一种苏打粉牙膏工艺，目前牙膏已经不仅仅局限于美白牙齿，牙膏已经成为配合药物，甚至替代药物的一种预防及疗口腔疾病的日用品，对消费者而言，如有既能美白牙齿，又能防治口腔口臭的洁牙产品，更符合大众消费理念，基于上述问题，本发明提供一种苏打粉牙膏工艺，利用该工艺加工包装制做的苏打粉牙膏，通过在牙膏中采用加入特定的药物提取物，辅助治疗作用的有效成份下，具有巨大的应用价值，因此，有除渍祛垢，除口臭功能。

一种苏打粉牙膏工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及到口腔牙齿清洁领域，特别涉及到一种苏打粉牙膏工艺。
背景技术
口腔是我们与人交流必须用到的器官，如果有口臭与人交流，会拉远和别人的距离，口臭者极为尴尬。口臭是因为口腔不干净，没有坚持正常刷牙漱口，牙结石积攒的太多，爱吃零食，长时间睡眠不足，精神紧张，疲劳，或有各种口腔疾病也会引起口臭，胃肠不好，喜欢吃辛辣食物，消化不良，或有肠胃疾病，还有便秘，胃肠里的东西积的时间长就会产生各种味道，就会往嘴里返。然后就形成口臭。目前牙膏已经不仅仅局限于美白牙齿，牙膏已经成为配合药物，甚至替代药物的一种预防及疗口腔疾病的日用品，对消费者而言，如有既能美白牙齿，又能防治口腔口臭的洁牙产品，更符合大众消费理念。
发明内容
基于上述问题，本发明提供一种苏打粉牙膏工艺，利用该工艺加工包装制做的苏打粉牙膏，通过在牙膏中采用加入特定的药物提取物，辅助治疗作用的有效成份下，具有巨大的应用价值，因此，有除渍祛垢，除口臭功能。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案，一种苏打粉牙膏工艺，抱括以下步骤：由以下重量份的原料组成，(以ｇ为重量)：苏打粉8g、木律6g、天花粉8g、知母8g、轻质碳酸钙25g、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠1.5g、山梨醇10g、羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.01g、海藻酸钠0.3g、薄荷油0.1g、木糖醇0.01g、精制水20g。
各中草药的药理及原料作用如下：
1、苏打粉～用于胃酸过多，消化不良，外用念珠菌性阴道炎，消毒杀菌，去污除垢，除臭，霉菌，止痒，洁白牙齿。
2、木律～味苦、性大寒。主逐瘀通经,喉痹，口臭,杀虫，祛结,利尿消肿，口齿圣药。
3、天花粉～味甘、微苦、性微寒。归肺、胃经。主清热生津,润肺化痰,消肿排浓, 疮疡肿痛，解毒，排毒。
4、知母～味苦、性寒。归肺、胃、肾经。主滋阴降火，润燥滑肠，烦热消渴，骨蒸劳热，肺热咳嗽，大便燥结，小便不利，清热，抗炎，抗肿瘤，抗病原体，抗过敏，抗溃疡。
5、轻质碳酸钙～为摩擦剂，与齿面的磨擦作用，达到清洁牙齿的目的。
6、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠～为表面活性剂也是发泡剂，既能快速发泡沫又能清精洗口腔牙齿中的污垢， 主要是降低水合清洗牙齿表面的张力促进污物离开，同时将污物包裹随着水流而走。
7、山梨醇～为保湿剂，防止中草药牙膏在软管中固化变硬，使中草药牙膏体，具有光泽并能降低膏体的冰点，使中草药牙膏在寒冷地区亦能正常使用。
8、羟基苯甲酸甲酯～为抑菌防腐剂，对霉菌抑制和防腐保鲜有特效，且安全性良好。
9、海藻酸钠～为增稠剂，有良好的粘度和触变性容易分散和溶胀，不产生粒结块，水溶性好，具有较好的抗酶能力和耐盐能力在牙膏保质期内不会产生破坏牙膏稳定性的降解。
10、薄荷油～为方香剂，牙膏中配入芳香剂，不仅可以使膏体具有一定的香味，留香口腔，消出口臭，而且还有一定的杀菌功能。
11、木糖醇～为甜味剂，主要是消除膏体中其它原料的异味。
一种苏打粉牙膏及制备方法：
将木律6g、天花粉8g、知母8g、通过水煎煮法提取，将上述中草药用清水洗净，放入砂锅内加入适量的纯净水超过药面约2公分浸泡1小时左右，令其充分吸收膨胀后，在加入超过药面约2公分的纯净水，以武火(大火) 煮沸后，再以文火(小火) 煎煮到剩15g，将煮好的药液倒出于碗中，用同样的方式在重服2次煎煮，总共3次取45克药液过虑， 然后再以文火(小火) 约半小时煎煮到剩10g左右稠状药液晾凉后，加入苏打粉8g、轻质碳酸钙25g、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠1.5g、山梨醇10g、羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.01g、海藻酸钠0.3g、薄荷油0.1g、木糖醇0.01g、精制水20～25g。机械加工包装后, 即可得到成品, 所述的成品是苏打粉牙膏。
本发明的有益效果是：
天花粉提取物配知母提取物∶二药均走肺、胃经。能滋阴泻火，生津止渴，用于热病伤津之烦渴及肺、胃热盛伤津的消渴，相须同用，既能清热泻火而解毒，又能消肿排脓以疗疮。通过在牙膏中采用加入特定的药物提取物，辅助治疗作用的有效成份下，具有巨大的应用价值，因此，有除渍祛垢，除口臭功能。

为了使本发明的目的,技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明的苏打粉牙膏工艺进－步详细说明。应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种苏打粉牙膏工艺，由以下重量份的原料组成，(以ｇ为重量)：苏打粉8g、木律6g、天花粉8g、知母8g、轻质碳酸钙25g、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠1.5g、山梨醇10g、羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.01g、海藻酸钠0.3g、薄荷油0.1g、木糖醇0.01g、精制水20～25g。
实施例2
一种苏打粉牙膏工艺，在日常口腔护理使用中，以超市为卖点。

1.根据权利要求1所述的一种苏打粉牙膏工艺, 其特佂在于，所述的由以下重量份的原料组成，(以ｇ为重量)∶苏打粉8g、木律6g、天花粉8g、知母8g、轻质碳酸钙25g、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠1.5g、山梨醇10g、羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.01g、海藻酸钠0.3g、薄荷油0.1g、木糖醇0.01g、精制水20g。
