Abstract
Description
또한, 패모와 반하는 15~25 ℃의 생강 물에 1~3시간 담근 후 꺼내서 자연 건조시키며, 지모와 황백은 소금물에 1~2 시간 담근 후 꺼내서 자연 건조시키는 과정을 거친 상태에서 물에 담가 숙성시키는 것이 바람직하다. 즉, 상기와 같은 과정에 의해 독성을 제거하는 효과가 있다.
Claims (4)
- 관동화, 당귀, 질경, 천문동, 황기, 박하, 지모, 진피, 백출, 황백, 사인, 행인, 패모, 오미자, 맥문동, 상황버섯, 유근피, 신이, 숙지황, 감초, 반하, 생강, 상백피, 복령, 배, 황금 및 울금을 포함하는 약재를 5 시간 물에 담가 숙성시키는 단계; 및
상기 숙성된 약재를 탕압기에 넣고 5 시간 달이되, 2시간 경과 후 10~20분 동안 탕압기 내부의 수증기를 배출시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 음료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 약재를 물에 담가 숙성시키는 단계에서,
상기 행인은 거피하고, 상기 패모와 반하는 15~25 ℃의 생강 물에 1~3시간 담근 후 꺼내서 자연 건조시키며, 상기 지모와 황백은 소금물에 1~2 시간 담근 후 꺼내서 자연 건조시켜 물에 담가 숙성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 음료 조성물의 제조방법.
