技术领域
本发明属于新能源技术领域,尤其涉及一种海洋能水轮发电机组。
背景技术
海洋能是一种蕴藏在海洋中的可再生能源,包括潮汐能、波浪引起的机械能和热能。海洋能同时也涉及一个更广的范畴,包括海面上空的风能、海水表面的太阳能和海里的生物质能。中国拥有18,000公里的海岸线和总面积达6,700平方公里的6,960座岛屿。这些岛屿大多远离陆地,因而缺少能源供应。因此要实现我国海岸和海岛经济的可持续发展,必须大力发展我国的海洋能资源。
海洋能指依附在海水中的可再生能源,海洋通过各种物理过程接收、储存和散发能量,这些能量以潮汐、波浪、温度差、盐度梯度、海流等形式存在于海洋之中。地球表面积约为5.1×10^8km^2,其中陆地表面积为1.49×10^8km^2占29%;海洋面积达3.61×10^8km^2,以海平面计,全部陆地的平均海拔约为840m,而海洋的平均深度却为380m,整个海水的容积多达1.37×10^9km^3。一望无际的大海,不仅为人类提供航运、水源和丰富的矿藏,而且还蕴藏着巨大的能量,它将太阳能以及派生的风能等以热能、机械能等形式蓄在海水里,不像在陆地和空中那样容易散失。
水轮发电机组是由水轮机和受其驱动的发电机组组成,用来将水体机械能转换为电能的一套机器。目前实际应用的水轮发电机组均是分体式结构,长期浸泡在海水里,容易受到海水的腐蚀,从而影响设备的寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供一种海洋能水轮发电机组,以解决上述背景技术中提出的分体式结构容易被腐蚀的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种海洋能水轮发电机组,包括机壳,所述机壳内设有主轴,所述主轴外面套有转子支架,所述转子支架外面套有转子磁轭,所述转子磁轭外侧面设有磁极,所述转子磁轭的外侧面设有定位凹槽,所述磁极的内侧面设有定位凸起,所述磁极外面包裹有励磁线圈,所述磁极外面套有定子线圈,所述定子线圈外面套有定子铁芯,所述定子铁芯外表面设有机座,所述机座内侧设有固定槽,所述定子铁芯位于固定槽内,所述机座外侧面设有散热装置,所述机壳内壁设有上层托台,所述机座固定在上层托台上,所述主轴外面还套有下机架,所述主轴与下机架之间设有推力轴承,所述机壳内壁还设有下层托台,所述下机架固定在下层托台上,所述主轴的底端设有主轴底座,所述机壳下方设有下挡盖,所述下挡盖的上表面设有限位槽,所述主轴底座位于限位槽内,所述主轴外面还套有上机架,所述上机架位于机壳的上方,所述机壳上方设有上挡盖,所述上挡盖设有通槽,所述主轴上部穿过通槽,所述主轴顶部设有集电环,所述集电环外面罩有防护罩。
所述磁极的数量为24个。
所述散热装置的数量为8-12个,且成圆周均匀分布。
本发明的有益效果为:
本技术方案通过将设备改为全密封结构,有效的避免了海水长期腐蚀对设备造成的影响,从而保证设备的正常运转,延长设备的使用寿命,使设备能够长期的安全运转,固定槽的设置主要对定子铁芯起固定支撑作用,推力轴承主要对主轴起减缓摩擦力的作用,上层托台、下层托台主要起支撑作用,对整个设备起稳固作用,限位槽的作用为对主轴起定位作用。

一种海洋能水轮发电机组,包括机壳1,机壳1内设有主轴2,主轴2外面套有转子支架3,转子支架3外面套有转子磁轭4,转子磁轭4外侧面设有磁极5,转子磁轭4的外侧面设有定位凹槽,磁极5的内侧面设有定位凸起,磁极5外面包裹有励磁线圈6,磁极5外面套有定子线圈7,定子线圈7外面套有定子铁芯8,定子铁芯8外表面设有机座10,机座10内侧设有固定槽9,定子铁芯8位于固定槽9内,机座10外侧面设有散热装置11,机壳1内壁设有上层托台12,机座10固定在上层托台12上,主轴2外面还套有下机架13,主轴2与下机架13之间设有推力轴承14,机壳1内壁还设有下层托台15,下机架13固定在下层托台15上,主轴2的底端设有主轴底座22,机壳1下方设有下挡盖16,下挡盖16的上表面设有限位槽17,主轴2底座位于限位槽17内,主轴2外面还套有上机架18,上机架18位于机壳1的上方,机壳1上方设有上挡盖19,上挡盖19设有通槽23,主轴2上部穿过通槽23,主轴2顶部设有集电环20,集电环20外面罩有防护罩21。
磁极5的数量为24个。
散热装置11的数量为8-12个,且成圆周均匀分布。

1.一种海洋能水轮发电机组,其特征在于:包括机壳,所述机壳内设有主轴,所述主轴外面套有转子支架,所述转子支架外面套有转子磁轭,所述转子磁轭外侧面设有磁极,所述转子磁轭的外侧面设有定位凹槽,所述磁极的内侧面设有定位凸起,所述磁极外面包裹有励磁线圈,所述磁极外面套有定子线圈,所述定子线圈外面套有定子铁芯,所述定子铁芯外表面设有机座,所述机座内侧设有固定槽,所述定子铁芯位于固定槽内,所述机座外侧面设有散热装置,所述机壳内壁设有上层托台,所述机座固定在上层托台上,所述主轴外面还套有下机架,所述主轴与下机架之间设有推力轴承,所述机壳内壁还设有下层托台,所述下机架固定在下层托台上,所述主轴的底端设有主轴底座,所述机壳下方设有下挡盖,所述下挡盖的上表面设有限位槽,所述主轴底座位于限位槽内,所述主轴外面还套有上机架,所述上机架位于机壳的上方,所述机壳上方设有上挡盖,所述上挡盖设有通槽,所述主轴上部穿过通槽,所述主轴顶部设有集电环,所述集电环外面罩有防护罩。
