技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种家用柔性电缆护套料。
背景技术
随着人们的生活水平不断提高,各式各样的家用电器飞入千家万户,为电气设备提供电源就要使用电线,传统的电线阻燃性能差,温度过高时易燃烧且不易熄灭,而且电线本身含有卤素,燃烧时会产生大量的烟与有害气体,对人体和环境造成严重损害。另外随着人们对健康、安全、环保意识的加强,低烟无卤环保家用电线应会得到广泛的认可与使用。传统的电缆护套料在遇到较高的冲撞外力时容易出现破损、开裂等现象,从而影响电缆的正常工作。

上述的一种家用柔性电缆护套料,由下列重量份的成分组成:氯化聚乙烯60-80份、尼龙10-30份、增容剂 CPE-g-MAH6-8份、噻二唑类硫化剂1-3份、增塑剂5-8份、无铅稳定剂6-9份、抗氧化剂10-13份、丁腈橡胶8-11份、玻璃纤维20-23份、聚醚醚酮15-20份、聚醚砜10-13份、碳纤维8-10份。
