Abstract
The invention is a linear sliding rail with lubricating device, comprising: a long shaft; the sliding block module is arranged on the long shaft in a sliding mode and comprises a sliding block and two backflow elements, the two backflow elements are respectively arranged on the two end faces of the sliding block, and the two backflow elements are respectively provided with a plurality of backflow channels; wherein at least one reflux element is provided with an oil storage tank and a fixed through hole, the oil storage tank, the reflux channel and the fixed through hole are communicated with each other, and the oil storage tank is filled with lubricating oil; a smearing piece is arranged in the fixed through hole; the transfer piece covers the smearing piece, absorbs lubricating oil and then transfers the lubricating oil to the smearing piece, when the rolling body passes through the return channel, the rolling body is contacted with the smearing piece, so that the rolling body is stained with the lubricating oil, the smearing piece and the transfer piece are made of wool felts, the densities of the wool felts of the smearing piece and the transfer piece are different, and the density of the wool felts can be adjusted according to the use environments of various linear sliding rails.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a linear slide rail, and more particularly to a linear slide rail with a lubrication device.
Background
In the precision transmission device, there are a linear slide rail and a ball screw, both of which are commonly used, the linear slide rail and the ball screw are displaced relative to a long shaft by a moving member, and in order to enhance the lubricating effect between the moving member and the long shaft, a lubricating device is arranged between the moving member and the long shaft, as shown in fig. 5, an oil storage tank 12 is installed on the long shaft 11 of the linear slide rail 10, lubricating oil is stored in the oil storage tank 12, a painting structure 14 is arranged in the moving member 13 which is slidably arranged on the long shaft 11 and the oil storage tank 12, a connector 15 with an oil guiding member 151 is arranged between the painting structure 14 and the oil storage tank 12, and the oil guiding member 151 of the connector 15 adsorbs the lubricating oil in the oil storage tank 12 and conducts the lubricating oil to the painting structure 14 and lubricates the rolling groove of the long shaft 11; however, the oil guiding member 151 of the linear guideway 10 is made of wool felt, and is achieved by capillary phenomenon when the lubricant is transported, as long as the lubricant is stored in the oil storage tank 12, the oil guiding member 151 continuously guides the oil, so that the oil guiding operation is continuously performed regardless of whether the moving member 13 moves, and oil leakage occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the main object of the present invention is to: on the premise of not increasing the length of a sliding block module of the linear sliding rail, a lubricating device capable of controlling oil release is developed.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:
a linear guideway having a lubrication apparatus, comprising: a long shaft extending in a direction to form a strip-shaped structure, wherein the direction is defined as an axial direction, and rolling grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the long shaft in the axial direction; a sliding block module is arranged on the long shaft in a sliding way and comprises a sliding block and two backflow elements, the sliding block is provided with a rolling groove opposite to the rolling groove, the rolling groove and the rolling groove form a load path, the sliding block is also provided with a plurality of backflow holes penetrating through two end surfaces of the sliding block in the axial direction, the two backflow elements are respectively arranged on the two end surfaces of the sliding block, the two backflow elements are respectively provided with a plurality of backflow channels, two ends of the backflow channels are respectively connected with the load path and the backflow holes, the load path, the backflow holes and the backflow channels form a circulating path, and the circulating path is provided with a plurality of rolling bodies; wherein at least one reflux element is provided with an oil storage tank and a fixed through hole, the oil storage tank, the reflux channel and the fixed through hole are communicated with each other, and the oil storage tank is filled with lubricating oil; a smearing piece is arranged in the fixed through hole; the transfer piece covers the smearing piece, presses and fixes the smearing piece, enables the smearing piece to be fixed in the fixing through hole to contact with the rolling body, therefore, the oil storage tank and the return channel are separated through the transfer piece and the smearing piece, the transfer piece absorbs lubricating oil and then transfers the lubricating oil to the smearing piece, and when the rolling body passes through the return channel, the rolling body is in contact with the smearing piece.
Furthermore, the coating piece and the transmission piece take wool felts as materials, and the densities of the wool felts of the coating piece and the transmission piece are different.
Furthermore, the backflow element is composed of a body and a cover plate, the body is provided with the oil storage tank, the fixing through hole and a second half flow passage, the cover plate is provided with a first half flow passage opposite to the second half flow passage, and the first half flow passage and the second half flow passage form the backflow passage.
Further, the contour of the smearing piece corresponds to the fixing through hole.
Furthermore, the backflow element is provided with a positioning cover which is arranged in the oil storage tank and presses and fixes the transmission piece. The invention wraps the smearing piece by the transmission piece, so that the smearing piece can not directly absorb lubricating oil, the released amount of the lubricating oil can be reduced, and the smearing piece can release the lubricating oil only by contacting with the rolling body, so that the smearing piece can not release the lubricating oil when the rolling body happens not to contact with the smearing piece in a return channel, and the smearing piece and the wool felt of the transmission piece have different using densities, generally, the density of the smearing piece is recommended to be larger than that of the transmission piece, or vice versa, so that the oil release rate of the smearing piece can be controlled, and the difference value of the densities of the wool felts can be adjusted according to different industries, so that the universality of a lubricating device can be improved; moreover, because the oil storage space is the idle space of the body of the backflow element, lubricating oil can be stored without additionally arranging an oil tank, and the length of the sliding block module is unchanged.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention is a linear guideway with a lubrication device, including: a long shaft 1 extending in a direction to form a strip structure, defining the direction as an axial direction X, and rolling grooves 11 respectively disposed on two sides of the long shaft 1 in the axial direction X; a sliding block module is arranged on the long shaft 1 in a sliding way, and comprises a sliding block 2 and two backflow elements 3, wherein the sliding block 2 is provided with a rolling groove 21 corresponding to the rolling groove 11, the rolling groove 11 and the rolling groove 21 form a load path, the sliding block 2 is further provided with a plurality of backflow holes 22 penetrating through two end surfaces 23 of the sliding block in the axial direction X, the two backflow elements 3 are respectively arranged on the two end surfaces 23 of the sliding block 2, the two backflow elements 3 are respectively provided with a plurality of backflow channels 30, two ends of the backflow channels are respectively connected with the load path and the backflow holes 22, the load path, the backflow channels 30 and the backflow holes 22 form a circulation path, and the circulation path is provided with a plurality of rolling bodies 9; wherein at least one of the reflow elements 3 has an oil storage groove 321 and a fixing through hole 323, the oil storage groove 321, the reflow channel 30 and the fixing through hole 323 are communicated with each other, the oil storage groove 321 is filled with lubricating oil, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate the injection molding manufacture of the reflow element, the reflow element 3 is decomposed into a body 32 and a cover plate 31, the body 32 has the oil storage groove 321, the fixing through hole 323 and a second half channel 322, the cover plate 31 has a first half channel 311 corresponding to the second half channel 322, the first half channel 311 and the second half channel 322 form the reflow channel 30; a smearing part 4 is disposed in the fixing through hole 323, and the outline of the smearing part 4 corresponds to the fixing through hole 323 in this embodiment, so that the smearing part 4 is entirely accommodated in the fixing through hole 323; a transfer member 5 is covered on the painting member 4, the transfer member 5 press-fixes the painting member 4 such that the painting member 4 is fixed in the fixing through-hole 323 to contact the rolling bodies 9, whereby the oil reservoir and the return passage are separated by the transfer member and the painting member, the reflow element 3 has a positioning cover 6, the positioning cover 6 is covered on the oil storage tank 321, and presses and fixes the transmission member 5, the transmission member 5 absorbs the lubricant and then transmits the lubricant to the smearing member 4, when the rolling element 9 passes through the return passage 30, the rolling element is in contact with the smearing member 4, so that the rolling element 9 is stained with the lubricant, and when the rolling element enters a load path, so that an oil film can be formed between the rolling body 9 and the rolling groove, and the service life of the linear rail is further prolonged, the smearing part 4 and the transmission part 5 take wool felt as materials, the densities of the wool felt of the smearing part and the wool felt of the transmission part are different, and the density of the wool felt can be adjusted according to the use environments of various linear sliding rails.

A linear guideway with a lubrication apparatus, comprising: a long shaft extending in a direction to form a strip-shaped structure, wherein the direction is defined as an axial direction, and rolling grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the long shaft in the axial direction; a sliding block module is arranged on the long shaft in a sliding way and comprises a sliding block and two backflow elements, the sliding block is provided with a rolling groove opposite to the rolling groove, the rolling groove and the rolling groove form a load path, the sliding block is also provided with a plurality of backflow holes penetrating through two end surfaces of the sliding block in the axial direction, the two backflow elements are respectively arranged on the two end surfaces of the sliding block, the two backflow elements are respectively provided with a plurality of backflow channels, two ends of the backflow channels are respectively connected with the load path and the backflow holes, the load path, the backflow channels and the backflow holes form a circulating path, and the circulating path is provided with a plurality of rolling bodies; wherein at least one reflux element is provided with an oil storage tank and a fixed through hole, the oil storage tank, the fixed through hole and the reflux channel are communicated with each other, and the oil storage tank is filled with lubricating oil; a smearing piece is arranged in the fixed through hole; the transfer piece covers the smearing piece, presses and fixes the smearing piece, enables the smearing piece to be fixed in the fixing through hole to contact with the rolling body, therefore, the oil storage tank and the return channel are separated through the transfer piece and the smearing piece, the transfer piece absorbs lubricating oil and then transfers the lubricating oil to the smearing piece, and when the rolling body passes through the return channel, the rolling body is in contact with the smearing piece.
2. The linear slide with lubrication apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the coating piece and the transmission piece are made of wool felts, and the densities of the wool felts of the coating piece and the transmission piece are different.

The linear slide with lubrication apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the backflow element is composed of a body and a cover plate, the body is provided with the oil storage tank, the fixing through hole and a second half flow passage, the cover plate is provided with a first half flow passage opposite to the second half flow passage, and the first half flow passage and the second half flow passage form the backflow passage.
4. The linear slide with lubrication apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the outline of the smearing piece corresponds to the fixed through hole.
5. The linear slide with lubrication apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the backflow element is provided with a positioning cover which is arranged in the oil storage tank and used for pressing and fixing the transmission piece.
