Abstract

本发明涉及一种胃内血凝块抽引装置,包括导管,导管具有相互套设的第一管壁和第二管壁,第一管壁和第二管壁之间形成密封的夹层空腔,第一管壁上设有连通夹层空腔的排出口;第二管壁第一端口处开设有镂空段,镂空段与夹层空腔相连通;第二管壁内容置有牵引管,牵引管第一端口处设置有膨胀模块,第二管壁与牵引管之间形成间隙。与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本装置能够准确高效的去除胃中积血,尤其针对胃部大出血时积血过多,形成冻胶状的血凝块的情况,可以使患处彻底的暴露,满足胃镜检查需求,使医生及时的为患者做出诊断。

Description

一种胃内血凝块抽引装置
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种胃内血凝块抽引装置。
背景技术
胃镜是一种常见医学检查手段,胃镜检查能直接观察到被检查部位的真实情形,更可通过对可疑病变部位进行病理活检及细胞学检查,以进一步明确诊断,是上消化道病变的首选检查方法。它借助一条纤细、优柔的管子伸进胃中,使医生可以直接观察食道、胃和十二指肠的病变,尤其对细小的病变更加具有优势。进行胃镜检查,为了清晰的看到消化道的粘膜、必须使被检查部位很清洁,即没有食物也无血凝块残存。
通常在胃镜检查前需要长时间禁食以去除食物残留,对于胃部血块残留的患者来说,通常通过胃部本身的蠕动排出血块,或者采用药物保守去除,常用手段见效慢,针对性不强,很多时候会延误治疗的最佳时机。尤其是急性上消化道出血病人,需要急诊,行胃镜检查并止血,此时胃内大量血凝块给内镜治疗带来巨大的挑战。当然有部分情况下会采用直接清理胃部出血点的方法,如专利号为CN02268249.X(公开公告号为CN2555031Y)的中国发明专利就披露了一种《直视洗胃管》,该管与胃镜连成一体同时插入食道,可在内镜直视下及时确定病因或出血部位,但一旦遇到胃部大出血,积血过多,会形成冻胶状的血凝块;此时采用金属丝疏通导管无法处理,严重时会贻误病情。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状,提供一种胃内血凝块抽引装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种胃内血凝块抽引装置,包括导管,所述导管具有相互套设的第一管壁和第二管壁,所述第一管壁和第二管壁之间形成密封的夹层空腔,所述第一管壁上设有连通所述夹层空腔的排出口,其特征在于:所述第二管壁第一端口处开设有镂空段,所述镂空段与所述夹层空腔相连通;所述第二管壁内容置有牵引管,所述牵引管第一端口处设置有膨胀模块,为实现第二管壁也牵引管的相对移动,优选地,所述第二管壁与牵引管之间具有间隙。
为实现膨胀模块的切向伸缩,以达到挤压血块的目的,优选地,所述膨胀模块包括设置在所述牵引管周壁上的气孔和对应所述气孔包覆于所述牵引管外周壁的弹性胶片;所述弹性胶片能在气流作用下向外扩张形成至少一个密封的气腔。
具体地,所述弹性胶片两端与所述牵引管外周壁密封连接,所述弹性胶片与所述牵引管外周壁形成一个气腔,所述气腔通过所述气孔与所述牵引管内腔连通。
为达到良好的切割胃内血凝块的目的,所述镂空段为环状金属网,所述金属网上下两端嵌设在所述第二管壁上。
更好地,所述金属网的经线和纬线相对于所述导管的轴向倾斜交叉设置。
为使导管可以顺利进入胃里,优选地,所述牵引管内还容置有导向线,所述牵引管内周壁上还设置有环形隔板,所述环形隔板的中间通孔与所述导向线的孔径相适配。
为使积血能够顺利吸出,优选地,所述排出口向外延伸有连通下游吸气设备的连接管。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:包括导管,导管具有相互套设的第一管壁和第二管壁,第一管壁和第二管壁之间形成密封的夹层空腔,第一管壁上设有连通夹层空腔的排出口;第二管壁第一端口处开设有镂空段,镂空段与夹层空腔相连通;第二管壁内容置有牵引管,牵引管第一端口处设置有膨胀模块,第二管壁与牵引管之间形成间隙。本装置能够准确高效的去除胃中积血,尤其针对胃部大出血时积血过多,形成冻胶状的血凝块的情况,可以使患处彻底的暴露,满足胃镜检查需求,使医生及时的为患者做出诊断。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本实施例为一种胃内血凝块抽引装置,包括导管1,导管1具有相互套设的第一管壁11和第二管壁12,第一管壁11和第二管壁12之间形成密封的夹层空腔4,第一管壁11上设有连通夹层空腔4的排出口111;第二管壁12第一端口处开设有镂空段121,镂空段121与夹层空腔4相连通;第二管壁12内容置有牵引管2,牵引管2第一端口处设置有膨胀模块3,第二管壁12与牵引管2之间具有间隙,因此第二管壁12与牵引管2可相对的移动,如积血较多时,可将膨胀模块3伸出,待血凝块进入导管1后,先对其进行纵向挤压。
在本实施例中,膨胀模块3包括设置在牵引管2周壁上的气孔31和对应气孔31包覆于牵引管2外周壁的弹性胶片32;弹性胶片32能在气流作用下向外扩张形成至少一个密封的气腔21,弹性胶片32两端与牵引管2外周壁密封连接,弹性胶片32与牵引管2外周壁形成一个气腔21,气腔21通过气孔31与牵引管2内腔连通,膨胀模块3还可以是其他能够满足切向伸缩的膨胀结构。
镂空段121可以是满足切割血凝块的不同结构,在本实施例中,镂空段121为环状金属网,金属网上下两端嵌设在第二管壁12上;金属网的经线和纬线相对于导管1的轴向倾斜交叉设置。
牵引管2内容置有导向线5,牵引管2内周壁上还设置有环形隔板22,导向线5孔径与环形隔板22相配适;第一管壁11设置有排出口111,排出口111向外延伸有连通下游吸气设备的连接管6。
使用时,先将牵引管2向前推送,使膨胀模块3伸出;连接管6连通的抽吸设备工作,夹层空腔4形成负压,胃内血凝块被抽吸至导管1内;然后向牵引管2内充气,气流经由气孔31进入气腔21,弹性胶片32膨胀,形成膨胀的气腔21;膨胀模块3径向上挤压牵引管2与导管1之间的血凝块,血凝块在压力和金属网的经线和纬线的切割作用下破碎,进入夹层空腔4;同时还可向外抽拉牵引管,使膨胀模块在挤压血凝块的同时带动血凝块沿导管的轴向移动,血凝块与金属网倾斜的经线和纬线之间的摩擦将无法自行流走的血凝块进一步切割破碎,进入夹层空腔4,被下游抽吸设备吸出体外。

Claims (6)

1.一种胃内血凝块抽引装置,包括导管(1),所述导管(1)具有相互套设的第一管壁(11)和第二管壁(12),所述第一管壁(11)和第二管壁(12)之间形成密封的夹层空腔(4),所述第一管壁(11)上设有连通所述夹层空腔(4)的排出口(111);其特征在于:所述第二管壁(12)第一端口处开设有镂空段(121),所述镂空段(121)与所述夹层空腔(4)相连通;所述第二管壁(12)内容置有牵引管(2),所述牵引管(2)第一端口处设置有膨胀模块(3),所述第二管壁(12)与牵引管(2)之间具有间隙;所述排出口(111)向外延伸有连通下游吸气设备的连接管(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胃内血凝块抽引装置,其特征在于:所述膨胀模块(3)包括设置在所述牵引管(2)周壁上的气孔(31)和对应所述气孔(31)包覆于所述牵引管(2)外周壁的弹性胶片(32);所述弹性胶片(32)能在气流作用下向外扩张形成至少一个密封的气腔(21)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的胃内血凝块抽引装置,其特征在于:所述弹性胶片(32)两端与所述牵引管(2)外周壁密封连接,所述弹性胶片(32)与所述牵引管(2)外周壁形成一个气腔(21),所述气腔(21)通过所述气孔(31)与所述牵引管(2)内腔连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的胃内血凝块抽引装置,其特征在于:所述镂空段(121)为环状金属网,所述金属网上下两端嵌设在所述第二管壁(12)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的胃内血凝块抽引装置,其特征在于:所述金属网的经线和纬线相对于所述导管(1)的轴向倾斜交叉设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的胃内血凝块抽引装置,其特征在于:所述牵引管(2)内还容置有导向线(5),所述牵引管(2)内周壁上还设置有环形隔板(22),所述环形隔板(22)的中间通孔与所述导向线(5)的孔径相适配。
