本发明涉及一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明,其特征在于由下列的组成物组成:水性树脂,成膜助剂,其它助剂,钛白浆,色浆,水。一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明的制备方法,其特征在于:其步骤为将水性树脂、成膜助剂、其它助剂、钛白浆、色浆、水、固化剂充分分散均匀,包装至成品。本发明的优点是:在三聚氰胺基材具有很好的附着力,同时具有良好耐水性、耐污染性、光泽高和优异的涂装效果;可广泛运用于各种卫浴家具的涂装。

技术领域
本发明属于木器漆领域,具体的说,属于用于家具装饰水性双组分亮光调色面漆。
技术背景
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对家具产品的环保要求越来越高,这是对家具厂的要求,更是对我们涂料制造商的要求:环保、安全、施工方便。
我们目前木器漆做亮光实色的主要集中在卫浴这块,目前主要使用溶剂型PU产品,VOC排放高。卫浴这块虽然以亮光白为主,但是还有一大部分亮光实色,在国内水性双组分亮光白是技术难度,大批量实现的就很少,水性双组分亮光实色更是少之又少。水性双组分亮光调色面漆在不久将逐步取代传统溶剂型PU产品,应用前景巨大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供种一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明,丰富了“油转水”涂装系统,降低VOC排放,同时具备良好的附着力、颜色稳定性、装饰效果、安全性等。本发明设计一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明,其特征在于由下列的组成物及重量百分比组成:
水性树脂采用水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、水性羟基聚氨酯树脂的一种到多种混合物。成膜助剂采用DPM、DPnB、DB、PMMA、PGDA的一种或多种混合物。
其它助剂采用消泡剂、流平剂、手感助剂、增稠剂、防沉助剂的一种或多种混合物。
钛白浆为自制,采用钛白粉、水、分散剂、消泡剂的多种混合物。其制备方法步骤为将水、钛白粉、分散剂、消泡剂充分分散均匀即可。
色浆采用铁黄、铁黄、中黄、大红、洋红、桃红、紫、蓝、绿、橙、黑的零种、一种或多种混合物。
水采用去自来水。
固化剂采用不同种类的水性异氰酸酯固化剂一种或多种混合物。
一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明的制备方法,其特征在于:其步骤为将水性树脂、成膜助剂、其它助剂、钛白浆、色浆、水、固化剂充分分散均匀,包装至成品。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下积极效果:所述的水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆及其制备方法的使用水性树脂,粒径细,附着力强,硬度高。所述的水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆及其制备方法由于在里面加入钛白浆,颜色稳定性好。所述的水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆及其制备方法由于在里面加入色浆,使得有色彩千呈,多姿多彩,更具有美观装饰性。所述的水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆由于在里面加入成膜助剂,成膜性和流平性大大加强。所述的水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆及其制备方法由于在里面加入其它助剂,易于生产制造、施工性能和装饰性能大大提高。所述的水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆及其制备方法由于在里面加入固化剂,使得漆膜性能大大提升。所述的双组分亮光调色浅色面漆及其制备方法在三聚氰胺基材具有很好的附着力,同时具有良好耐水性、耐污染性、光泽高和优异的涂装效果;可广泛运用于各种卫浴家具的涂装。

制备该钛白漆,将所有组份通过分散机,分散均匀后即得B4155。
实施例1
制备该面漆,将所有组份通过分散机,分散均匀后包装即得成品。本实施面漆为亮光白效果。
实施例2
制备该面漆,将所有组份通过分散机,分散均匀后包装即得成品。本实施面漆为亮光灰效果。
实施例3
制备该面漆,将所有组份通过分散机,分散均匀后包装即得成品。本实施面漆为亮光粉效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明,其特征在于由下列的组成物及重量百分比组成:
水性树脂 45-70%,
成膜助剂 2-10%,
其它助剂 1-10%,
钛白浆 15-30%,
色浆 0-5%,
水 0-30%,
固化剂 15-30%。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明,其特征在于:水性树脂采用水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、水性羟基聚氨酯树脂的一种到多种混合物。
3.按权利要求1所述的一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明,其特征在于:成膜助剂采用DPM、DPnB、DB、PMMA、PGDA的一种或多种混合物。
4.按权利要求1所述的一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明,其特征在于:其它助剂采用消泡剂、流平剂、手感助剂、增稠剂、防沉助剂的一种或多种混合物。
5.按权利要求1所述的一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明,其特征在于:钛白浆为自制,采用钛白粉、水、分散剂、消泡剂的多种混合物,所述的钛白浆制备方法为将水、钛白粉、分散剂、消泡剂充分分散均匀即可。
6.按权利要求1所述的一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明,其特征在于:色浆采用铁黄、铁黄、中黄、大红、洋红、桃红、紫、蓝、绿、橙、黑的零种、一种或多种混合物。
7.按权利要求1所述的一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明,其特征在于:水采用自来水。
8.按权利要求1所述的一种水性木器双组分亮光调色浅色面漆的发明,其特征在于:固化剂采用不同种类的水性异氰酸酯固化剂一种或多种混合物。
