本发明公开了一种除菌抗雾霾系统,其技术方案要点是这一除菌抗雾霾系统设置在室内环境中,包括除尘送风模块、微尘处理过滤模块和回风灭菌过滤模块,其特征在于:所述除尘送风模块设置和微尘处理过滤模块与回风灭菌过滤模块分开设置;除尘送风模块设置和微尘处理过滤模块设置在室内环境的天花板下,所述除尘送风模块的送风方向水平向下且风速为0.3~0.5m/s,所述回风灭菌过滤模块设置在室内环境的地板上,所述除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块与回风灭菌过滤模块之间通过回风连接管道相互连接,所述回风灭菌过滤模块设置在除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块之间且通过回风连接管道分别于除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块连接,本发明的优点在于水平向下送风能够有效避免扬尘情况的出现。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化系统,更具体地说,它涉及一种除菌抗雾霾系统。
背景技术
雾霾,是雾和霾的组合词。雾霾常见于城市。中国不少地区将雾并入霾一起作为灾害性天气现象进行预警预报,统称为“雾霾天气”。雾霾是特定气候条件与人类活动相互作用的结果。高密度人口的经济及社会活动必然会排放大量细颗粒物(PM 2.5),一旦排放超过大气循环能力和承载度,细颗粒物浓度将持续积聚,此时如果受静稳天气等影响,极易出现大范围的雾霾。
雾气看似温和,里面却含有各种对人体有害的细颗粒、有毒物质达20多种,包括了酸、碱、盐、胺、酚等,以及尘埃、花粉、螨虫、流感病毒、结核杆菌、肺炎球菌等,其含量是普通大气水滴的几十倍。与雾相比,霾对人的身体健康的危害更大。由于霾中细小粉粒状的飘浮颗粒物直径一般在0.01微米以下,可直接通过呼吸系统进入支气管,甚至肺部。所以,霾影响最大的就是人的呼吸系统,造成的疾病主要集中在呼吸道疾病、脑血管疾病、鼻腔炎症等病种上。同时,灰霾天气时,气压降低、空气中可吸入颗粒物骤增、空气流动性差,有害细菌和病毒向周围扩散的速度变慢,导致空气中病毒浓度增高,疾病传播的风险很高。
为了减少雾霾对人体健康造成损害,很多人会选择在室内环境下设置空气净化器来除去雾霾,目前,授权公告号为CN103629752B的中国专利公开了一种空气净化器,它包括壳体和设置在壳体内的净化部件,空气净化器还包括与净化部件固定连接的活动侧壁。这种传统的空气净化器设置在室内环境中的某一个角落,虽然在一定程度上吸除掉部分粉尘悬浮物,但是空气净化器一般是放置在地面上的,在吸除粉尘的同时也会造成地面空气的扰动,导致室内的扬尘,并不利于提高室内的空气环境水平。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种除菌抗雾霾系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种除菌抗雾霾系统,这一除菌抗雾霾系统设置在室内环境中,包括除尘送风模块、微尘处理过滤模块和回风灭菌过滤模块,所述除尘送风模块设置在室内环境的天花板下,所述除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块的送风方向水平向下且风速为0.3~0.5m/s,所述回风灭菌过滤模块设置在室内环境的地板上,所述除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块与回风灭菌过滤模块之间通过回风连接管道相互连接,所述回风灭菌过滤模块设置在除尘送风模块、微尘处理过滤模块之间且通过回风连接管道分别于除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块连接。
作为优选的,所述回风灭菌过滤模块包括灭菌过滤组件、甲醛净化组件和空气质量检测组件。
作为优选的,所述除尘送风模块包括送风组件、加湿组件和负离子发生组件。
作为优选的,所述除尘送风模块还包括控制组件,所述控制组件包括控制面板和无线控制模块,所述无线控制模块通过无线网络与无线操作装置相连接。
本发明相对现有技术相比具有:通过设置在天花板下的除尘送风模块水平向下以0.3~0.5m/s的风速送风,能够使得空气中的微尘被吹向地面,同时通过风压将地面上的微尘压住,避免了空气扰动导致扬尘,回风灭菌过滤模块设置在地板上,能够有效吸除被吹至地板处的微尘并进行过滤处理,初过滤完成后的空气通过回风连接管道吹送至回风灭菌过滤模块进行进一步的灭菌处理,灭菌完成后洁净的空气再经由回风连接管道送至微尘处理过滤模块去除雾霾微尘,由除尘送风模块送出,实现了完整的气流循环。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明除菌抗雾霾系统实施例做进一步说明。
一种除菌抗雾霾系统,这一除菌抗雾霾系统设置在室内环境中,包括除尘送风模块、微尘处理过滤模块和回风灭菌过滤模块,所述除尘送风模块设置在室内环境的天花板下,所述除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块的送风方向水平向下且风速为0.3~0.5m/s,所述回风灭菌过滤模块设置在室内环境的地板上,所述除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块与回风灭菌过滤模块之间通过回风连接管道相互连接,所述回风灭菌过滤模块设置在除尘送风模块、微尘处理过滤模块之间且通过回风连接管道分别于除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块连接。通过设置在天花板下的除尘送风模块水平向下以0.3~0.5m/s的风速送风,能够使得空气中的微尘被吹向地面,同时通过风压将地面上的微尘压住,避免了空气扰动导致扬尘,回风灭菌过滤模块设置在地板上,能够有效吸除被吹至地板处的微尘并进行过滤处理,初过滤完成后的空气通过回风连接管道吹送至回风灭菌过滤模块进行进一步的灭菌处理,灭菌完成后洁净的空气再经由回风连接管道送至微尘处理过滤模块去除雾霾微尘,由除尘送风模块送出,实现了完整的气流循环。经由实验验证,最优风速应设置为0.45m/s。
回风灭菌过滤模块包括灭菌过滤组件、甲醛净化组件和空气质量检测组件。目前室内环境中最主要的污染物主要就是微尘、细菌和甲醛,设置灭菌过滤组件和甲醛净化组件能够实现对室内环境的全面净化,设置空气质量检测组件则是为了检测净化效果,及时有效地发现故障并进行排除,保护人员健康。
除尘送风模块包括送风组件、加湿组件和负离子发生组件。设置加湿组件能够在送风的同时为空气加湿,一来能够提高室内环境的舒适度,二来能够提高微尘沉降的效率。
除尘送风模块还包括控制组件,控制组件包括控制面板和无线控制模块,无线控制模块通过无线网络与无线操作装置相连接。设置无线控制模块以及无线控制装置能够实现对该除菌抗雾霾系统的远程控制,可以在人员进入室内环境之前进行远程控制打开进行预先净化。

1.一种除菌抗雾霾系统,这一除菌抗雾霾系统设置在室内环境中,包括除尘送风模块、微尘处理过滤模块和回风灭菌过滤模块,其特征在于:所述除尘送风模块设置和微尘处理过滤模块与回风灭菌过滤模块分开设置;除尘送风模块设置和微尘处理过滤模块设置在室内环境的天花板下,所述除尘送风模块的送风方向水平向下且风速为0.3~0.5m/s,所述回风灭菌过滤模块设置在室内环境的地板上,所述除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块与回风灭菌过滤模块之间通过回风连接管道相互连接,所述回风灭菌过滤模块设置在除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块之间且通过回风连接管道分别于除尘送风模块和微尘处理过滤模块连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除菌抗雾霾系统,其特征在于:所述除尘送风模块设置和微尘处理过滤模块与回风灭菌过滤模块分开设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除菌抗雾霾系统,其特征在于:所述回风灭菌过滤模块包括灭菌过滤组件、甲醛净化组件和空气质量检测组件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除菌抗雾霾系统,其特征在于:所述除尘送风模块包括送风组件、加湿组件和负离子发生组件和微尘处理过滤模块。
