Abstract
本发明公开了一种臭氧消毒保鲜系统,该系统包括集中控制器、臭氧发生器、臭氧浓度安全监测器及臭氧安全浓度报警装置,所述的集中控制器分别与臭氧发生器、臭氧浓度安全监测器及臭氧安全浓度报警装置相连接。本发明还公开了一种臭氧消毒保鲜系统的控制方法。本发明以臭氧发生器为核心,结合臭氧浓度在线监测技术和微电脑控制技术,针对舰船使用条件和舰船冷库环境及要求而设计制造的专用消毒保鲜装置,消毒保鲜的同时对臭氧浓度进行监测和控制,保护了人身安全。本发明采用集中控制方式,方便快捷,各库的运行情况一目了然。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种消毒保鲜系统及其控制方法,特别是涉及一种臭氧消毒保鲜系统及其控制方法。
背景技术
在舰船冷库环境中,冷库中的鱼肉、果蔬、日用品等由于长时间储存会发生发霉、变质的情况,而且果蔬贮藏库在贮藏果蔬的过程中,果蔬会产生大量的乙烯,乙烯加速果蔬的腐烂变质,并且由于环境中湿度较大,利于霉菌等病原菌生长而产生异味,易造成果蔬的变质。臭氧以氧原子的氧化作用破坏微生物膜的结构,以实现杀菌作用,且能将乙烯分解。但是当环境中臭氧浓度偏高时,杀灭病原菌的同时也对人体细胞构成损伤,因此臭氧浓度需要实时监测并严格控制在一定的范围内。现有的臭氧消毒保鲜系统仅具有消毒保鲜的功能,并不能对臭氧浓度进行监测和控制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种臭氧消毒保鲜系统及其控制方法,消毒保鲜的同时对臭氧浓度进行监测和控制,保护了人身安全。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种臭氧消毒保鲜系统,其特征是,该系统包括集中控制器、臭氧发生器、臭氧浓度安全监测器及臭氧安全浓度报警装置,所述的集中控制器分别与臭氧发生器、臭氧浓度安全监测器及臭氧安全浓度报警装置相连接。
优选地,所述的集中控制器与至少一个冷库相连接,所述的冷库内设有至少一台臭氧发生器和至少一台臭氧浓度安全监测器,所述冷库的库外门旁设有臭氧安全浓度报警装置。
优选地,所述的冷库内还设有降低臭氧浓度的臭氧处理器,所述的臭氧处理器与所述的集中控制器相连接。
优选地,所述的臭氧安全浓度报警装置为臭氧安全浓度报警灯。
优选地,所述的臭氧安全浓度报警装置为蜂鸣器。
优选地,所述的集中控制器上设有触摸屏,所述触摸屏上设有“门状态”、“运行”、“故障”、“保鲜”、“消毒”指示灯。
优选地,所述的集中控制器上设有触摸屏,所述触摸屏上设有“时间设定”、“保鲜”、“消毒”按键。
本发明还提供了一种臭氧消毒保鲜系统的控制方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
当“当前时间”到达设定的“运行起点”,且库门关闭,触摸屏上的“门状态”指示灯灭时,集中控制器接通臭氧发生器电源,触摸屏上“运行”指示灯亮,此时臭氧发生器开始工作;
当系统工作时,集中控制器会通过反馈信号判断臭氧发生器是否正常工作,若不正常,则集中控制器会断开相应的臭氧发生器电源,触摸屏上对应的“故障”指示会出现,“运行”指示灯灭;
冷库内的臭氧安全浓度监测器检测库内的臭氧浓度,当臭氧浓度达到设定值时,集中控制器切断臭氧发生器电源,触摸屏上“运行”指示灯灭;
当臭氧浓度超过安全的浓度时,臭氧发生器自动停止工作,安装在库外门旁的臭氧安全浓度报警灯亮,或蜂鸣器响起,以提示工作人员注意不能进入,如果工作人员急需进入,可以开启臭氧处理器,降低臭氧的浓度至安全浓度之下。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种臭氧消毒保鲜系统,该系统包括集中控制器、臭氧发生器、臭氧浓度安全监测器及臭氧安全浓度报警装置,所述的集中控制器与至少一个冷库相连接,所述的冷库内设有至少一台臭氧发生器和至少一台臭氧浓度安全监测器,所述冷库的库外门旁设有臭氧安全浓度报警装置,所述的集中控制器分别与臭氧发生器、臭氧浓度安全监测器及臭氧安全浓度报警装置相连接。
所述的冷库内设有臭氧处理器,所述的臭氧处理器与所述的集中控制器相连接。当臭氧浓度过高时,可通过臭氧处理器处理,降低臭氧的浓度至安全浓度之下。
所述的臭氧安全浓度报警装置为臭氧安全浓度报警灯或蜂鸣器。
所述的集中控制器上设有触摸屏,所述触摸屏上设有“门状态”、“运行”、“故障”、“保鲜”、“消毒”指示灯和“时间设定”、“保鲜”、“消毒”按键。
本系统由集中控制器控制多个冷库内的多台臭氧发生器、臭氧安全浓度检测器和臭氧安全浓度报警装置的运行。当集中控制器通电后,系统工作程序如下:
当“当前时间”到达设定的“运行起点”,且库门关闭,触摸屏上的“门状态”指示灯灭时,集中控制器接通臭氧发生器电源,触摸屏上“运行”指示灯亮,此时臭氧发生器开始工作;
当系统工作时,集中控制器会通过反馈信号判断臭氧发生器是否正常工作,若不正常,则集中控制器会断开相应的臭氧发生器电源,触摸屏上对应的“故障”指示会出现,“运行”指示灯灭;
冷库内的臭氧安全浓度监测器检测库内的臭氧浓度,当臭氧浓度达到设定值时,集中控制器切断臭氧发生器电源,触摸屏上“运行”指示灯灭;
当臭氧浓度超过安全的浓度时,臭氧发生器自动停止工作,安装在库外门旁的臭氧安全浓度报警灯亮,或蜂鸣器响起,以提示工作人员注意不能进入,如果工作人员急需进入,可以开启臭氧处理器,降低臭氧的浓度至安全浓度之下。
由触摸屏上“保鲜/消毒”键来选择保鲜或消毒,若选中某一状态,相应的状态指示灯会亮,一旦选择了工作模式,集中控制器就将该库的臭氧发生器置于相应的状态,当处于“消毒”状态时,该库的臭氧发生器在“工作时长”内连续工作,消毒时间长、臭氧浓度高,而当处于“保鲜”状态时该库的臭氧发生器在“工作时长”内工作,消毒时间相对较短、臭氧浓度相对较低。该装置采用集中控制方式,方便快捷,各库的运行情况一目了然。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.臭氧消毒保鲜系统,其特征是,该系统包括集中控制器、臭氧发生器、臭氧浓度安全监测器及臭氧安全浓度报警装置,所述的集中控制器分别与臭氧发生器、臭氧浓度安全监测器及臭氧安全浓度报警装置相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的臭氧消毒保鲜系统,其特征是,所述的集中控制器与至少一个冷库相连接,所述的冷库内设有至少一台臭氧发生器和至少一台臭氧浓度安全监测器,所述冷库的库外门旁设有臭氧安全浓度报警装置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的臭氧消毒保鲜系统,其特征是,所述的冷库内还设有降低臭氧浓度的臭氧处理器,所述的臭氧处理器与所述的集中控制器相连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的臭氧消毒保鲜系统,其特征是,所述的臭氧安全浓度报警装置为臭氧安全浓度报警灯。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的臭氧消毒保鲜系统,其特征是,所述的臭氧安全浓度报警装置为蜂鸣器。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的臭氧消毒保鲜系统,其特征是,所述的集中控制器上设有触摸屏,所述触摸屏上设有“门状态”、“运行”、“故障”、“保鲜”、“消毒”指示灯。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的臭氧消毒保鲜系统,其特征是,所述的集中控制器上设有触摸屏,所述触摸屏上设有“时间设定”、“保鲜”、“消毒”按键。
8.臭氧消毒保鲜系统的控制方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
