背景技术
医者认为：湿疹是由多种内外因素引起的瘙痒剧烈的一种皮肤炎症反应。分急性、亚急性、慢性三期。急性期具渗出倾向，慢性期则浸润、肥厚。有些病人直接表现为慢性湿疹。皮损具有多形性、对称性、瘙痒和易反复发作等特点。
临床表现：
一、按皮损表现分为急性、亚急性、慢性三期。
1、急性湿疹 皮损初为多数密集的粟粒大小的丘疹、丘疱疹或小水疱，基底潮红，逐渐融合成片，由于搔抓，丘疹、丘疱疹或水疱顶端抓破后呈明显的点状渗出及小糜烂面，边缘不清。如继发感染，炎症更明显，可形成脓疱、脓痂、毛囊炎、疖等。自觉剧烈瘙痒。好发于头面、耳后、四肢远端、阴囊、肛周等，多对称发布。
2、亚急性湿疹 急性湿疹炎症减轻后，皮损以小丘疹、结痂和鳞屑为主，仅见少量丘疱疹及糜烂。仍有剧烈瘙痒。
3、慢性湿疹 常因急性、亚急性湿疹反复发作不愈而转为慢性湿疹；也可开始即为慢性湿疹。表现为患处皮肤增厚、浸润，棕红色或色素沉着，表面粗糙，覆鳞屑，或因抓破而结痂。自觉瘙痒剧烈。常见于小腿、手、足、肘窝、腘窝、外阴、肛门等处。病程不定，易复发，经久不愈。
二、根据皮损累及的范围，分为局限性湿疹和泛发性湿疹两大类。
1、局限性湿疹 仅发生在特定部位，即可以部位命名，如手部湿疹、女阴湿疹、阴囊湿疹、耳部湿疹、乳房湿疹、肛周湿疹、小腿湿疹等。
2、泛发性湿疹 皮损多，泛发或散发于全身多个部位。如钱币性湿疹、自身敏感性湿疹、乏脂性湿疹。

A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；

野菊花，性味：味苦、辛、性平，具有清热解毒、疏风平肝之功效，用于治疗清热解毒、疏风平肝、疔疮、痈疽、丹毒、湿疹、皮炎、风热感冒、咽喉肿痛、高血压；
山药（炒），性味：甘、平，具有健脾、补肺、固肾、益精之功效，用于治疗脾虚泄泻、久痢、虚劳咳嗽、消渴、遗精、带下、小便频数；另具补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精之功效，用于脾虚食少、久泻不止、肺虚喘咳、肾虚遗精、带下、尿频、虚热消渴；
炒黄苓，性味：味苦、性寒，具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎之功效，而又因为炒黄芩的临床抗菌性较好，而且不产生抗药性，因此在临床上的应用广泛；
全虫，性味：咸辛、平，有毒，具有祛风、止痉、通络、解毒之功效，用于治疗惊风抽摘、癫痫、中风、半身不遂、口眼歪斜、偏头痛、风湿痹痛、破伤风、淋巴结结核、风疹疮肿；

陈皮，性味：味辛、苦、性温，具有理气和中，燥湿化痰，利水通便之功效，用于治疗脾胃不和、脘腹胀痛、不思饮食、呕吐哕逆、痰湿阻肺、咳嗽痰多、胸膈满闷、头目眩晕、水肿、小便不利、大便秘结、乳痈疥癣、中鱼蟹毒、酒毒等；
白鲜皮，性味：苦咸、寒，具有祛风、燥湿、清热、解毒之功效，用于治疗风热疮毒、疥癣、皮肤痒疹、风湿痹痛、黄疸等症；
大青叶，性味：苦、寒，具有清热解毒、凉血消斑之功效，用于治疗热病高热烦渴、神昏、斑疹、吐血、衄血、黄疸、泻痢、丹毒、喉痹、口疮、痄腮等症；
马鞭草，性味：苦、辛、微寒，具有清热解毒、活血通经、利水消肿、截疟之功效，用于治疗感冒发热、咽喉肿痛、牙龈肿痛、黄疸、痢疾、血瘀经闭、痛经、癥瘕、水肿、小便不利、疟疾、痈疮肿毒、跌打损伤；
黄柏，性味：苦、寒，具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒之功效，用于治疗湿热痢疾、泄泻、黄疸、梦遗、淋浊、带下、骨蒸劳热、以及口舌生疮、目赤肿痛、痈疽疮毒、皮肤湿疹；
苡米，性味：甘、淡、微寒，具有利湿健脾、舒筋除痹、清热排脓之功效，用于治疗水肿、脚气、小便淋沥、湿温病、泄泻带下、风湿痹痛、筋脉拘挛、肺痈、肠痈、扁平疣；
白鲜皮，性味：苦、咸、寒，具有清热燥湿、祛风止痒、解毒之功效，用于治疗风热湿毒所致的风疹、湿疹、疥癣、黄疸、湿热 痹等症；
蒲公英，性味：味苦、甘、性寒，具有清热解毒、消痈散结之功效，用于治疗乳痈、肺痈、肠痈、痄腮、疔毒疮肿、目赤肿痛、感冒发热、咳嗽、咽喉肿痛、胃火、肠炎、痢疾、肝炎、胆吓炎、尿路感染、蛇虫咬伤。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗湿疹的原则，从药理作用及其作用机制认为：就湿疹，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
本发明就是针对上述湿疹的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个标本兼治的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：

一种治疗湿疹的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
荆芥10g、干地黄12g、野菊花12g、山药（炒）26g、炒黄苓14g、全虫6g、紫草12g、乌豆衣14g、苦参10g、陈皮12g、大青叶12g、马鞭草26g、黄柏12g、苡米26g、白鲜皮12g、蒲公英26g。
实施例2：
一种治疗湿疹的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
荆芥11g、干地黄14g、野菊花14g、山药（炒）31g、炒黄苓16g、全虫7g、紫草14g、乌豆衣16g、苦参11g、陈皮14g、大青叶14g、马鞭草31g、黄柏14g、苡米31g、白鲜皮14g、蒲公英31g。
实施例3：
一种治疗湿疹的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
荆芥12g、干地黄16g、野菊花16g、山药（炒）35g、炒黄苓18g、全虫8g、紫草16g、乌豆衣18g、苦参12g、陈皮16g、大青叶16g、马鞭草35g、黄柏16g、苡米35g、白鲜皮16g、蒲公英35g。
典型病例
经临床诊断治疗湿疹患者共705例，年龄为28岁以上的355例，只有350例为28岁以下。705例患者中痊愈的680例，显效的的25例，总有效率达100%。

1.一种治疗湿疹的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
荆芥3～12g、干地黄10～16g、野菊花10～16g、山药（炒）15～35g、炒黄苓5～18g、全虫4～8g、紫草5～16g、乌豆衣6～18g、苦参3～12g、陈皮3～16g、大青叶10～16g、马鞭草15～35g、黄柏8～16g、苡米10～35g、白鲜皮6～16g、蒲公英10～35g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗湿疹的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
荆芥6～11g、干地黄11～14g、野菊花11～14g、山药（炒）17～31g、炒黄苓8～16g、全虫5～7g、紫草8～14g、乌豆衣8～16g、苦参6～11g、陈皮6～14g、大青叶11～14g、马鞭草18～31g、黄柏10～14g、苡米11～31g、白鲜皮8～14g、蒲公英11～31g。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的治疗湿疹的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
荆芥10g、干地黄12g、野菊花12g、山药（炒）26g、炒黄苓14g、全虫6g、紫草12g、乌豆衣14g、苦参10g、陈皮12g、大青叶12g、马鞭草26g、黄柏12g、苡米26g、白鲜皮12g、蒲公英26g。
