本发明公开了一种透湿透气硅胶合成革的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤一:制备硅胶合成革;步骤二:于硅胶合成革上加工出密布的微孔,该微孔肉眼看不出,不影响外观效果。本发明所制备的透湿透气硅胶合成革,采用ASTM E96测试方法,透湿率可达到8000g/(㎡*24h)。透气性使用H.C费多罗夫皮革透气性测试仪测定,透气值可达到400ml/(cm2*h)。

技术领域
本发明涉及合成革制造领域,具体涉及一种透湿透气硅胶合成革的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,众所周知,使用合成革制成的某些用途的制品,有透湿透气的要求,比如运动服饰革、鞋革等。PU革、PVC革通过发泡技术能达到透湿透气等要求。而硅胶合成革要像传统PU、PVC合成革那样做发泡层,到目前为止,技术并不成熟。
故而,本发明,提出一种工艺上的解决办法,即通过机械打孔或激光打孔,来达到产品的实用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题提供一种透湿透气硅胶合成革。
本发明的目的还在于,提供一种该透湿透气硅胶合成革的制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种透湿透气硅胶合成革的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤一:制备硅胶合成革;
步骤二:于硅胶合成革上加工出密布的微孔,该微孔肉眼看不出,不影响外观效果。
所述步骤二中,使用机械打孔方式对硅胶合成革进行打孔,冲针密度在8万/m2至15万/m2,针孔直径小于0.1mm。
所述步骤二中,使用机械打孔方式对硅胶合成革进行打孔,冲针密度在15万/m2,针孔直径小于0.1mm;冲过孔后,测试透湿、透气值,透湿值为8000g/(㎡*24h),透气值为400ml/(cm2*h)。
所述步骤二中,使用机械打孔对硅胶合成革进行打孔,冲针密度在8万/m2,针孔直径小于0.1mm;冲过孔后,测试透湿、透气值,透湿值为4392g/(㎡*24h),透气值为210ml/(cm2*h)。
所述步骤二中,使用激光打孔方式对硅胶合成革进行打孔,孔径0.02mm,间距1mm;打过孔后,测试透湿、透气值,透湿值为4823g/(㎡*24h),透气值为234ml/(cm2*h)。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所制备的透湿透气硅胶合成革,采用ASTM E96测试方法,透湿率可达到8000g/(㎡*24h)。透气性使用H.C费多罗夫皮革透气性测试仪测定,透气值可达到400ml/(cm2*h)。

步骤一:制备硅胶合成革;

本发明所制备的透湿透气硅胶合成革,采用ASTM E96测试方法,透湿率可达到8000g/(㎡*24h)。透气性使用H.C费多罗夫皮革透气性测试仪测定,透气值可达到400ml/(cm2*h)。

步骤二:于硅胶合成革上加工出密布的微孔,该微孔肉眼看不出,不影响外观效果。
2.根据权利要求1所述透湿透气硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中,使用机械打孔方式对硅胶合成革进行打孔,冲针密度在8万/m2至15万/m2,针孔直径小于0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述透湿透气硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中,使用机械打孔方式对硅胶合成革进行打孔,冲针密度在15万/m2,针孔直径小于0.1mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述透湿透气硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中,使用机械打孔对硅胶合成革进行打孔,冲针密度在8万/m2,针孔直径小于0.1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述透湿透气硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中,使用激光打孔方式对硅胶合成革进行打孔,孔径0.02mm,间距1mm。
