为了克服海洋污染日益严重的这个原因，本发明提供了一种垃圾清理器，该清理器不仅能清理海洋垃圾，而且还能很高效的清理垃圾。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用技术方案是：一种海上垃圾清理器，主要包括旋转轴、旋转翼、信号接收器、太阳能板和过滤器，其特点在于在清理器的侧边有旋转翼，中间有旋转轴，旋转轴上有信号接收器，在清理器的顶部有太阳能板，侧边有过滤器，使用时，太阳能板吸收太阳能，转化成电能供旋转轴旋转，旋转轴带动整个清理器旋转，旋转翼能在海面上滑动，清理器能将垃圾收入清理器，过滤网能将其余的水排出清理器，当清理器快要满时，信号接收器就能将信号发给人们，让人们将垃圾取走，让人们清理垃圾更加方便。
本发明的有益效果是，在深海能自行清理垃圾，方便了人们清理海洋垃圾。

使用时，将清理器放入大海，太阳能板（3）能吸收太阳能转化为电能，供电给旋转轴（5）旋转，旋转轴（5）旋转带动旋转翼（1）旋转，从而能在海面上飘行，自动收纳海上的垃圾，由过滤网（2）过滤海水，当清理器快要满的时候，由信号接收器（4）放信号提醒人们过来收取，给人们带来方便。
