The working process of the invention is as follows: firstly, turning over a material receiving table of a material receiving switch to be in a vertical state, conveying the coil pipe to the position near the material receiving table by a trolley, clamping the coil pipe into a positioning slide rail, lightly stepping on a pedal switch to enable the coil pipe to ascend to the middle of the material receiving table, pressing down a material lifting rod switch, and unfolding a material lifting rod to be vertical to the material receiving table and to be in contact with the coil pipe; the air pipe switch is turned on, the pedal switch is slightly stepped on, the trolley bracket is driven by the third cylinder to slide downwards along the vertical beam, and the coil pipe is hung at the material lifting rod; the trolley slides to the tail end on the positioning slide rail, the material receiving switch is pressed down, the material receiving platform is turned from the vertical state to the horizontal state, the material lifting rod switch is pressed down, the material lifting rod is retracted to be parallel to the table top, and at the moment, the vertical coil materials are horizontally placed. The above process can also be reversed to turn the horizontal coil into a vertical state.
