Abstract

通过倒立茶水分离瓶盖当口杯的磁疗保健口杯,本发明属于一种泡茶茶具，便携口杯；主要通过倒立及磁性材料，解决茶、水可控分离，控制茶叶侵泡时间，瓶盖充当小杯子，磁化茶水等问题，主要利用磁铁同极相斥，异极相吸的原理，将茶笼固定于杯底。

属于一种泡茶茶具；主要解决茶、水可控分离 , 瓶盖充当小杯子，磁化茶水的保健口杯。
背景技术
普通口杯茶叶长时间侵泡，影响茶水的口感和品质，并可能破坏茶叶的营养成分；口杯直接饮用，首先不卫生，其次，水过热可能烫伤口唇；开水水质欠佳，影响茶水口感。
发明内容
本发明方案是：茶杯由杯盖 ( 图 1 标记 1) 、磁性茶叶笼 ( 图 1 标记 2) 、杯体 ( 图 1 标记 3) 、磁性杯底 ( 图 1 标记 4) 构成。
茶叶笼由食用级永磁不锈钢制成，圆柱形，直径小于杯口内径 2mm ，不可过小，防止茶笼在杯身内随意翻转；茶笼分 S 极和 N 极，笼盖及笼身均留有筛状空洞，并通过磁力吸附，不易泄漏茶叶；茶叶笼安置于杯内。
杯身由食品级 PVC 或玻璃等透明材料制成，便于观察茶水状态；杯口及底部均略变窄 2mm ，（如图 1 标记 3 ），不采用双层保温设计，是为了便于测试茶水温度，
杯底同为永磁材料制作，分 S 极和 N 极，可螺旋移除，也可翻转后螺旋固定于杯身底部 , 装入茶叶后的茶叶笼，通过磁力作用，可吸附在杯底，翻转杯底可自动弹出用过的茶叶笼，以方便更换茶叶。
通过控制茶杯的正立和倒立的时间，达到控制浸泡时间及茶水分离的目的。
杯身上部稍细，茶杯盖加高，杯盖同时充当小口杯，以便口渴时加速茶水冷却速度。
茶笼及 杯底的磁场可以磁化茶水，改善茶水口感，活血化瘀，强身健体。

1.通过利用磁体同极相斥，异极相吸的原理固定和拿出茶笼的茶杯。
2.要求保护通过倒立实现茶叶与茶水分离，可控浸泡时间的茶杯。
3.瓶盖可临时从当小口杯的小茶杯。
4.茶笼及杯子具有磁疗保健功能 。
