤出机,按照常规方法挤出制成内壁颗粒料。

制备波纹管:将内壁和外壁颗粒料分别加入两个挤出机中挤出,物料通过挤出机螺杆加热熔融塑化输送至机头口模,管材内壁是通过内径定径套抽真空再冷却定型,管材外壁在内部空气压力和外部真空吸力的共同作用下和模块紧密接触成型,管材的内外壁均匀地融合在一起制成波纹管。

制备内壁材料:按重量份取高密度聚乙烯115份,改性剂13份,乙酸戊酯18份,铝酸酯偶联剂13份,苯乙烯7份。将所取原料混合加入双螺杆挤出机,按照常规方法挤出制成内壁颗粒料。
制备波纹管:将内壁和外壁颗粒料分别加入两个挤出机中挤出,物料通过挤出机螺杆加热熔融塑化输送至机头口模,管材内壁是通过内径定径套抽真空再冷却定型,管材外壁在内部空气压力和外部真空吸力的共同作用下和模块紧密接触成型,管材的内外壁均匀地融合在一起制成波纹管。
[实施例5]
制备外壁材料:按重量份取高密度聚乙烯75份,聚丁二烯苯乙烯11.5份,氧化镁6.5份,甘油三软脂酸酯12.5份,烷基丁二酰亚胺2.5份,醋酸钠5.5份。将所取原料混合加入双螺杆挤出机,按照常规方法挤出制成外壁颗粒料。
制备改性剂:按重量份取石墨粉35份、乙酸乙酯27.5份、酯基季铵盐17.5份,将石墨粉置于烘箱中在275℃下烘烤2.5小时,然后加入高速混合机,再加入乙酸乙酯和酯基季铵盐,高速混合10分钟即得。
制备内壁材料:按重量份取高密度聚乙烯110份,改性剂12.5份,乙酸戊酯17.5份,铝酸酯偶联剂11.5份,苯乙烯6.5份。将所取原料混合加入双螺杆挤出机,按照常规方法挤出制成内壁颗粒料。
制备波纹管:将内壁和外壁颗粒料分别加入两个挤出机中挤出,物料通过挤出机螺杆加热熔融塑化输送至机头口模,管材内壁是通过内径定径套抽真空再冷却定型,管材外壁在内部空气压力和外部真空吸力的共同作用下和模块紧密接触成型,管材的内外壁均匀地融合在一起制成波纹管。
[对比实验]
1、耐盐碱性对比实验
取实施例1-5制备的波纹管5根,另外取3根使用较为广泛的HDPE波纹管作为对比。所取波纹管的尺寸相同,都裁切成长度1米的小段。制备由氯化盐、硫酸镁、碳酸钠组成的混合盐碱溶液,盐碱溶液的浓度为60%。将波纹管完全浸没在盐碱溶液中,90天后将波纹管捞出洗净进行对比测试。测试结果如下:
由以上数据可以看出,本发明的HDPE波纹管在经过高浓度的盐碱溶液长时间浸泡后能保持较好的机械性能,管体受腐蚀程度较小。
2、耐低温对比实验
取实施例1-5制备的波纹管5根,另外取3根使用较为广泛的HDPE波纹管作为对比。所取波纹管的尺寸相同,都裁切成长度1米的小段。将所取波纹管放入-40℃的环境下30天后取出,室温下静置2小时后进行对比测试。测试结果如下:
由以上数据可以看出,本发明的HDPE波纹管在经过长时间的低温环境后可以保持较好的机械性能,使用寿命较其他波纹管有显著延长。

外壁由如下重量份的原料制备而成:高密度聚乙烯70-80份,聚丁二烯苯乙烯8-15份,氧化镁5-8份,甘油三软脂酸酯10-15份,烷基丁二酰亚胺1-4份,醋酸钠3-8份;
内壁由如下重量份的原料制备而成:高密度聚乙烯100-120份,改性剂10-15份,乙酸戊酯15-20份,铝酸酯偶联剂8-15份,苯乙烯5-8份;
所述改性剂的制备方法为:按重量份取石墨粉30-40份、乙酸乙酯25-30份、酯基季铵盐15-20份,将石墨粉置于烘箱中在250-300℃下烘烤2-3小时,然后加入高速混合机,再加入乙酸乙酯和酯基季铵盐,高速混合10分钟即得。
