本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种降低了环境对电缆的影响,增强电缆的绝缘性能,柔软性能,抗冲击性能,同时改善电缆的可拉伸强度,阻燃性能良好的电缆橡胶护套料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的一种电缆橡胶护套料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:丁晴橡胶50-100份、加丝胶30-50份、纤维橡胶10-20份、交联聚乙烯15-50份、改性环氧树脂20-80份、碳纤维10-15份、阻燃剂3-5份、硫化剂1-2份、防老剂1-3份、防腐剂2-5份、偶联剂3-6份、增塑剂1-5份以及稳定剂3-6份。
进一步的,一种电缆橡胶护套料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:丁晴橡胶60-80份、加丝胶35-45份、纤维橡胶15-18份、交联聚乙烯20-40份、改性环氧树脂30-50份、碳纤维12-14份、阻燃剂3-5份、硫化剂1-2份、防老剂1-3份、防腐剂2-5份、偶联剂4-5份、增塑剂3-5份以及稳定剂3-4份。
